Computer Problem!

Ok, all you computer type folks….I’m having a problem.  This isn’t a site issue, it seems that my computer won’t play any videos.  Doesn’t matter if it’s YouTube, EyeBlast, Dailymotion,whatever.  It plays for a total of 2 seconds, and then zip!  Nothing!  So, is it me, or am I going to have to have a nervous breakdown?  Yes, I’ve cleared my cache, I’ve rebooted….. anything I can think of.

So, any suggestions?

    Have you installed anything around the time you noticed the problem? Is it only flash videos like YouTube, or can you see normal WMV or MPEG video? Check this page to test, that is a WMV embedded in a page.

    @Patrick:

    Welp, I can hear it, which is more than I’ve been able to do with any .wmv I’ve gotten through an email. Was there suppose to be any visual? Cuz all I got was a white square. :?

    I’m not aware of any downloads. I sure haven’t made any. Although there’s always those annoying updates that are pushed on ya by the Windows folks, or whoever. Now, I can watch the videos at Silencing the Christians, but that’s about it. Not sure what program they use.

    This started yesterday, and I just thought it was the videos. Now, I’m fairly sure it isn’t. grrrrrr
