……on the “good guys”. Couric evidently didn’t know. Sad. I thought she was an American journalist? Questionable!

Palin: Israel is the Good Guy

“We shouldn’t second guess Israel’s security efforts because we cannot ever afford to send a message that we would allow a second Holocaust,” Republican Vice Presidential nominee Sarah Palin said in a television interview for CBS.

“Israel has got to have the opportunity and the ability to protect itself. They are our closest ally in the Mideast. We need them. They need us. And we shouldn’t second guess their efforts,” the Alaska governor added.

“It is obvious to me who the good guys are in this one and who the bad guys are. The bad guys are the ones who say Israel is a stinking corpse and should be wiped off the face of the earth,” Palin explained.

“That’s not a good guy who is saying that. Now, one who would seek to protect the good guys in this, the leaders of Israel and her friends, her allies, including the United States, in my world, those are the good guys,” she said.

    Katie is the same one who didn’t realize that the television wasn’t around during the Depression.  Huh, I thought that was her medium.

    @Pastor John:

    Thought that was Biden. :? Same thing….neither one of ‘em are all that bright! heh.

    It was Biden, but she was the interviewer.  Remember all the hoopla when she took over that post, about whether or not SHE was qualified.  Apparently not.  When you’re so high up and advanced in the ranks of television journalism, you would think you would at least know when TV was invetned for Pete’s sake!  She never caught his error in the interview, or at the least didn’t want to point it out.

    I love Palin on this one though.  At first I thought she was speaking just a little bit too simple for her position, but then I realized that she was breaking it down:  OK Katie, now, we have the “good” guys and we have the “bad” guys.  Which one do you think we should favor, sweetie?  Classily catty.

    HA ha.   She’s gonna tear Biden apart in the debate.

    @Pastor John:

    Oooh…yeah…..you’re right! (slap upside own head) Ok, blame the medication….confused brain and all that. Heh. Isn’t CBS evening news ranked dead last of all the news shows? She’s such a puff, I don’t see how anyone can take her seriously.

    If the debate is run by credible people, yeah….Palin is going to rip Biden a new one! And look so sweet doing it.

    Heh.

    Even this is old, you were right. She tore him up from the floor up. Anyone who doesnt like Sarah probably cant even tie their shoes in the morning, without the government telling them how.

    She’s annoyed quite a few folks who would have supported her in 2012 by ‘quitting’ as governor.  Me?  I understand her reasoning, but I do think she seriously messed up her chances.  No, the morons shouldn’t be attacking her children, but what are they going to do if she really does make a run.  Those poor kids will be ripped apart by the moonbats, and they’ll think nothing of it.  Say something about Obumbler’s girls, and you’re an evil racist.  Say something nasty about a Down’s child, and that’s just peachy.  We are one seriously screwed up country right now.

    I dont think she messed up anything. The people that wont vote for her cuz of that, wouldnt have for some silly assed reason anyway. its all in how she carries herself from this point on. If I were her, Id just keep reminding people of how she kept having to shell out huge sums of money on BOGUS accusations, and Id ask people who question my move “Do YOU have millions to spend on legal defense for rediculous accusations by Democrats? Well neither do I”. Just that simple.

    Oh, I agree that putting her family through hell, and costing the taxpayers of Alaska millions through the constant attacks by Obama supporters, was a good reason to walk away…IF she had no intention of running.  Even those on the right will attack her because of it, calling her a quitter, and a variety of other nasty names.  We’re getting just as mean as the left, and that doesn’t speak too well of us either.  :(

    Personal opinion…..she’s a good woman, with strong convictions, and does not deserve to be treated as she has.  Whether or not I would support her in 2012…..I honestly don’t know.  Shoot, we may not even be here!  Things keep going the way they have, it won’t matter who runs, the fix will be in.  :?
