Di’ja Miss Me?
Not sure if anyone noticed, but I’ve been missing in action since Monday. Why, you ask? Well, cuz the ol broad is…..well, OLD! And falling apart, one cell at a time. sigh…. Seems I had something like a mild stroke. I think they ruled out the heart attack, but I never could get a straight answer, so who knows. I’ve spend the last 3 days in the hospital and lemme tell ya, they were happy to see me leave. The abuse you suffer at the hands of doctors and nurses! I swawnee!
THAT, ladies and gents, is where they give you the blood thinners. I didn’t know that they stabbed you in the stomach! The shot didn’t actually hurt, it was what happens AFTER the shot. Yes, my blood is so thin now, it is still leaking after 2 days. sigh… Attractive, eh? You should see my arms!
Honestly, the nurses in Jackson were fairly terrific. The doctors? Well, I never saw one long enough to get a comprehensive response, and one, I can tell ya, I fired! Nothing worse than a doctor who thinks he’s G-d. Sheesh!
So, anyway, I’ll be taking it easy for a few days. I might slip something on here once in a while, but odds are, I’m going to be in my jammies, on the couch, remote in hand!  I’m gonna be just fine! At least for now!
