Conservatives Need Not Apply

I hear people insist that the public education system is NOT skewed to the left, but incident after incident proves otherwise.

#17: Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for Socialism, and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers associations. Put the party line in text books.

I’d have to say they’ve pretty much succeeded with this goal, wouldn’t you?

Those Are Some Tough Chihuahuas!!

I just had to laugh at this

SAGE, Riverside County — A woman got the surprise of her life when she walked into her garage to see why her dogs were barking. She found a full-grown mountain lion.

Ana Lee Spray, 23, says her three toy chihuahuas were barking so loudly that it woke her up Saturday morning. She couldn’t figure out what was wrong, and got up to check on the dogs. When she saw the animals standing guard at the opening of the garage, Spray investigated further.

She ran into her daughter’s bedroom, which has a window that looks into the garage, and quickly got the answer staring back at her.

The chihuahuas, which weigh about three pounds each, had cornered the mountain lion. She says the big cat appeared to be angry and began hissing at her and foaming at the mouth.

Spray quickly called 911 and then grabbed her video camera to record a few pictures of the cornered cougar.

The pint-sized puppies refused to back off, and kept barking for about 45 minutes until two Riverside County Sheriff’s deputies arrived at Spray’s home in the 3900 block of San Ignacio Road.

“When they saw the dogs they said `These little things?’ When they saw the mountain lion their jaws dropped,” Spray said. “They radioed, `This is a full-size mountain lion and it is not happy to see us.’ ”

Officers with the Department of Fish and Game arrived at Spray’s home a short time later and Spray called the dogs off.

I have a hard time understanding why the feline didn’t just attack, but I think it’s pretty funny!!

Obama’s Politburo… US Circles the Drain
Time to Demand Obama’s Resignation?

by J.D. Lonstreet

Just a snippet:

In the bad ole days of the Soviet Union, it was ruled by the Politburo. The Politburo functioned as the central policymaking and governing body of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. The body was made up of the top members of the Central Committee. In theory, it acted as the political bureau (hence Politburo) of the Central Committee, elected by them to direct the Party between the sessions of the committee and with a mandate that only covered the Party. The Politburo was responsible to, and its membership was subject to, the approval of the Central Committee.

We tell you this just in case you might be wondering where Our socialist President, Comrade Obama, got the idea for all those Czars he has appointed who seem to answer to no one but Obama. Well, now you know!

Read the whole column here!

I do not believe our nation can survive the direction it has been heading since January 20. The people who voted for this sham should be ashamed of themselves. If they believe America is a great country, why did they want to destroy it by putting an incompetent boob in the White House?

Send Obummer back to Chicago, or Hawaii, or even Kenya!  As long as he goes away before anymore damage is done!  I just pray it’s not to late to reverse what he’s already done!

Christian Murdered for Drinking Tea from a Muslim Cup

International Christian Concern (www.persecution.org) has learned that radical Muslims running a tea stall beat a Christian man to death for using a cup designated for Muslims on May 9. The young man, Ishtiaq Masih, had ordered tea at a roadside stall in Machharkay village, Punjab, Pakistan, after his bus made a rest stop.

A cup? How does the cup know the religion of the one who uses it? Does the cup actually care?

When Ishtiaq went to pay for his tea, the owner noticed that he was wearing a necklace with a cross and grabbed him, calling for his employees to bring anything available to beat him for violating a sign posted on the stall warning non-Muslims to declare their religion before being served. Ishtiaq had not noticed the warning sign before ordering his tea.

Kind of reminds me of the “whites only” water fountains back when I was a very young sprout. And just as ugly, if not even uglier in the 21st century.

The owner and 14 of his employees beat Ishtiaq with stones, iron rods and clubs, and stabbed him multiple times with kitchen knives as Ishtiaq pleaded for mercy.

The kind, tolerant and benevolent “Religion of Peace”.

Makah Tea Stall is located on the Sukheki-Lahore highway and is owned by Mubarak Ali, a 42-year-old radical Muslim. ICC’s correspondent visited the tea stall and observed that a large red warning sign with a death’s head symbol was posted which read, “All non-Muslims should introduce their faith prior to ordering tea. This tea stall serves Muslims only.” The warning also threatened anyone who violated the rule with “dire consequences.”

If he hadn’t seen the Cross, he would have never known the difference.  What kind of person refuses service, to a paying customer?  Well, a fanatic, of course!

Ishtiaq’s family said that they immediately reported the incident to the police and filed a case against Ali. However, the murderers are still freely operating the tea stall.

A murder has been committed. They KNOW who did the deed, yet do nothing?

When ICC asked the Pindi Bhatian Saddar police station about the murder, the police chief said that investigations were underway and they are treating it as a faith-based murder by biased Muslims. When asked about Ali’s warning sign, police chief Muhammad Iftikhar Bajwa claimed that he could not take it down. However, the constitution of Pakistan explicitly prohibits such discrimination.

What’s a little ol’ piece of paper to a Muslim? Since their “holy book” tells them to murder non-muslims, I guess it’s ok, right? How are people around the world suppose to look at the countries who continue to turn a blind eye to such actions? Like the 7th century barbarians they are, that’s how!

It’s really difficult for me to even express my disgust at these pigs!  I will pray for the young man’s family, and all the Christians who have the misfortune of living in such a backward area!

A Non-Election Election?

14 June 2009, 10:38 am. Comments Off. Filed under Crime, Election Stuff, Iran, Middle East, Moonbats & Other Animals, Opinion, Politics.

Iran’s Election Loser Slams Poll Result

Mir Hossein Mousavi lost the vote to incumbent president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad but has branded the election as a “dangerous charade”.

Opposition supporters say more than 100 political activists have been arrested in Iran following yesterday’s controversial election result.

Mohammad Reza Khatami, the brother of ex-president Mohammad Khatami, is among those being held, leading reformist Mohammad Ali Abtahi told the Reuters news agency.

There have also been clashes in Tehran between protesters and police, with some journalists who filmed the violence being briefly detained.

Tens of thousands of pro-Ahmadinejad supporters have marched through the capital’s streets.

I wonder how much Ahmadinnerjacket paid his “supporters”?

I’ve been watching all this from the sidelines, not commenting here what I thought of the doings in Iran.  Well, I’ve broke my silence now, haven’t I.

If anyone truly believes that this farce of an election was legitimate, I’ve got some swamp land….  Eventually, people get fed up with being oppressed, and they will react, as we are now seeing happening in Iran.

Then our very own Obummer said this on Friday:

“We are excited to see what appears to be a robust debate taking place in Iran,” Obama told reporters when asked about the Iranian election during an event at the White House.

“Whoever ends up winning the election in Iran, the fact there has been a robust debate hopefully will advance our ability to engage them in new ways,” he said.

Is that what he calls this? A “robust debate”? Does this guy even live on the same planet? It takes two people to make a debate, and from what I’ve been reading, with the ‘Booboo pretty much controlling all forms of media, not much debating has been going on.  The statement from the self proclaimed victor that the current clashes “are not important” speaks volumes about the mindset of the ruling ‘class’ of Iran.  Evidently, he doesn’t believe it was possible for him to really be defeated.  Personally, I think he was!  I pray for the freedom yearning of Iran to succeed in their quest, but when you have the thought police in charge, I question if this possible.

Watching all this from afar, I am wondering how our upcoming elections, 2010 and 2012, will play out.  Will we, too, have riots in the streets?  Will our so called elected officials go quietly when they are voted out of office?

Since Iran won’t allow international over seeing of it’s election, we may never know who really won the election. The Apology Tour 2009 in Cairo a couple of weeks ago evidently didn’t do much to influence the Iranian powers that be (Ayatollah Ali Khamenei), into allowing more freedom for the Iranians. Will they even give a flip if the U.S. rejects the results? Oddly enough….NO!  Gee, go figure.  They don’t care what Obummer says either.  Hmmm…..

FAIL! FAIL! FAIL!

Just a snippet:

He finishes and looks around the room for approval, and, on cue, everyone bursts into laughter.

“I LOVE IT when you tell the press that joke, sir,” Biden says, laughing and laughing and laughing.

In the corner, TOTUS still flashes FAIL! FAIL! FAIL! across his screen, and everyone still ignores him.

“Yeah, sometimes I can hardly contain myself,” the president says, beaming.

“Alright…alright…hold on now. Let’s get serious: It’s time to ask: WWJCD?”

“What would Jesus Christ do?” Gibbsy says, his mouth suddenly closed, the drool gone, his eyes wide, as if he’s just heard the craziest thing ever.

“NO!” The president shouts. “Gibbsy, how many times do I have to tell you? We don’t say that name anymore. WWJCD stands for: What Would Jimmy Carter Do?”

It would absolutely hilarious, if it weren’t so true! sigh… Well, for your reading pleasure, head on over to The American TEA Party, to read the whole thing.

Angry ACORN Mob Intimidates NY State Senator, Assaults Top Aide

Protesters that were part of an angry mob that included many ACORN supporters nearly knocked New York state Sen. James Alesi, a Republican, down on the floor and spat in the face of his chief of staff, according to reports.

The protesters were reportedly upset that two Democratic senators decided to caucus with Republicans, a move that when finalized by the state Senate would hand Republicans control of it. Majority Democrats have shut down the chamber to prevent the transfer of power.

Meanwhile, Pennsylvania state Rep. Stephen Barrar, a Republican, is circulating a petition calling on his state’s attorney general to investigate ACORN.

Real class acts, those ACORN folks.  I don’t care how bloomin’ “upset” you are, do you not behave in such a manner!  Contrary to what the leftist moonbats might believe, the Dhimmicrats do NOT have all the answers, and the answers they do have are mostly wrong!  So, if those two state senators were acting in the best interest of the people as a whole, then they should be respected for going with their conscience.  Very few do these days, if they even have one.  I’m starting to have my doubts.

Every single state AG should be investigating this feckless ‘organization’.  I’d say the US one should to, but I’m fairly sure Holder already knows exactly what they are, and is actually in league with them, as is his boss, who is nothing more than an ACORN stooge himself.

After doing some searching, I found no evidence that the people were even arrested.  Isn’t knocking someone down, and spitting at people, considered assault?

Nice Day With the Mr

13 June 2009, 5:01 pm. 1 Comment. Filed under 2nd Amendment, Just Cuz, Stuff.

It was a fairly pleasant morning out on the range, unless you consider red clay unpleasant. And after the rain last evening, there was a LOT of that red mud. I may never get it off my sneakers, or socks for that matter. :? But we didn’t expect to stay sterile, so I suppose it wasn’t too bad.

We picked up a few targets at the club house, chatted with the folks in charge, and headed over to the range. I had been wanting to try out the .32 for a while. So, I figured I’d start with that one. I’ve learned something. I don’t much care for my Barretta .32. At all. You wouldn’t think an itty bitty thing like that would kick the crap outta me. The Mr didn’t have a problem with it, but I sure did. I’ve got a bruise on that place between the thumb and trigger finger. Nope. Don’t like that at all. Two clips, and that was enough of that!

I tried out the Mr’s long barrel looking .22, and that was a WHOLE lot easier. I liked it! :D Then, I pulled out my Walther P.22 and I like that a WHOLE LOT BETTER! Let’s face it, I’m never going to be a sharp shooter, but for a novice, I suppose I did alright.

target1target2

As you can probably tell, head shots are NOT my strong suit. sigh… That’s ok, I’ll keep practicing. I suppose I good whack to the neck will be quite effective, bleeding out and all that. Not that I seriously want to off anyone, but if the need arises, I’d like to get it right. The way it looks right now, all I’ll be able to do is seriously piss off the bad guy. :P

It started getting amazingly humid, and I think we both came close to melting, so it was time to pack it up and go in search of food!

mud hell

We decided to try someplace totally different, and headed into the little burg of Counce, not to far from the gun club. I’m seriously glad we did! We came across a BBQ place that was pretty doggone tasty. Either that, are we were so hungry, cardboard would have tasted good. Naw….it was pretty good. The beans were kind of strange, a little vinegary, but different strokes and all that. I gave mine a shot of the “hot” sauce. Uh….my lips were burning about 20 minutes later, but my goodness, that was good. :D Hey, at least my eyelashes weren’t sweating, right?

On our way home, we took a detour through Savannah. Needed gas, and that’s the closest place to get the NO CORN kind. (Corn is for food, NOT gas tanks!) We decided to take a run over to Wally World, since we were close by, and made a side trip to our local gun store. Now, when you walk into this place, expect to spend at least an hour there, chatting. It’s a great time, I can assure you. I was telling them how I wasn’t too crazy about the .32, so the lady says, “I LOVE my Glock!” and started talking about doing a little trading. Hey, I like the idea. So, we talk, we decide…..let’s do it! After filling out all the paper work, I run into the same dadburn wall I got the last time around. So, now I have to send the SAME papers up to the TBI in Nashville, so they can turn around and call the gun store and say “Ok, she’s cool! Give her the gun.” Jeeez! Don’t they keep track of this stuff?

It was really nice spending the day together, but I gotta tell ya, I am happy to be home. I’m pooped! :)
