I agree with the premise, but it goes much deeper than that. Even when the local rag had more staff, they were willfully failing to report the news, especially about their boy toy, Walker.

They all failed in the lead up to the Iraq War as well. Think of all the lives and money that would have been saved if they had done their jobs then. Hell, life would have been so much better, the conservatives might have still been in power now.

Now see, we have a differing view on the Sentinel. Heh. Big shocker, eh? LOL

I don’t know why going into Iraq is still a topic….but ok. I guess the Brits, and even the UN believed the bad intel. Saddam was a bad bad man, and SHOULD have been taken out LONG before Jr got into office, but hey…that’s just me.

The media stopped doing their jobs a long time ago, and we suffer for it.

Well, I guess we agree on the media stinking up the joint.

As for the Iraq thing, well US Intel disproved the British Intel, but Georgie went with the Brits cuz it fit into his plans. If the media had told us earlier about the US Intel, well, he might not have had all the support. That’s all I meant.

I’m thinking a well place bullet would have saved us a WHOLE lot of American blood. :( So, I reckon we do kind of agree.

    *heart attack*

    :)
