Obviously, the person who left this comment doesn’t have a problem with a murderous slime like Castro. Evidently, neither do the other commenters. Castro doesn’t torture and maim, but Bush does.
What a bunch of sick, demented children. Ignorance should be a reason to ban people from voting. Sadly, it’s not. If you want to ruin your dinner, go read some of the other ones that were left, for instance:
Hate to break it to you, but the vast, vast majority of the planet would much prefer the headline “BUSH, CHENEY DEAD”. The reasons are myriad.

Bush Aids Illegals
Stop banks’ catering to illegal immigrants and aid economy
When President Bush announced that he had persuaded a group of lenders to allow homeowners facing foreclosure to stave off losing their homes for 30 days, an alarm bell went off in my mind.
Not that there’s anything wrong with helping people keep their homes. That’s in the best interest of all involved. It wasn’t that. It was the participants involved in this program called Project Lifeline unveiled by President Bush. It applies only to borrowers who are more than 90 days late making their mortgage payments.
The participants are Bank of America, Citigroup, Countrywide Financial, JPMorgan Chase, Washington Mutual and Wells Fargo. I had a hunch, so I checked it out. Some lending institutions accept Mexican matricula consular cards. This is an ID card handed out to illegal immigrants in this country by the Mexican government. The card enables illegal immigrants to obtain loans by presenting this bogus ID instead of a legitimate, U.S. government-issued ID. Several unscrupulous lenders have been actively soliciting the business of illegal immigrants by accepting these cards.
Four of the six lenders participating in Project Lifeline, Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo and Washington Mutual, all accept these cards, according to the National Illegal Immigration Boycott Coalition. So, you may ask, how about Countrywide and Citigroup? As far as I know, they don’t have a history of taking these cards, but Bank of America is in the midst of a takeover of Countrywide. And, although Citigroup is not on the NIIBC’s list of institutions accepting the matricula consular cards, their subsidiary, Citibank, actively solicits the business of illegal immigrants.
The Citibank angle is particularly disturbing. The San Diego Union-Tribune ran a story two years ago documenting how Citibank was using the services of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now. ACORN is a nonprofit that actively seeks to connect undocumented immigrants with lending institutions who will forgo demanding a Social Security number. According to the Union-Tribune, “The local program, which uses tax identification numbers instead of Social Security numbers, is similar to programs run by small lenders — and two state agencies — around the country that have distributed millions of dollars to undocumented immigrants over the past few years.” The article notes that Wells Fargo had been tapping into that same market for some time.
And where does ACORN get most of its funding? According to the article, they get their money from you and me. ACORN is largely funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Understand, this was two years ago. Now look where we are. We’re facing a so-called subprime crisis, but it’s quite easy to see how we got here. Is it a coincidence that every single lender involved in this new Project Lifeline is catering to illegal immigrants? Certainly not. Is that to say that illegal immigrants are solely responsible for the subprime meltdown? Not at all. But, like many of our other societal ills — crime, spiraling health-care costs, rising education costs, etc. — illegal immigration is an important component. The maddening thing is that offering loans with just a taxpayer ID number or a matricula consular card is perfectly legal. It’s our own government that has allowed, if not encouraged, lenders to target this particular market.
Of course, the government doesn’t track how many illegal immigrants have subprime loans, but we know almost half of the subprime loans are in the hands of Hispanics, increasing the odds illegal immigrants are a disproportionate part of the problem.
In short, our neglect in dealing with illegal immigration has contributed greatly to the subprime mortgage problem, which is threatening to take our entire economy down with it.
Meanwhile, Democrats in Congress have rolled out yet another amnesty bill they hope to pass. It’s time we demagnetize America, and a great place to start is with the banks that attract illegal immigrants with their money.

Most of you are jumping with joy that you’re probably going to be getting a big, fat check from the government. You may be thinking, “FREE MONEY, BABY!!!”
Well, I’m not here to totally rain on your parade, but plain and simple, I’m not lovin’ this plan. This government plan to try to stimulate the economy and pull us away from a possible recession is actually straight-up socialism – just the opposite of capitalism! I don’t want my money to help you (if you haven’t paid federal income taxes) buy an iPhone or whatever else you have your eye set on.
“Letting Americans keep more of their own money should increase consumer spending, and lift our economy at a time when people otherwise might spend less,” President Bush said. The idea in theory sounds like it will work smoothly, but I have a much better idea that will eventually increase consumer spending, and in turn, cause the economy to flourish: encourage freedom from debt!
The last time a stimulus rebate like this was issued was in 2001. A recent study revealed consumers spent two-thirds of those rebates within 6 months of receiving them. Do you have a game plan already for what you’ll do with your rebate this time around?

Many Pakistanis expressed relief that the overwhelming victory of the two major moderate opposition political parties in the Parliamentary elections on Monday marked a change in direction after eight years of military rule under Mr. Musharraf even though in the past the parties have rarely produced models of stable government.

Bush Urges Increased International Action on Darfur
President Bush is calling on all nations to increase efforts to end the ethnic killing in Sudan’s war-torn Darfur region.
Mr. Bush announced Tuesday in Rwanda the availability of $100 million to help train and equip African peacekeepers heading to Darfur.
Uh…whose $100,000,000,000 is he pledging? Surely not more of the U.S. taxpayer’s money, which he seems happy to spread throughout the world, but not use to protect our own borders! The Useless Numnuts don’t want to stop the killing. If they did, they would have done something a long time ago, instead of using time and money on lavish meals.
Bill would make sale of high-energy drinks to minors illegal
High-energy drinks sold under names such as “No Fear” and “Rock Star” are being targeted by a state legislator from Allagash.
Democratic Representative Troy Jackson says some drinks pack too much of a punch for kids. His bill would ban the sale of the most heavily caffeinated products to minors and fine first-time violators $50.
The bill applies to energy drinks with 80 or more milligrams of caffeine per 8 ounces.
Jackson says he’s not opposed to caffeine in moderation. But he says some youths are drinking the products with no idea of how much caffeine they contain.
Industry groups say it’s unfair to focus on energy drinks when most have no more caffeine than a cup of coffee.

Interim report focuses on cutting energy use
State task force makes proposals to confront global warming
To tackle global warming, Wisconsin should:
• Consider erecting wind turbines on the Great Lakes.
• Reward utilities for cutting energy use instead of building power plants.
• Study the possibility of pumping carbon dioxide from power plants into the ground or sending it by pipeline to other states.
Those are among the recommendations in an interim report that the Governor’s Task Force on Global Warming will vote on Tuesday in Sun Prairie.

A love triangle turns violent. Two twenty-something women fighting over the same guy. One pulls out a gun and starts shooting. But in this case the guy the women were fighting over is barely old enough to get a driver’s permit.

The results could leave Pakistan’s next government facing intense public pressure to reduce its cooperation with the U.S. war on terrorism.

Report: Hillary could be using husband’s foreign cash for campaign
Is Hillary Clinton using foreign money to shore up her dwindling campaign finances? At least one Washington, DC, political reporter says, “Yes.”
Amanda Carpenter is the author of The Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy’s Dossier on Hillary Clinton. She has a particular interest in the speaking fees former President Bill Clinton has been paid since he left the White House. “At my last count, you could add up more than $22 million in foreign money that he’s essentially been given from places like the United Arab Emirates — that’s Dubai — the People’s Republic of China, Columbia. The list goes on,” reports Carpenter.
We all know who ‘wears the pants’ in that family….Bubba can’t keep his on, so someone has to. Would it be so surprising that the Clinton’s would use illegal money for this campaign? Not to me, it wouldn’t.

Fidel Castro Resigns Cuban Presidency After Half-Century in Power
An ailing, 81-year-old Fidel Castro resigned as Cuba’s president Tuesday after nearly a half-century in power, saying he will not accept a new term when parliament meets Sunday.
President? That word implies the Cuban citizens actually had a choice. He wasn’t a “president”, he was a freakin’ DICTATOR! Get it straight!
The end of Castro’s rule — the longest in the world for a head of government — frees his 76-year-old brother Raul to implement reforms he has hinted at since taking over as acting president when Fidel Castro fell ill in July 2006. U.S. President George W. Bush said he hopes the resignation signals the beginning of a democratic transition.
Well, if Raul was going to implement ‘transitions’ toward democracy, why haven’t we seen any evidence of it before now? Are the Cuban people free to go home to visit family without fear of imprisonment, or even much worse?
“My wishes have always been to discharge my duties to my last breath,” Castro wrote in a letter published Tuesday in the online edition of the Communist Party daily Granma. But, he wrote, “it would be a betrayal to my conscience to accept a responsibility requiring more mobility and dedication than I am physically able to offer.”
That animal should have been “stepped down” a long time ago!
Castro said Cuban officials had wanted him to remain in power after his surgery.
How ’bout the Cuban people…you know, those little folks that the Hollyweird lefties seem to ignore while praising a murderous thug….what did THEY say? Oh yeah, I forgot. They aren’t ALLOWED to say anything.
