Thinking Of Taking It Out On The Phone!

Every 15 minute, we’ve been getting robocalls!  That’s the average.  Sometimes, only five minutes have passed, and the phone rings again.  Do we get any calls from Republicans?  Oh heck no!  ALL from Dems!  Why?  Granted, there have been a couple of Dems I’ve voted for in the past…..WAAAAAAY past, but we didn’t live here.  Don’t even remember where I was living at the time….I think it was California.

Now, I realize that these calls are computer generated, but why aren’t we getting calls from the other side as well?  I have a feeling whoever had this phone number prior to us was a registered Democrat.  Why didn’t they change their number with the party?  Why are we having to suffer for their foolishness??

I’m thinking a flying phone is in our future.

I got some calls from the republican party, and actually on the other end were real people I could talk to. I really apreciated the effort to take the time and call people personall, especially when McCain pulled out all adds from here. (Michigan)

Of course they are only coming from the Dems.  Due to illegal fundraising, they are the only ones who have money left.

:-)   Lucky you!  I don’t have a home phone…just cell, so we don’t have any of those calls.  I was #228 in the voting line up this morning and that was at 7:45.

I had thought they had gotten the message last night when an actual person was on the other end, and the Mr informed them, quite abruptly I might add, that we have already voted…..for the OTHER guy.  Heh.

But you know they don’t take no for an answer.  I think the most unbelievable things I got in the mail were a couple of HANDWRITTEN postcards explaining why that person is voting for Obama and why I should as well.  If I would have a cat, that would definitely be kitty litter.

I’m of the mind that unless you ask for all that crap, they should save some trees!  We could have started a BIG bonfire with the ads from Randy Camp.

I quite agree.  Even the Republicans could have saved some dough and sent it to someone else.  I was seriously considering sending it back so they could.
