Sign The Petition!

4 August 2008, 11:14 pm. 2 Comments. Filed under Congress, Dhimmicrats.

Queen Moonbat, aka Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi has been the most ineffective Speaker in my history of ….some odd years.  Ok, more than 50!

Instead of dealing with REAL problems, we had a few bills and resolutions passed in THE PEOPLE’S HOUSE.  Minimum wage, unleaded toys, slavery apology…even though there haven’t been any slaves or masters in quite a few years.  One of the major issue facing our country right now is energy independence.

Some folks may see the Republicans as pulling a stunt by staying “in session”, even though Pelosi adjourned Congress on Friday. The DO NOTHING Congress, under the leadership of the Dhimmicrats are putting our country in danger on many levels.  Drilling for oil is just issue that should have been addressed.

Sign the petition demanding that Speaker Moonbat recall the Congress.  I had hoped that Bush would have recalled them, but I think Bush is on a mental vacation till the end of his term.  EXTREMELY disappointing!

GO!  Sign NOW!  Pass the link to everyone you know.  Post it on your blog!  Get the word out!

CALL CONGRESS BACK!

Well, ain’t that a pip! John McFeingold is off the hook!

Via Newsbusters:

A February 24, 2005, Washington Post article begins:

There’s nothing exotic or complicated about how phenoms are made in Washington, and, more to the point, how they are broken.

“Andy Warhol said we all get our 15 minutes of fame,” says Barack Obama. “I’ve already had an hour and a half. I mean, I’m so overexposed, I’m making Paris Hilton look like a recluse.”

Yep, the Obamessiah said it himself!

Reckon ol’ John is off the hook! I’d suggest that B. Hussein have one of his media suckups to do some checking before he gets his knickers in a twist!

Allies Or Appeasers

Secret deal kept British Army out of battle for Basra

A secret deal between Britain and the notorious al-Mahdi militia prevented British Forces from coming to the aid of their US and Iraqi allies for nearly a week during the battle for Basra this year, The Times has learnt.

Four thousand British troops – including elements of the SAS and an entire mechanised brigade – watched from the sidelines for six days because of an “accommodation” with the Iranian-backed group, according to American and Iraqi officers who took part in the assault.

US Marines and soldiers had to be rushed in to fill the void, fighting bitter street battles and facing mortar fire, rockets and roadside bombs with their Iraqi counterparts.

Hundreds of militiamen were killed or arrested in the fighting. About 60 Iraqis were killed or injured. One US Marine died and seven were wounded.

Wouldn’t this be aiding and abetting the enemy? And these are our “allies” in the ‘war on terror’?

So, they just sat there while Iraqis are being killed? While Americans are killed and wounded? Allie is NOT what I’d call them right at this point in time.  This makes me highly suspicious of the Brits retreat.  I know, it’s suppose to be a withdrawal, but under these circumstances, it makes me wonder.  Is this another deal they made with the Iranian backed Mahdi bunch?

Read the rest of this crap here.  Are the Brits the new French?

The WHOLE Plane

I hadn’t seen a picture of Obama’s whole “change” plane. I posted here about the U.S. flag being replaced with his personal symbol.  That was bad enough.  To see the whole thing?

I think the only word I can think of is revulsion!

This campaign has never been about our country.  It’s been always been all about Barack Hussein Obama.  It’s not about “change” and “hope”.  It’s about the self centered arrogance of one incompetent candidate.

There seems to be some very compelling evidence over at Atlas Shrugs.  So, see what you think, then come back and vent.

I thought it was ILLEGAL to take donations from NON American citizens?

Learning New Things

4 August 2008, 5:21 pm. 2 Comments. Filed under Opinion, Religion of Pieces.

I read this particular article several times today. I guess I just couldn’t grasp the idea the author was trying to relate. Baptists and Muslims? Well, I suppose it’s possible, IF said Baptist completely forgets that Muslims are pretty much taught to force conversion, lie to non Muslims (kafir), cheat said kafir, use as a slave, or even kill.

Baptists, Muslims must work together for a peaceful world

When Indonesian Muslims were making intimidating phone calls and threatening churches in 1998, Muslim women at an Islamic boarding school guarded the wife of a Baptist pastor when her husband was out of the country advocating for human rights in Washington.

Well, I must admit, they were doing what any decent person would do….protect the innocent. I’ve no doubt there are other Muslims who would do the same thing, but odds are, they aren’t following the Quran, or Haditha to the letter.

Before the initiative of Islamic women, Rembeth recalled, “I had been struggling even to relate to my Muslim friends.”

But they “really gave me an idea (that) there are some good Muslims, even though there are also some bad Muslims, as much as there are some good Christians and bad Christians.”

I’m fairly sure those she’s calling ‘bad’ Muslims are the ones who are following their religion quite strictly. As for those ‘bad’ Christians? Well, they aren’t following Christ’s teachings at all.

A former president of the Southern Baptist Convention said in 2002 that the prophet Muhammad was a “demon-possessed pedophile.”

“I believe the Quran teaches violence. It doesn’t teach peace, it teaches violence,” evangelist Franklin Graham said after the Sept. 11 attacks. “The god of the Christian faith is not the god of Islam.”

Well, those statements stirred up quite a hornets nest! The problem is, they’re true. Mohammed WAS a pedophile, although whether or not he was “demon-possessed”……who knows. And yes, the Quran DOES teach violence, against anyone who isn’t a follower of previously mentioned pedophile. Nor do I see Allah as the same as the God I believe.

“If Muslims and Christians are not at peace, the world cannot be at peace,” the letter warns. “With the terrible weaponry of the modern world; with Muslims and Christians intertwined everywhere as never before, no side can unilaterally win a conflict between more than half of the world’s inhabitants. Thus, our common future is at stake. The very survival of the world itself is perhaps at stake.”

Nope. Muslims and Christians are NOT “at peace”. Nor will we ever be. I suppose there could be some who will tolerate the invasion into our Christian based nation of Muslim traditions. I won’t be one of them. Why? I have NO intention of ever bowing 5 times toward Mecca, nor will I wear an oversized potato sack! I believe in God. I believe Jesus came to earth to redeem a sinner like me. I’m not going to change my mind to appease Muslims, or anyone else!

Evidently, the author needs a refresher course on the Bible.

Also, some very interesting reading, from a link left by a commenter:

Hello Dalai–Muslim-ology is Not Islam

Kafir

The Dhimmi

Debating About Islam – Part 1

Debating About Islam – Part 2

I also found this little tidbit rather interesting as well:

“Why Islam” is a public information campaign to bring information about the religion of Islam, the Holy Qur’an, and Prophet Muhammad (Peace be Upon Him) to the American public. The centerpiece of the campaign is a toll-free number (1-877-WHY ISLAM) and a website (whyislam.org) that gives people access to further information about the fastest growing religious affiliation in the United States.

Just why is it the fastest growing ‘religious affiliation’? I have a few suspicions, like perhaps they are counting the prison population that is converting, maybe for the idea of protection? Do people really believe Islam is going to save them from whatever ill they may be facing in their life? I’ve seen no evidence of a peaceful existence in Islam.

On the other hand, I have seen a great deal of peace in REAL Christianity, evidenced by the pure joy of church members. I dunno…which would YOU prefer?

Obviously, I’m no Islamic scholar, nor am I a Biblical scholar, but I do know right from wrong.

GOP Talkathon to continue ‘as long as it takes

House Republicans vowed to continue their talkathon on the House floor “as long as it takes,” saying Monday they would continue their protest indefinitely if House Speaker Nancy Pelosi does not allow for a vote on domestic oil drilling.

“There are plans underway to be here into next week,” said Rep. Mike Pence, one of the organizers of the protest. “We will be here as long as it takes.”

Aides to House Minority Leader John Boehner said he was expected to return to Washington at the end of the week. House Minority Whip Roy Blunt was expected to return mid-week, according to his aides.

With 24 members already back in Washington as of noon Monday, lawmakers said reinforcements were on their way.

Rep. Peter J. Roskam of Illinois said he got the call on Sunday afternoon and drove through the night, pulling into the Capitol just before daybreak.

“We loaded up the minivan just like the Griswolds,” said Roskam, referencing the classic Chevy Chase movie “National Lampoon’s Vacation.”

No word if Roskam saw Christie Brinkley on the highway in a red Ferrari.

Semi amusing. :?

Well, if they plan to stick to it, I’d say they may consider being there until the Dhimmis remove their heads from their collective hinders and start listening to THE PEOPLE.  Perhaps the President should use a little of his “power” for the good of THE PEOPLE, and insist they get back to work, and resolve this issue.  Refusing to drill on the land THE PEOPLE own, is down right ridiculous.

Morgan Freeman In Accident

4 August 2008, 2:23 pm. Comments Off. Filed under General News.

Actor Morgan Freeman suffers broken arm, other injuries in Mississippi car wreck

Memphis-born actor Morgan Freeman was injured in a serious car accident in Mississippi shortly before midnight Sunday night and airlifted to the Regional Medical Center at Memphis.

The actor, 71, was in serious condition this morning at The Med, said hospital spokeswoman Kathy Stringer.

Bill Luckett, a business partner of Freeman’s in the Ground Zero Blues Club chain, said Freeman suffered a broken arm and some other injuries. Luckett, who was with Freeman at the hospital today, said the actor needed surgery but would be OK.

He said Freeman doesn’t remember much about the wreck, but he was on his way home when his car went off the road and flipped.

The accident occurred in rural Tallahatchie County, about 90 miles south of Memphis.

Mississippi Highway Patrol spokesman Sgt. Ben Williams told the Associated Press that Freeman was driving a 1997 Nissan Maxima belonging to Demaris Meyer of Memphis when the car left a rural highway and flipped several times.

“There’s no indication that either alcohol or drugs were involved,” Williams said. He said both Freeman and Meyer were wearing seat belts. The woman’s condition was not immediately available.

Clay McFerrin, editor of the Sun Sentinel in Charleston, told the AP he arrived at the accident scene on Mississippi Highway 32 soon after it happened about four miles west of Charleston, not far from where Freeman owns a home with his wife.

McFerrin said it appeared that Freeman’s car went airborne as it left the highway and landed in a ditch.

“They had to use the jaws of life to extract him from the vehicle,” McFerrin said. “He was lucid, conscious. He was talking, joking with some of the rescue workers at one point.”

Sell Your Tyson Stock!

The news that Tyson Foods is going to replace a national holiday, Labor Day, with a Muslim holiday, Eid al-Fitr, came out on Friday, the 1st. Several blogs have posted about this outrage, and I linked to one in my usual Saturday afternoon post.

Other blogs with posts concerning this slap:

Texas Fred’s
A Soldier’s Perspective
Monkey in the Middle
Faultine USA
Dhimmi Watch
Maggie’s Notebook
Michelle Malkin

That’s just to name a few. There are many more.

I had an extremely busy weekend, so was not able to actually post about this….this….outrage!

Union leaders say implementing the holiday was important for the nearly 700 Muslims, many of them Somalis, who work at the plant that employs a total of 1,200 people.

Excuse me? Are there no local citizens who would work at the plant? 700? Isn’t that 700 jobs that could be done by hard working Americans? If they are Somali, they obviously aren’t Americans. Kowtowing to the Muslims by the union? Interesting. Since unions have been working to destroy this country from within for quite a while. Guess they are going to do quite well now, aren’t they.

I can’t add to anything that the others have said about this issue. I will not buy any products from Tyson. Now, or in the future. I’d suggest if you have stock in Tyson, sell it and buy some that actually employs Americans, and isn’t sucking up to the Religion of Pieces.

Tax Relief

4 August 2008, 9:02 am. 4 Comments. Filed under 2008, Moonbats & Other Animals, Opinion, Taxes.

What is tax relief? Well, normally, I would say it’s exactly what it says: relief from taxation. However, the Dhimmicrat candidate, B. Hussein, has other ideas. To him, the Obamessiah, tax relief is taking money away from companies that earn it, and give it to the “poor”. In his case, the poor are the states.

Now, why do I have a problem with such a Robin Hood plan? Well, for one thing, it’s not tax relief. When taking money away from the rich, who earn it, and provide jobs for those who need it, and giving it to the poor, who did NOT earn it, and provide no jobs to anyone, then this is socialism. I’m NOT in favor of socialism.

What many seem to fail to understand is that even though we hear the headlines of “record profits for BIG oil”, that same big oil pays a good chunk of those profits in taxes, and another big chunk in exploration. What it boils down to is about 9 cents on every dollar earned in actual “profits”. I don’t know about you, but I’d find it a bit difficult to live on only 9 cents.

Ok, so it’s a LOT more than 9 cents. Billions of dollars times 9…..well, you get the picture.

People are all up in arms over the CEO salaries. Honestly, I don’t have a clue as to what they do to earn such large sums of money. Personally, I can’t imagine what kind of lifestyle I’d have with so much. Probably still wear jeans, or shorts and a t-shirt, not wear make up if I didn’t see the need, and travel. Yeah, I’d use that large chunk of change to go every place I’d ever wanted to see. :) Oh, and I’d also make sure my church got a separate building for Sunday school.

Do they really NEED those large salaries. Odds are, no. But is it up to me whether or not they get them? Well like I said, not being of CEO material, I have NO idea. Most of us don’t have a clue what they have done to merit such exorbitant sums. Do they think up ways to earn their share holders more in dividends? Do they find news ways to create more jobs, examine new fields to drill, deal with the feckless weasels on Capital Hill? Hey, that last one makes me think they deserve their salaries, just having to deal with those economically ignorant bozos.

Without proof, I’m pretty sure there have been some who have decided the funds meant for retirees, through pension funds, are for their own persona use. But I’d say odds are, most are fairly honest, and do a good job for their companies.

So, when I hear, or read, about some of these utterly absurd schemes put forth by the Obamessiah camp, my feathers get more than just a tad ruffled. What has the gubmint done to make life better? How many jobs does it actually create? Right now, the federal government is the largest employee in the country. Why? How do they pay their employees? Why, with tax dollars, sucked from the companies who are actually DOING something, or at least trying to, when the gubmint gets out of their way.

B. Hussein’s ridiculous plan will NOT help people at the pump. Instead, it will make it even MORE difficult for the truly poor to put gas in their tanks to get to their jobs. Can’t get to work, lose job, get taxpayer aid. In other words, he is looking to have MORE people on the ‘dole’, not less, and that would make them beholden to the gubmint for their sustenance. Not a real good plan. Well, unless you are a socialist.

Christians and War

Jesus and the Case for War
by Frank Turek

I like to strike up conversations with people I meet while traveling. Last Tuesday, on the way back to San Francisco airport, I asked the driver where he was from. “Jordan,” he replied.

In an effort to make a connection, I mentioned that I haven’t gotten to Jordan, but I went to Iran in 2006 and served in Saudi Arabia with the Navy twenty years ago.

“What do you do?” he asked.

“I’m a writer and a speaker. I co-authored a book defending the truth of Christianity called I Don’t Have Enough Faith to Be an Atheist.”

“I’m a Christian too,” he said. Then, just as we were pulling into the terminal, he asked, “What do you think about the Iraq war?”

With less than 90 seconds left in the ride, I quickly said, “I think it was the least bad choice we had. Saddam used WMD, invaded Kuwait, and then violated 17 straight UN resolutions and the cease fire. What other choice did we have in a post 9-11 world?”

Iran Test Fires ‘New Weapon’ for Use at Sea

Iran has tested a new weapon for use at sea, the chief of the country’s elite Revolutionary Guards was quoted Monday as saying by the official IRNA news agency.

The commander, Gen. Mohammad Ali Jafari, claimed the new marine weapon is “unique in the world” and has a range of 300 kilometers (186 miles).

The report provided no further details and didn’t say when or where the weapon was tested, but it quoted Jafari as saying that there is “no similar weapon in the service of armies in the world.”

The alleged new weapon’s range indicated it may be some type of torpedo.

Sometimes, it’s really hard to take these people seriously. Sadly, I have a gut feeling that Iran will not take to the back burner, and will, for all intends and purposes, be the catalyst of an all out World War.

GOP: Lift drilling ban or risk shutdown

The showdown on Capitol Hill over expanding offshore drilling could lead to a threatened government shutdown when Congress returns from its five-week summer break in early September.

Some Republicans say they are prepared to vote against a resolution to fund the federal government for the 2009 fiscal year unless Democrats agree to lift an offshore drilling moratorium. If the budget resolution fails, many agencies and departments would be denied money to operate and would be forced to close.

Shutting down the federal gubmint might not be such a bad thing. Since Congress has done NOTHING of merit since Pelosi’s takeover, it can continue to do just that, just not on the taxpayer’s dime! It might be nice to prove to D.C. life WILL continue without them.

Tennessee Sen. Kurita faces tough Democratic challenge for seat

Attorney Tim Barnes is trying to unseat the 12-year incumbent, hoping to benefit from fallout Kurita has received for crossing party lines.

But Kurita remains confident that her votes represented the best interests of her constituents.

“I support the issues that are important to the people in my district,” said the Clarksville Democrat. “I always have and I always will.”

Kurita, 60, was first elected in 1996 to the 22nd Senate District seat that represents Cheatham, Houston and Montgomery counties. There is no Republican running this year.

Well, Heaven forbid, she should actually “cross party lines” and vote the way her constituents would want. Pfft! There seems to be a handful of people who have taken it upon themselves to decide what people want, even if it’s the complete opposite of reality. When crossing those lines, you’ve got to ask….did it help, or hurt, the people.

Arabs and Leftists Preparing To Claim Control of Gaza Coast

Arab Americans and supporters in Greece have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to help fund two boats that are set to sail to Gaza in a carefully prepared publicity stunt under the slogan “Free Gaza.” The boats have been provided with a sophisticated satellite link that will have a live hookup for journalists on board.

Israel stated it still retains sovereignty over the air and territorial waters after it withdrew soldiers from the Gaza region three summers ago, but Arabs and left-wing groups dispute the claim. They are gearing up for worldwide publicity for the boats to arrive on the Gaza coast. Israel has not yet decided how to react to the campaign, and the people who will be on board are hoping for a confrontation or arrest in order to win more media sympathy.

How about little holes in the bottom of their boats? Glub glub glub. Stunt over. Honestly, I think the Pallies need to return Gaza to the Israelis. At least then, it would be used for something other than breeding hatred and murderers.

Study: Restaurant kids’ meals loaded with calories

A new report says parents looking for healthy meal choices for their children are likely to find slim pickings on the menus of the nation’s top restaurant chains.

Nearly every possible combination of the children’s meals at Kentucky Fried Chicken, Taco Bell, Sonic, Jack in the Box, and Chick-fil-A are too high in calories, the report by the Center for Science in the Public Interest said.

Two things here. One, fast foot restaurants have been around for a LONG time. Well, within my lifetime, and that’s quite a while. Kids are not fatter these days because of the food, they’re fatter because they are stuck in a chair, either in school, or in front the idjit box, or a gaming console. Ergo, they aren’t able to burn up the calories. Second, who chooses to take their kid to a fast food restaurant? The parent, right? Well, there ya go! You have just two reasons kids are fatter these days than they were 20 years ago. Bring back recess, and turn off the idjit box! All the do gooders who have gone out of their way to “keep the children safe” have had a hand in turning our kids into big blobs of blubber. On the other hand, you’ve got some parents so into the micro food crap, they’re starving their kids out of ignorance.

DNA from victims led to anthrax suspect

A government scientist tells The Associated Press that DNA from the bodies of people killed in the anthrax attacks helped lead investigators to the suspect.

He said Sunday that investigators started with DNA from some of those victims. Investigators matched specific DNA patterns to anthrax cultures that the suspect, Army scientist Bruce Ivins, was responsible for in the lab.

Was he the only one that worked with those cultures? Just wondering.

Democratic Senators Not Ready to Say U.S. Is Winning the War

Democratic Sens. Mary Landrieu (La.) and Blanche Lincoln (Ark.) were not ready to say whether the United States is winning the war in Iraq when asked by CNSNews.com on Friday, nor did they say whether the United States is losing the war. Republican Sen. Johnny Isakson (Ga.), however, said America is winning and meeting its goals.

In July, five U.S. soldiers died from combat-related injuries, less than the six who died from non-combat-related incidents, making July the month with the fewest number of combat deaths for any month since the start of Operation Iraqi Freedom in March 2003.

The Dhimmicrats are so invested in the U.S. losing, I think the majority of them would rather swallow their tongues that to admit they are wrong.

After fatal shootings, congregants reclaim church’s sacredness

“This morning,” said Brian Griffin, the church’s education director, “we reclaim the sacredness of our space.”

Exactly seven days earlier, police allege, Jim David Adkisson, 58, entered the church’s 10 a.m. service just as the teens were putting on a performance of “Annie Jr.” and shot eight people with a shotgun, killing TVUUC member Greg McKendry and Westside Unitarian Universalist Fellowship member Linda Kraeger and wounding six others. A seventh woman was injured in the resulting chaos.

This was a tragedy. But I have to take issue with the ‘sacredness’ of a so called church that has turned it’s back on God’s word.

Tenacity of Taliban frustrates U.S. efforts

The Taliban are demonstrating a resilience and ferocity that is sowing alarm here, in Washington and in other NATO capitals, and engendering a fresh round of soul-searching over how a relatively ragtag insurgency has managed to keep the world’s most powerful armies at bay.

Six years after being driven from power, the Taliban have once again penetrated Afghanistan to the point that security officials talk of a noose tightening around the capital, Kabul, leaving the Afghan people more despairing than at any time since 2001.

The mounting toll inflicted by the insurgents, including nine American soldiers killed in a single attack last month, has turned Afghanistan into a battlefield more deadly than Iraq and refocused the attention of America’s military commanders and its presidential contenders on the Afghan war.

Doesn’t the military have any more bunker busters just laying around the storage shed? Might go a long way to discouraging the Taliban, and their followers.

With Primary Over, Obama Urges Full Florida, Michigan Vote

It comes too late for Senator Clinton, but Senator Obama is officially requesting that the delegations from Florida and Michigan be seated in full at the Democratic National Convention in Denver later this month. Mr. Obama wrote a letter to the convention’s credentials committee urging a full vote for the two states, whose disputed primaries in January sparked a prolonged battle between Mr. Obama and Mrs. Clinton.

A DNC panel awarded each state half a vote after an acrimonious public hearing in early June, dashing the former first lady’s hopes for significantly narrowing Mr. Obama’s lead in delegates. The states had been punished for holding early primaries, and Mrs. Clinton won both elections, which were largely uncontested.

In a carefully worded letter, Mr. Obama briefly acknowledged taking a different position during the primary, but he appealed to “party unity” in backing a full vote for Florida and Michigan now. The move was a foregone conclusion, since Mr. Obama had indicated he would support the arrangement once he was the nominee to avoid alienating voters in each state. Mrs. Clinton released a statement yesterday voicing her support for the move, and the committee chairmen said the matter would be the “top priority” at its next meeting.

Wait a minute. Both Florida and Michigan broke the DNC’s own rules, but now the Hillary is out of it, it’s ok, they’re welcomed back into the fold? That’s pretty much like grounding your teen for sneaking out the window in the middle of the night, and then telling him it’s ok, you can go to the big party. Nothing is accomplished!

Underresourced police say they’re unable to fight gangs

Two police officers admitted to The Courier-Mail the “grubs have control of the streets” because of understaffing

“Most police divisions struggle to put two cars on the road each shift and those crews can have up to 30 jobs backed up on their call sign when they start duty,” one two-decade veteran said.

Another officer said he was “trapped in the station doing paperwork”.

“I would love to be on the road for any entire shift to catch crooks,” he said.

Doesn’t Australia have a few deserted islands somewhere off the coast? Might be a good idea to do a major round up, send the thugs to the islands, and let ‘em fend for themselves. Do an airdrop now and then of necessities, but other than that, let ‘em kill each other, and leave the law abiding citizens along. I have suggested such a measure on this side of the Pacific, but no one pays attentions. sigh…

Senate Seeks to Censor Big Brother Africa

Chairman of the Senate Committee on Media and Information, Senator Ayogu Eze, told Senate correspondents yesterday in Abuja that, “what we have said is that if they bring a programme that contradicts our social and cultural values, they attract a sanction and the NBC is under instructions to make sure that the rules are strictly applied.”

He spoke against the backdrop of reactions to reports linking the National Assembly to a move to ban Multi-Choice from relaying the next edition of the programme to the Nigerian audience.

What the Nigerians don’t seem to understand, NBC has no ‘moral’ standards. Come to think of it, neither do the other alphabets. Sad.

Matthew 7:1-5

1 Judge not, that ye be not judged.

2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?

5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.
