An Open Letter to White Liberals From a Black American
Dear White Liberal America,
Thank you very much. We poor helpless, inferior blacks…hold that thought. I must be politically correct. We African Americans want to thank you white liberals for helping us, using your superior intellect. After all, we could not possibly succeed in this racist, homophobic and greedy country without your assistance.
I first met you guys in the 1970’s while I attended the prestigious Maryland Institute College of Art on a scholarship. A black kid from the ghetto, I found myself amongst white kids from well-to-do families. I worked a part-time job to cover the costs of my books and art supplies. The majority of you white liberals did not have to work.
And yet, I remember many conversations about how you would never bring a child into this “freaking world” and how “freaking screwed up” this “freaking country is”. You told me how “freaking selfish” your “freaking parents” were and how they only cared about “freaking money”. Then, you drove off in your convertible, given to you by your “freaking parents”, as I stood at the bus stop.
I can not thank you enough for the numerous times you shared your expensive primo weed with me. While I enjoyed the free weed (of which I’ve long ceased to indulge) and rebellious chicks, in all honesty, I could not figure out what you were so angry about.
Now you former hippie boomers are in total control of government, colleges and public schools, still selling your utopian message of peace and love. Thanks for eliminating black fathers in the home through your generous welfare programs. Ultimately, everybody knows dads are cruel chauvinists who beat and molest their kids.
In addition, thanks for encouraging schools to accept black kids speaking ebonics instead of intelligible English. It would be racist to expect us simple-minded colored folks to learn to speak English correctly. And besides, we don’t want our black kids sounding too white. Authentic blacks must sound like we come from the hood, love rap music and cherish Kentucky Fried Chicken. I would never trust any black person that eats sushi; which is probably what those traitors, former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas eat. If Justice Thomas had answered his phone with a “What up!” and a heartfelt “A-muri-ka” sucks, the NAACP would have championed him as a true brother, faithful to his blackness. Sadly, Ms. Rice and “Uncle Thomas” chose the character, education and work ethic route to success. How disgusting.
Yes, you liberals are so good to us. I really appreciate talent-challenged actresses like Janeane Garofalo putting that Uncle Tom, RNC Chairman, Michael Steele in his place when she said he suffered from Stockholm Syndrome. How dare he not view himself as a victim of white America? How dare he empower young blacks with the knowledge that success is attainable without liberal intervention? What an ungrateful, well, you know the word I’m thinking. It begins with an “N”.
In closing, it is my hope that you liberals keep up the good work. With your continued diligence, most Americans and we minorities can rest easy in the knowledge that we don’t have to work or be responsible for anything. President Obama is in the process of confiscating the wealth from those greedy, rich, white capitalists and redistributing it to us black American victims.
Now, if I could only figure out how to tie my shoes all by myself. No matter. If I can’t, I know you liberals will be there for me. Fighting back tears of overwhelming gratitude, again, I thank you.

It’s NOYB!
Butt Out, Already!

I have great admiration for the British, but… I wish they would butt out of our national conversation (debate, argument…etc.) about socialized medicine in America. I DON’T GIVE A D**N HOW WELL THEY LOVE THEIR NHS (National Health Service). It is THEIR NHS… not ours.
Understand, my British friends, this is America. We are not Brits. Our ancestors came here (to escape your island) in vast numbers – including my own. If you love your NHS, then, by all means keep it. We don’t want it here and we are going to fight it all the way to the finish line and beyond!
Oh, and one other thing, if you British folks are so enamored of President Obama, then you can certainly have him. He is quickly becoming the most unpopular president in the history of our republic. His popularity is dropping like a stone and picking up speed as it falls.
Look, you don’t understand us, you never have. America is, in fact, two countries that have agreed to try to live together under one government. Well, that is not absolutely accurate, either. Allow me to explain:

I had some ancestors who were here long before the white man found the place. I have some ancestors that escaped the British oppression in their native Ireland. Now, why do you think those who came over on boats wanted to get away? Perhaps, they believed freedom was a whole lot more important than bending under the weight of someone else’s will? I was also born in the South, so that gives me THREE pluses for freedom! Now why on earth would I want someone up in D.C., or over there in GB, telling me how wonderful life will be if we just buy into the over taxing, over intrusive, system of socialists? I mean, seriously. What SANE person would?

‘Artificial trees’ to cut carbon
Engineers say a forest of 100,000 “artificial trees” could be deployed within 10 to 20 years to help soak up the world’s carbon emissions.
The trees are among three geo-engineering ideas highlighted as practical in a new report.
The authors from the Institution of Mechanical Engineers say that without geo-engineering it will be impossible to avoid dangerous climate change.

Climate fixes ‘pose drought risk’
The use of geo-engineering to slow global warming may increase the risk of drought, according to a paper in Science journal.
Methods put forward include reflecting solar radiation back into space using giant mirrors or aerosol particles.
But the authors warn that such attempts to control the climate could also cause major changes in precipitation.
They want the effect on rainfall to be assessed before any action is taken.
Is there NO sanity left on this planet????? I’m sorry, but plastic trees don’t produce oxygen. Where is the common sense? I’m just speechless at the utter stupidity of so called educated people.

Liberal Lies About National Health Care: Second in a Series (Collect All 10!)

With the Democrats getting slaughtered — or should I say, “receiving mandatory end-of-life counseling” — in the debate over national health care, the Obama administration has decided to change the subject by indicting CIA interrogators for talking tough to three of the world’s leading Muslim terrorists.
Had I been asked, I would have advised them against reinforcing the idea that Democrats are hysterical bed-wetters who can’t be trusted with national defense while also reminding people of the one thing everyone still admires about President George W. Bush.
But I guess the Democrats really want to change the subject. Thus, here is Part 2 in our series of liberal lies about national health care.
Kevin’s Not Dazzled Either
It’s no secret I absolutely adore Kevin Jackson (The Black Sphere)! The man has more common sense in his little finger, than most people will ever have, or dream of. His take on ol’ Teddy’s death, once again, hits the mark.
Here’s just a snippet:
Today however, the news will report that a great man died. They will say how he was a wonderful legislator, and that he “reached across the aisle” in a bi-partisan effort to help all Americans. You will hear things like dedicated father, family member, friend, patriot, American, and a host of other platitudes that Kennedy frankly doesn’t deserve.
Kennedy was good at one thing: Being a Kennedy! Actually, he was just ok at that.
Teddy Kennedy was a relic of a bygone era—an icon who never should have been an icon. When you really analyze what Kennedy accomplished in his life and career, the answer is nothing except being a Kennedy. In truth, Kennedy’s career was really about one quintessential thing: Keeping Democrats in power—by whatever means necessary.
Kennedy literally had NO idea what it is like to be black or any concept of being poor. Teddy was born into a life of luxury, and I’m not talking “nouveau riche, don’t blink when you buy a Ferrari.” Kennedy money is “don’t blink when you buy an island!” Teddy was handed everything, having lost the only thing his family could not steal—a second time—the presidency. Even with his Kennedy lineage, Teddy couldn’t earn that.

I heard this afternoon they are burying the old reprobate in Arlington Cemetery. Is it just me, or is this extremely offensive to anyone else? I think of all those young men and women who died serving this nation who are buried there, and I’m wondering….other than being born a Kennedy, killing a young woman, managing to get himself elected over and over again, and totally screwing up our health care system with his bs HMO scheme….what has he done to deserve this honor?
Ted is Dead
I’m sure everyone has heard by now that Edward Kennedy has gone on to his great beyond. The Mr told me around midnight, and I wasn’t real sure how to feel about it. I tried to pray for his soul, but had a great deal of trouble doing so. Pretty bad, eh? 
I kept thinking of all the damage he’s done, not just to Massachusetts, but to the nation as a whole. Think HMOs. If you want to blame someone for the so called health care crisis, you can point your finger in his direction. (Make sure you’ve got a finger or two pointing at lawyers too.)
No, my biggest problem was that I kept thinking of another family. One who lost of much loved child. So, in honor of Teddy’s passing….
It’s truly a shame Mary Jo’s dad didn’t get to live long enough to see the day that his daughter’s killer finally got his just reward.

I think I might have posted this before, but it bares repeating.
Obama is the shepherd I did not want.
He leadeth me beside the still factories.
He restoreth my faith in the Republican party.
He guideth me in the path of unemployment for his party’s sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the bread line,
I shall fear no hunger, for his bailouts are with me.
He has anointed my income with taxes, my expenses runneth over.
Surely, poverty and hard living will follow me all the days of my life, and I will live in a mortgaged home forever.

Are you ‘Undermining The Country’ too?

I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again… Democrats are making a terrible political miscalculation by blasting the majority of Americans for opposing Obamacare.
The Democrats are a Political Party that has lied to the people in a claim that it’s for “the little guy” and it will work to remove special interest from the political process. The reality is that Democrats have represented special interest and big money at a record pace.
Which explains why they’re now trying to attack anyone who opposes them.
HOWARD DEAN: When I was growing up in this country, Republicans and Democrats could actually sit down and have a sane conversation. You might not agree but you could get stuff done. This Republican party—this shrinking Republican party—is just determined to undermine President Obama. And unfortunately, you have to undermine the country in order to undermine the president. I think that’s too bad.
Did you catch that? According to Howard Dean, you have to undermine the country in order to undermine the President’s surge towards Socialism?

Seriously, I’m starting to question the sanity of the Democrats! Do they truly want to destroy this country? Is this what they want? For people to live in excessive poverty, perhaps WORSE than any Banana Republic? They say misery loves company. Do they want EVERYONE to be miserable with them? Cuz obviously, they must be miserable. No happy person wants to tear down their home. And this country IS our home, you know. So, just because some folks are too freakin’ lazy to work hard for what they need/want/have, the rest of the country should just hand over what they have earned? I don’t bloody well think so! This isn’t about health care, the insurance companies, or anything else they would like to plaster it with in their ‘talking points’. This is about POWER and CONTROL! Over YOUR life!

Baby Carson Update
Got some pictures this morning of tiny 2.6 pound Carson! Proud grandpa is obviously crowing. 
It just breaks my heart that he has all those wires and tubes. Very reminiscent of when Brat was born. It makes you feel quite helpless. Obviously, Brat made a grand recovery, since she’s almost an old woman now, and I’m quite confident this little guy will do just as well, if not a whole lot better! He’s got a LOT of folks sending up prayers for him and Mommy.
The ‘Battle’ Continues
Glenn Beck goes after Color of Change co-founder Van Jones
Glenn Beck used his popular Fox News show this afternoon to attack the background of Van Jones, a White House environmental advisor who co-founded an African American political advocacy group that organized an advertising boycott of his program.
Is this clown from Africa? No? Then he’s not African-American.
During his 2 p.m. PDT show, Beck did not address the boycott spearheaded by Color of Change to protest the talk show host’s remark last month that he believes President Obama is “a racist.”
Why should he point out the idiots? And for the record, Obama IS a racist. Perhaps not in the typical sense, but he’s so very divisive, how else would you label him?
Instead, he spent a large share of his program suggesting that Jones, who co-founded Color of Change in 2005, is a radical. Jones now serves as a special advisor for Green Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation at the White House Council on Environmental Quality.
Suggesting? No, Glenn flat out nailed the clown to the wall. There’s no ‘suggesting’. Jones IS a racial leftist loony tune, avowed Communist.
During a six-minute biographical profile, set to ominous music, Beck said Jones was twice arrested for political protests and has described himself as a “rowdy black nationalist.” The talk show host cast the piece as part of a broader examination of Obama’s “czars,” special advisers to the president who “don’t answer to anybody.”
Should we just follow along, accepting these ‘czars’, like the left? No, I don’t think so. I’m looking forward to learning as much as possible about these appointed dictators.
“Why is it that such a committed revolutionary has made it so high into the Obama administration as one of his chief advisers?” Beck asked.
REAL good question. As I’ve said many times, “a man is known by the company he keeps”. This is the company that Obama keeps, and it speaks volumes about HIM!
Christine Glunz, a spokeswoman for the White House Council on Environmental Quality, noted that Jones has been lauded as an environmental hero and said his entire focus is on “building clean energy incentives which create 21st-century jobs.”
Lauded by whom? More leftists? Sorry, that doesn’t put my mind to rest.
“Glenn Beck is trying to change the subject,” said James Rucker, executive director of Color of Change, who noted that Jones has not been active with the group in almost two years. “The issue is his baseless fear mongering.”
No, he’s doing his best to inform people they NEED to know about this administration, which the lame stream media WON’T. Since when it truth fear mongering? Kind of pathetic on their part, IMHO.
While the advertising boycott has generated substantial media coverage, Fox News said it has not impacted the network’s revenues or Beck’s audience. “The advertisers referenced have all moved their spots from Beck to other programs on the network so there has been no revenue lost,” a spokeswoman said.
If these businesses had any sense, they’d ignore the moonbats. Trust me, they are only going to harm their own businesses, and aren’t businesses in it ‘for the money”? And who has money to spend right now? Why, it would people who actually WORK for a living. And what do most of those common sense workers watch? Well, that would be Fox News. Y’see, more and more people are getting the BIG picture. Even people who wear a ‘D’, are finding that the alphabet news aren’t giving the full story. No, those folks are drooling acolytes, just like that goofy woman who didn’t think she’d have to pay her bills if BHO was elected.
The controversy has triggered a broader discussion about the risks to advertisers of running commercials amid the incendiary rhetoric of cable talk shows. Clorox announced last week that it was pulling its ads off all political talk shows.
That’s ok. I never thought Clorox worked all that well anyway. I don’t mind buying other brands.
“We do not want to be associated with inflammatory speech used by either liberal or conservative talk show host,” the company said in a statement. “After a comprehensive review of political talks shows across the spectrum, at this time we have made a decision not to advertise on them. Clorox has done very little advertising on political talk shows overall, and given the sometimes inflammatory nature of these shows, we feel our advertising investment is best directed elsewhere.”
Are they pulling their ads from MSNBC, CNN, HLN, Bloomberg, etc? No NBC, CBS, ABC? Dang! Are they planning on advertising on the TNT, USA type of channels?
All in all, these advertisers who have decided that they can’t spend their advertising dollars on news/opinion shows are proving their political bent, which evidently, is quite left. Rather sad. They are folding to a small minority of the American public, to their detriment
