Right after the idiotic Supreme Court decision to allow child rapists to live, Gov. Jindal signed the “Sex Offender Chemical Castration Bill,” authorizing the castration of convicted sex offenders.
Is that guy priceless, or what! We definitely need MORE Jindals!
