When Pallies Whine, The Arab World Whines With Them

30 December 2008, 2:03 pm. 2 Comments. Filed under Israel, Middle East, Moonbats & Other Animals, Religion of Pieces.

Sadly, so does a large chunk of the rest of the world.  It doesn’t matter that they brought this on themselves.  It doesn’t matter that there was no REAL cease fire.  As long as the Israelis are portrayed as the ‘bad guys’, it’s just peachy. WRONG….but peachy.

Arab Street vs. Arab State

Public opinion in Egypt is more likely to side with Hizballah than with President Mubarak. Jordanian citizens are more likely to support Hamas than blame it for causing the war. The 2008 Annual Arab Public Opinion Poll, conducted by Shibley Telhami of the University of Maryland, shows clearly that most Egyptians and Jordanians blame the more moderate Palestinian Authority for the “situation in Gaza,” and more of them identify with Hamas than with the more moderate Fatah.

Ok, so, just where are the ‘moderate’ Muslims?  I keep hearing there are some, but I never see any indication they actually exist!  Perhaps this is just one more fabrication the Bush Administration wanted to perpetrate on the American people, and the world?

rockets

And along comes a MOONBAT, claiming to want to help the oppressed folks.  Well, the anti-semitism runs deep in that family!  I suppose she is not aware that the Israelis are providing medical aid to the civilians?  Guess not.  Would it matter if she did know?  Probably not.

In addition to opening crossings to allow medical supplies to Gaza, Israel has brought dozens of Gaza residents to Israel for treatment. Egyptian officials said Monday that they had offered to treat those wounded in IAF strikes as well, but that Hamas had prevented the transfer of patients to Egyptian hospitals.

Normally, I honestly don’t wish ill on anyone, but perhaps the Israeli Navy should have done a bit more damage?

The enemy here is NOT the Israelis.  The enemy of the Palestinians people is their own so called leadership.  They may have thought that all their problems would go away if they elected radicals to positions of power.  What they got was just the opposite.  (Hmm…..why does that make me think of a our own current (as of Jan 20, 2009) situtation?)

I’d really like to know why the Israelis would even consider a cease fire with the raving lunatics in Gaza.  Why should they?  No….I say pound the crap out of them until they SCREAM for peace.  Enough!  The Israelis have a right to defend themselves against all threats to their soveignty.  Allow the IDF to do their job!  Keep the freakin’ political suck ups OUT of it!

The Civilized VS The Barbarians

Do you, for one second, believe if the the roles were reversed, that the Palestinians would allow ‘humanitarian aid’ for the Israelis? Not just no, but HELL no!  The Pallies are not now, and have never been, self sufficient.  They destroyed anything that could have made them so when they took over Gaza.  Green houses, factories….everything.  Why?  Because the Israelis had built them.

TVA monitoring urged in areas surrounding coal ash spill

In the wake of last week’s massive spill, Roane County’s executive is pushing for an extra set of eyes to monitor the Tennessee Valley Authority’s ash storage at its Kingston Fossil Plant, and it appears likely that the utility will change the way it handles the material.

On Monday, Roane County Executive Mike Farmer said that an engineering firm will review inspection reports for whatever storage facility TVA uses to store the ash in the future. In addition, the executive said he thinks he has a tentative agreement with TVA that the agency will use a different storage method for the ash in the future.

Perhaps if they had been monitoring their own facilities, this would never have happened. I would still like to know just how this thing was able to give way. Wasn’t anyone checking it? I’m all for energy by any means possible, but shouldn’t someone have been paying attention? I’m curious about one thing though….technology has come up with uses for other by-products, why not for this ash? Instead of letting it sit around in big containers, find a use for it. How about fertilizer? Maybe use it as a filter of some sort. I don’t know…I’m not a scientist. And why the hell did they mix it with water? I’m no genius, but even I can figure out….that’s not a real good idea.  Oh, and since TVA created this environmental nightmare, they need to pay for it….out of their pockets….NOT ours!  No passing along the cost to the consumer!

Smoke ban boosts, burns businesses

Before the state smoking ban went into effect last Jan. 1, many bar and restaurant owners feared that the new law would have a disastrous impact on business.

But revenue figures for 2008 show that sales tax receipts for bars, nightclubs and restaurants increased in the six months after Illinois went smoke-free. Illinois casinos, on the other hand, have seen a double-digit drop in gaming receipts this year.

Since I don’t go to bars, I don’t give a flip. BUT, if I was inclined to do so, I wouldn’t go to any in Illinois! And honestly, I can have a quick meal without smoking. And it better be quick, too! However, nicer restaurants are NEVER fast, so odds are, we won’t be taking an excursion into Chicago any time soon. Now that absurd ban at the casinos? They have definitely lost my money. Since the actual casino floors are on the water, I don’t understand why that nanny ban even affects them.  Who, in their right mind, is going to sit there for hours on end, without smoking?  We’ll take our business elsewhere….to a more civilized state!  Here’s a question for all you anti smoking zealots: Fewer people smoke nowadays (and are being prevented from doing so in public places), yet MORE people are getting cancer. Just why is that? So, ya think y’all just might have been wrong about that second hand smoke BS? The WHO had a report out that it was false science (kind of like that global warming BS), but it vanished pretty quick. I wish I had printed it out when I came across it! sigh…

Mixed Christians Reactions to Operation Cast Lead

In Bethlehem, the mayor shut off the decorative lights and the Christmas tree decorating the city “to protest against the massacres committed in Gaza,” Mayor Victor Batarseh told Agence France Presse (AFP). Bethlehem is the location of the Church of the Nativity, where Christians believe Jesus was born. The city of Bethlehem was a majority Christian city on the eve of the creation of the Palestinian Authority (PA), but now, due to unofficial and official persecution by the PA Muslim community, Christians are a small and dwindling minority.

Any so called Christian who condemns the Israelis for defending themselves against the followers of a false god, is no one I want to know! Muslims have persecuted Christians through the centuries, just as much as they have Jews. If you follow the Bible, you KNOW anyone who does not stand WITH Israel will be destroyed! Our faith is based in Judaism! Islam is NOT! Whose side are you on? God’s, or a pedophile’s? Choose wisely!

Police: ‘Jena Six’ teen shoots himself in the chest

A teen convicted in the “Jena Six” beating case shot himself in the chest and was taken to the hospital Monday, days after his arrest on a shoplifting charge, police said.

Mychal Bell’s wound isn’t life threatening, said Monroe Police Sgt. Cassandra Wooten. The 18-year-old used a .22-caliber firearm in the shooting about 7:40 p.m., she said.

Wooten believes Bell was upset about media coverage of the arrest last week.

“I think he was upset over the incident … and didn’t want to be in the news again,” she said.

Don’t want the attention? Keep your ass out of trouble! Shoplifting? Ya made a wrong choice, and with your previous history, you’re going to get attention, like it or not. But shooting yourself? If ya wanted to actually die, you have really sucky aim! Seems to me, you LIKE the attention, and do stoopid stuff to get it! Jeeez.

One year’s hard labour for British missionaries in Gambia

The couple were working as Christian missionaries in the mainly Muslim country, which sits within Senegal on Africa’s west coast. Hoping for a lenient sentence they pleaded guilty to writing e-mails which mentioned the government, but denied any criminal intent, during a court appearance on Christmas Eve.
(…)
“We have not had any sight or any information about which documents are involved [in the sedition] but we believe it’s the e-mails. Those of us who support them receive them regularly, and there really isn’t anything seditious. It’s just telling us how it’s going, reporting about their life in the Gambia, nothing unusual. They are honest, hard-working people who go out of their way to help others.”

I’d bet the only thing are really guilty of is being Christians, and preaching the Gospel to the oppressed in a MUSLIM country.

Taliban Burning, Beheading Its Way Through Pakistani Valley

Taliban militants are beheading and burning their way through Pakistan’s picturesque Swat Valley, and residents say the insurgents now control most of the mountainous region outside the lawless tribal areas where jihadists thrive.

The deteriorating situation in the former tourist haven comes despite an army offensive that began in 2007 and an attempted peace deal. It is especially worrisome to Pakistani officials because the valley lies away from the areas where Al Qaeda and Taliban militants have traditionally operated and where the military is staging a separate offensive.

There is no such thing as ‘peace’ with these pigs! There never will be! Complete and total annihilation is the only thing that will bring any sort of peace!

Psalm 137:5-6

5 If I forget thee, O Jerusalem, let my right hand forget her cunning.

6 If I do not remember thee, let my tongue cleave to the roof of my mouth; if I prefer not Jerusalem above my chief joy.
