OTOH, anyone who hires her gets to check the "we hired a woman to do a tech job" box on the state/federal minority hiring disclosure forms, and use her for tax credits and other programs, so that does put her at an advantage over men with no experience.  I can't find a picture of her, so I'm guessing she's not a two-fer (i.e., white). (I can't describe how much I loathe those government race/gender disclosure forms.    Everytime I fill one out, I wonder if they hired me for my brain or my genitals.) there are more qualified people than you out of work.
