I just watched O’Reilly’s interview with McFeingold.

We are so seriously screwed!

    seriously? is there a better choice that i haven’t heard of?
    BTW…have you read mccain’s book?

    Well, there were better choices, in my conservative mind. :( The problem is, the media chose McCain, so we’re pretty much stuck, unless we want to see B in the Oval Office. sigh…. And believe me, that is NOT something I ever want to see!

    me either…..but, to be honest with you [and i am a reagan republican and conservative] i like mccain. i have a lot of respect for him and what he has done and the things i don’t like about him are fairly minor.
    at least with him as president we would still be *allowed* to be americans…unlike BHO.
    have you read mccain’s book?

    I think it’ll be difficult to trust John McCain. We’ve not much choice, true, but still…

    McCain is supposed to address La Raza in July. Perfect timing…a low point for conservatives, just before the Republican primary and not much to look forward to in November.

    The best we can hope for is a ‘Recreate ’68′ scenario in Denver. If there’s a way to get there, I’ll go. That convention might be the political event of the decade.

    Well, it’s only 1600 miles…
    ;D

    I disagree with McCain about 40% of the time…I can live with that for the most part. What I CANNOT live with is John McCain telling ME I am some sort of a racist for not wanting to give Amnesty or his “It’s not amnesty because they have to pay a fine” garbage!!!

    Reagan gave amnesty to 6 million and as part of the deal we were supposed to SECURE THE BORDERS….now we have SIXTEEN MILLION and they tell us the only answer is “Comprehensive” reform. UMMMM…as George Bush would say, “Fool me once, and…if you fool me…ummm….you can’t fool me all the time OK”

    Enforcement WORKS Oklahoma and Arizona started enforcing the laws already on the books and they had tens of thousands leave and move to Texas where they are not enforcing the law!!! I guarantee you that if you put in a “Quick Check” system for employers and then tell them that employing illegals is punishable by a PRISON TERM…16 million illegals will be departing this country a lot quicker than they came.

    If an illegal is picking lettuce for $2.00 per hour because it is the only job an illegal can get and you make him LEGAL do you actually believe he will continue to pick lettuce for $2.00? Or will he go accept a factory job for minimum wage that a company is paying $15.00 per hour for currently? Then the poor sap that was making $15.00 per hour will be broke and bankrupt because he was only capable of a factory job!!!!

    Seriously folks…it it weren’t for idiots like John McCain who is more worried about getting Mexicans to vote for him than he is about the future of the middle class…we would be in much better shape!!!

    OK rant over.

    @christmasghost:

    Oh…the book. Truth be told, it MIGHT be in the ever growing stack of books I haven’t read yet. heh I’ll have to check, but no, haven’t read it yet.

    I don’t dislike the man…I do actually respect him for a lot of reasons. Then there’s that McCain/Feingold, and the McCain/Kennedy stuff, and something else with a McCain/ I can’t think of right now cuz I just woke up and am working on my first cup of coffee. Yes, I think he’d be a much stronger president than the B, ESPECIALLY militarily, but they, and we, might all end up speaking Spanish.

    @Trail-Mix:

    Hmm….pretty good rant. Heh

    I think that’s something that a whole LOT of people have failed to consider, and sad to say, I’m one of them. Nope, they’re not gonna continue being “slave labor”.

    @serr8d:

    Hmmm…. I’d think it would be best to let their Rosie O’Donnell’s handle that….safer from a distance. If they pull that off, then I think the Dhimmis will implode. Good for us, good for the whole country.
