An Ol' Broad's Ramblings

Question!

Why is supporting the NRA, or any pro 2nd Amendment group controversial?  Seriously, why is standing up for ALL of the Bill of Rights so reviled by some on the left?  Are there only particular amendments that should be upheld?  Should we not all fight to uphold every single one of them?  ALL of us?

I ask this after reading this quote from Barbara Walters:

“He is very controversial or was because of his support of NRA.”

There are other equally ridiculous quotes in this column, but that one stood out because of who said it.

Because it’s controversial for ANYONE to stand and show that they LOVE freedom, and having a set of BALLS pisses Walters off.. And I like that… :)
