Israel halts settlement building
Housing Minister Ariel Attias said the decision not to approve any more projects was part of a “waiting period” rather than a “freeze”.
Barack Obama has been putting Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu under intense pressure to end settlement expansion completely.
Citing a historic opportunity to forge peace in the Middle East, the president has been pushing both Israel and the Arab world to make gestures of good faith.

IMHO, God will trump Barack Hussein Obama EVERY SINGLE TIME! And anyone else who tries to dispute His Word.
The US administration has been unusually outspoken in its demands that Israel halt all building activity in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, areas where the Palestinians hope to create a future state.
And who gives the US administration the authority to tell Israel when it can, or cannot built? No one I know of. Can you imagine some other country telling us we couldn’t build any more high rise apartment buildings in New York? Or condos in Miami? Or a log cabin in the Rocky Mountains? Holy cow! Talk about it hitting the fan!

Atheist ads on side of DART buses (WHO)
A driver for Des Moines Area Region Transit Authority is suspended for refusing to drive a bus bearing a controversial advertisement. Angela Shiel says the ad, paid for by an atheist group, is against her faith.
DART’s general manager says Shiel was suspended because the transit authority’s policy states drivers can’t choose which buses they drive.
The ads which read “Don’t believe in god? You’re not alone,” have created a lot of controversy. Days after they first appeared on the buses, DART removed them, citing complaints from riders.
Then, the ACLU complained, claiming removal of the ads was unconstitutional. So, the ads returned.
There’s no word on when, or if, Shiel will return to work.
– More of this push to get God out of our lives? hmmm Who would be behind that? Could it be……. SATAN? or maybe BHO?
I wonder if the ACLU would be so gungho if it had been a pro-Christian ad? I think we both already know the answer to that.
Id like to nail them members of the ACLU to the floor, set them on fire and hand them a dull knife. They support and back NAMBLA. Thats self explanatory.

Heh. Yeah, it sure appears that way. That club has got a rather large membership, doesn’t it. I was quite surprised to wake up one morning to find that I’m considered a “domestic terrorist” by my own gubmint.
