Mainly, I use it to <a href="http://forthardknox.com/2007/07/22/fhk-sitrep-072207-promote-your-blog-with-twitterfeed/" rel="nofollow">promote FHK stories</a>, and to interact with other applications like Facebook, via <a href="http://forthardknox.com/2008/03/20/friendfeed-web-20-for-fans-of-discussion-forums/" rel="nofollow">FriendFeed</a>. 1389 did a great post a while back on FHK about Twitter, here.

Mainly, I use it to promote FHK stories, and to interact with other applications like Facebook, via FriendFeed.
