More BS From MB
I’m going to say a few things here some might find offensive. Know what? I don’t give a happy crap!
One thing that should obvious to a blind man…..this particular left wing lunatic won’t EVER have to worry about either making the choice to have an abortion, or to pay for his “girlfriend” to have one.
I’ve read the 14th Amendment. I have seen nothing in it that says it’s ok to kill babies in utero. NOTHING! I do not want to hear about the right to privacy. I understand the right to privacy. I’m completely supportive of the right to privacy. I’m all for personal liberty. The problem with this argument….THERE IS ANOTHER LIFE INVOLVED.
Ok, we’ve settled the fact I’m extremely PRO life. Not going to debate it right now, so do me a favor, don’t start with me.
Now, what I would like to know is why this moonbat in loafers believes that he has the right to deface someone else’s demonstration of THEIR 1st Amendment rights?

Sign The Petition
Jennifer Bukosky, her unborn child Sophie and her ten year old daughter, Courtney, died after Mark Benson slammed into their car at a high rate of speed while allegedly under the influence of prescription drugs. Two days earlier, Benson had appeared before Waukesha County Circuit Judge Lee Dreyfus, Jr. to be sentenced for third offense drunk driving. Judge Dreyfus imposed a sentence of 75 days in jail (with work release privileges) but gave Benson a couple of weeks to report to jail. At the time of the collision, Benson had been ordered not to drive.
Obviously, the POS didn’t listen, and didn’t care.
Wisconsin has the most lenient DWI, OUI, DUI laws I’ve ever seen. Unless something is done to stop people from driving while under the influence of ANYTHING, there will continue to be more deaths of mothers, fathers, children, aunts, uncles, grandparents, etc. I realize that no many how many laws are enacted, there will be those who continuously break those laws. They just don’t care. However, there are some, who take the ownership of their vehicle very seriously. Take away their vehicle, shove their sorry asses UNDER the jail for a while, and maybe, just maybe, they’ll figure out the world does not revolve around them, and they have to share the roads with other who might not be so inclined to die that day due to their selfishness.
Sign the petition. Hopefully, with enough signatures, the Wisconsin legislature might finally get the message.
Maybe people in other states will too.

Obviously, I am NOT providing the link, nor did I click on it. I don’t have “stupid” stamped on my forehead….at least not today. I also had a warning:

Well, DUH! First off, how would the IRS have gotten my email address if I hadn’t given it to them? Second, showing amounts in US dollars wouldn’t have a comma (,) in it. Third, that’s not my refund. I don’t get one. I don’t work.
Don’t those foreign a$$wipes have anything better to do?
Ok, I’m off……back to the real world.
More Than Hypocrisy
Ben Stein Provokes the Liberals’ Wrath
Ben Stein is known to many as an actor on Comedy Central. But the funniest part about his latest movie called “Expelled” is not any clever lines spoken by Stein but the hysterical way the liberals are trying to discourage people from seeing it.
A major issue with the left is that they don’t want more than THEIR side heard on any topic.
Stein’s critics don’t effectively refute anything in “Expelled”; they just use epithets to ridicule it and hope they can make it go away. However, it won’t go away; even Scientific American, which labeled the movie “shameful,” concedes that it cannot be ignored.
Scientific American lost any credibility with me a long time ago. How can asking some pretty BIG questions be “shameful”? This is supposed scientific publication, questions should be the norm!
The only question posed by the movie is why, oh why, is there such a deliberate, consistent, widespread, vindictive effort to silence all criticism of dogmatic Darwinism or discussion of alternate theories of the origin of life? Stein interviews scientists who were blacklisted, denied grants, and ostracized in the academic community because they dared to write or speak the forbidden words.
Again, that pesky 1st Amendment gets in their way? “Freedom of speech for me, but not for thee”! The academic community is longer academic. It’s “global politics” our way, or no way. It’s a mental disorder that should be treated, and FAST!
The liberals are particularly upset because the movie identifies Darwinism, rather than evolution, as the sacred word that must be isolated from criticism. But that semantic choice makes good sense because Darwinism is easily defined by Darwin’s own writings, whereas the word evolution is subject to different and even contrary definitions.
Darwin expressed opinions from his observations. Why then, has it turned into a cult? BTW, did Darwin ever explain the platypus?
The truly funny part of the movie is Stein’s interview with Richard Dawkins, whose best-selling book “The God Delusion” established this Englishman as the world’s premier atheist. Dawkins is a leading advocate of the theory that all life evolved from a single beginning in an ancient mud puddle, perhaps after being struck by lightning.
Putting aside the issue of evolving, how did life begin in the first place? Under Stein’s questioning, Dawkins finally said it is possible that life might have evolved on Earth after the arrival of a more highly developed being from another planet.
Aren’t aliens from outer space the stuff of science fiction? And how was the other-planet alien created? According to Dawkins, life must have just spontaneously evolved on another planet, of course without God.
POOF! Stuff just happens? Ok, so what made it happen? Where did the alien POOF from….another POOF?
Stein interviewed Dr. Richard Sternberg, a biologist who lost his position at the prestigious Smithsonian Institution after he published a peer-reviewed article that mentioned Intelligent Design. Other academics who said they were victims of the anti-ID campus police included astrobiologist Guillermo Gonzalez, denied tenure at Iowa State University, and Caroline Crocker, who lost her professorship at George Mason University.
I find it rather arrogant of those so called institutions of higher learning to stifle Higher Learning.
Stein’s message is that the attack on freedom of inquiry is anti-science, anti-American, and anti-the whole concept of learning. His dramatization should force the public, and maybe even academia, to address this extraordinary intolerance of diversity.
Isn’t it the left who always trying to shove “diversity” down our throats? Yep, more than just a little hypocritical!

Mourning the Real Victims
‘We don’t have jihadists or shahidim, we sanctify life’
“We sanctify life, not death,” Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said Wednesday during a Mount Herzl ceremony for victims of terror attacks.
“I cannot help but think of how deep the moral gap is between us and our enemies,” he said. “We make every possible effort to limit and focus our attacks on the terrorists and we never intentionally harm the innocent. We don’t have jihadists, shahidim or mothers who joyfully send their children with bomb belts to blow themselves up in packed buses or in busy malls.”
Olmert paid tribute to the bereaved families, saying he felt their great and deep pain. “We will continue our uncompromising fight against terror not only for our policy of achieving peace but as a moral duty to those who lost loved ones,” he added, emphasizing, however, that Remembrance Day was “a somber day, not a day of hate.”
Turning to the terror victims’ families, Olmert said that “we must all remember that the hands of the murderers are directed at all of us. Any of us could be a target, I therefore embrace you with a strengthening and consoling hand.”
Read the rest here.
Now, a couple of things come to mind. First, how does one go about having “negotiations” with those who have vowed to destroy them? I can’t figure out any way past that little detail. Second, I see major differences between the Israelis and the murderers. One doesn’t target innocents, the other makes it a point to target innocents. Honestly, I believe the Israelis have been way too easy on those set on their destruction

My, how the Slimes have changed!
Morning Visitor
The first thing I noticed when I got up this morning was this little bird sitting on the porch. My first thought, “I can live with tiny birds on the my porch in the morning. A far cry from those huge evil fowl that foul everything!”
And then I got up closer to see it and realized…..for a small bird, it sure does leave a large mess!
But ain’t it purdy?

Obama wins big in N. Carolina; Clinton squeaks win in Indiana
Sen. Barack Obama dominated yesterday’s North Carolina Democratic presidential primary and conceded defeat to Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton in Indiana, splitting the states and underscoring the divide among Democratic voters that threatens the party’s unity going forward.
SSDD! I tell, my respect for that woman grows daily. I sure as hell don’t want her as prez, but if, on the odd chance she won, at least I know she wouldn’t be throwing her hands up in defeat every two minutes, caving in to certain people. ……………………………….. I can’t believe I even said that! Blech!
Scams prey on immigrants
The legal documents in the cases tell of deceit and lying to illegal immigrants.
One is about Christopher Ott Mountry, and the affidavits about him say that he touted his immigration law skills, promising citizenship to the burgeoning Laotian community in La Vergne, despite not having a law degree. They tell the story of how Mountry told victims he could help them get green cards, driver’s licenses and Social Security cards.
Now I have no sympathy for anyone who preys on other people, but let me ask this: If they weren’t here in the country illegally, would there be the Mountry types to prey on them?
Ga. man executed, ending 7-month moratorium
Lynd, 53, was sentenced to die for kidnapping and shooting his live-in girlfriend, Ginger Moore, three times in the face and head two decades ago. After he buried Moore’s body in a shallow grave near a south Georgia farm, authorities said Lynd fled to Ohio, where he shot and killed another woman who had stopped along the side of the road to help him.
Lynd never denied killing Moore, 26, two days before Christmas in 1988. But his lawyers had sought a last minute reprieve from the courts, arguing that new forensic evidence showed he could not have kidnapped her because she was already dead when he stuffed her in the trunk of her car.
Twenty years, but now justice has been done. Naturally, there were the protesters lamenting putting him to death. I wonder if these protesters ever give a thought to what he put his victims through?
Oil prices help Texas rake in $10.7 billion surplus
The nation may be on the verge of a recession, but the Texas economy is doing well enough for Comptroller Susan Combs to predict Tuesday that the Legislature will have a $10.7 billion surplus when it convenes in January.
Much of the extra money can be attributed to record oil prices. While motorists are being socked with ever-increasing gasoline costs, oil and gas employment in Texas has been booming, the comptroller’s office reported.
I wonder if anyone has taken a look at which states are the hardest hit, and which are not having as many problems?
Herenton: Schools ‘not meeting goal’
Memphis Mayor Willie Herenton unveiled a broad plan Tuesday afternoon for Memphis City Schools, calling for decentralization, a sharp reduction in administrators and the closing of underused schools.
He also wants to see corporal punishment reinstituted in grades K to 8, and the construction of technology-focused middle schools Downtown and at the Mid-South Fairgrounds.
“I’ve always had a fundamental belief that education can make a difference in a person’s life,” he said. “So goes Memphis City Schools, so goes the city of Memphis itself.”
If the schools are teaching the art of youtubing, or how to organize gang fights, they’re doing just fine. Otherwise, I’d say some serious issues need to be resolved. Considering Memphis is “the murder capitol of the nation”, I’d have to say the schools were failing miserably.
Burma authorises UN aid delivery
Burma’s secretive military leaders have approved a UN aid flight to help victims of the devastating cyclone.
The flight, carrying 25 tonnes of aid, is due to leave Italy, while help from Burma’s neighbours and allies is already getting through.
But concern remains that delaying access to outside aid workers is harming relief efforts.
I notice the Brits haven’t caved to calling the place Myramar. Good on them!
Federal agents arrest illegal immigrants leaving U.S.
U.S. border authorities no longer apprehend illegal immigrants only as they enter the country. Now they’re catching them on the way out.
Since they aren’t doing such a swuft job catching ‘em coming in, the least they can do it nab on their way out!
Billboard issue fails to come to a vote
After nearly two hours of discussion Tuesday at Knoxville City Council, the long-debated issue of whether to allow digital billboards within the city limits ultimately failed for lack of a simple motion to bring the matter to a vote.
I think those digital billboards are kind of cool, but I wouldn’t want them on every street corner. They do tend to distract.
Poverty bill could cost taxpayers billions
Kincaid, who published an extensive report on the legislation, says the bill gives people insight into Senator Obama’s (D-Illinois) mindset. “This reflects his Marxist view that the United States has really exploited the rest of the world in order to achieve success through slavery, and progress …,” says Kincaid. “And that therefore, because we are at this position in the world today, we’re greedy and rich, [and] we have to spend all this money on the rest of the world. That is what drives his thinking,” he details.
Not only would Obama’s legislation amount to a global tax on Americans, warns Kincaid, but it would also commit the U.S. government to fulfill the “Millennium Development Goals” of the United Nations. And he says currently the U.N. considers the U.S. short $65 billion a year in funding the anti-poverty project.
Are you Obamalamas paying attention??????
Contrary to enemies plots, Islam flourishes: Minister
Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Mohammad-Hossein Saffar-Harandi said on Tuesday that Islam flourishes contrary to conspiracies of enemies.
He made the remarks in an address to the closing session of 21st International Conference on Islamic Unity which started work since Sunday.
The conference was participated by 850 scholars and intellectuals from 45 countries including Oman, Sudan, Egypt, Indonesia, Pakistan, Lebanon, Kuwait, Germany, the US, Tunisia, Syria, Saudi Arabia, France, Morocco, India, Algeria, Hong Kong, Qatar, Britain, Denmark, Iraq, Turkey, Gambia, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, and the United Arab Emirates.
It aimed at preparing grounds for Muslims’ unity and solidarity as well as promoting coexistence in the Islamic world and finding a way to solve current obstacles facing the world of Islam.
“The present world is suffering by satanic acts of those who wage wars against Islam and religions under the pretext of piety or protecting freedom,” Saffar-Harandi said.
The biggest obstacle? I reckon that would be Christians, who don’t want to convert, and will fight tooth, nail, and carpet bomb to prevent the spread of the pigs in charge.
