Laura Gives Phony Feminist A Slap Down
I’m a female. I am not what would be considered, by the radical terminology today, a feminist. A TRUE feminist, is a woman who stands up for the rights of other women, whether they agree with them or not. Today’s so called feminist don’t do this. They attack, and with the viciousness the left has become known for, anything that does not agree with their particular ideology.
Remember the women who stepped forward during the Clinton years? There was a HUGE difference in the way those women were dragged through the mud, and how they dealt with Anita Hill, who was accusing Justice Thomas. The Clinton women had proof, Hill did not. But that’s not the point, is it. It’s all about the ideology. Clinton was more in tune with their ideology, Thomas was conservative. And traditional values are unacceptable in their skewed view of the world.
“Feminists” will attack someone like me because I don’t agree with their ideology. I believe life is precious, and murdering babies is not a choice. I believe marriage is between a man and a woman, not a matter of civil rights. I believe that men who abuse their positions to use women, are slime, no matter what their political stance. I believe a woman who is a mother and wife has the hardest job in the world, and should be honored for making their families a priority, instead of beating men into submissive wusses, as I’ve seen happening in this country. I believe the husband/father IS the head of the household, but as Maria Portokalos said in My Big Fat Greek Wedding, “The man is the head, but the woman is the neck.” Without one, the other is useless.
The attacks on Miss California have been vicious, and inexcusable. Disagree with her views, if you wish, but the name calling, attacks on her physical attributes, real or not, have dragged any positives of women, as a whole, backwards.
