At five minutes and six seconds after 4 a.m. On the 8th of July this year, the time and date will be: 04:05:06 07/08/09.

This won’t happen again for a thousand years.

    But at six minutes and seven seconds after 5am on August ninth next year, it will be 05:06:07 08/09/10.

    Now see, that’s what I told the Mr, but for that exact sequence, it’s once a millenium.

    Since he is tracking the year in two digits, even the exact sequence he lists will show up again in just 100 years, not one thousand.

    At five minutes and six seconds after 4 a.m. On the 8th of July 2109 would be listed as 04:05:06 07/08/09.
