An Ol' Broad's Ramblings

No Super Bowl

Nope, we’re not watching the Super Bowl.  I honestly don’t care anymore, and NBC has made sure I care even less. We don’t watch much of any thing on that station. It’s a good possibility, even if my ‘Boys were playing, or maybe the Packers, we still wouldn’t be watching.

Here’s the commercial NBC SHOULD be showing instead of 3-D nonsense.  I don’t care how much technology has improved since the first 3-D movie came out….it still sucks.  No technology can ever replace the wonder and beauty of life.

It was a good game but I know what you mean. Obama and that guy interviewing him made me want to puke. They kept overbite off of the screen most of the time but you still had to put up with costas. Halftime was a joke. nbc just kinda makes my queasy. To think that about ten years ago, I fell for their “style” of brain washing. There was a commercial, with one of those baldwin guys- something about TV and internet rotting the brain so they can mold us and how we all fall for it. I swear that it was like they were just coming out and telling us how they do things. I wonder how many people just laughed and thought it was cute?

I just relied on the idjit box for information, I might have ended up a Kool Aid drinker too. :? Whenever someone tells me “I heard on the Today Show, or MSNBC, or CNN”…I just want to smack ‘em and tell them “SNAP OUT OF IT!”
