An Ol’ Broad’s Ramblings
Can I Take A Ride In MY New Plane?
Beleaguered Citigroup is upgrading its mile-high club with a brand-new $50 million corporate jet – only this time, it’s the taxpayers who are getting screwed.
Even though the bank’s stock is as cheap as a gallon of gas and it’s burning through a $45 billion taxpayer-funded rescue, the airhead execs pushed through the purchase of a new Dassault Falcon 7X, according to a source familiar with the deal.

I can’t even begin to express just how much this kind of crap chaps my hide.

$50M? Chump change. They’re still giving $400M to the Mets for naming rights…
But it wasn’t even an AMERICAN made jet. Dang! That makes it even MORE tacky.
That ‘naming rights’ stuff just bugs the bejabbers outta me. sigh…
How do i apply for a bailout? Does anyone really know the full process? All I need is about 50K, and I will handle that well enough to never need another nothin’.
The process? Well, from what I can figure out, you have to be really bad at math, and run a HUGE business into the ground. Odds are, you won’t qualify…ya got too much smarts.
