I’m wondering where Japan is on there. I live there, and buy my gasoline on base. Perhaps I should get up off of my ass and convert the yen/liter price to dollar/gallon.
I’d still be interested in seeing what you come up with though.

Lewis, according to CNN, Japan is at $4.24. I’m going to take a stab and say that’s an average….off base of course.
