He picked the Lions, who went WINLESS last year, have a rookie quarterback in his FIRST GAME, and lost 42-7 to my Saints, …to beat my Saints. He officially has no clue of what hes doing.
Caution sb….that’s my son in law, and he’s pretty good when it comes to sports.

It’s called an upset sir. Last I checked they do happen. The reason I went with the Lions in that game was because no one is going to expect anything from the Lions this year, and they will sneak up on a few teams. Also during the preseason the offense moved down the field alot better with Stafford, so we shall see.
No offense intended, but if I have no clue what I’m doing then why don’t you come and show me how its done?
An upset coming from a rookie quarterbacks first game, on a team that got the NFL record last year for the first team to go winless EVER, against one of the highest powered offenses in the NFL that also beat them last year 42-7? lol If the Lions win, Ill buy you lunch.
I frankly dont care who he is. Im not actually angry, I was intending more humor there than how it sounded. No offense intended here either, I didnt even look at the other picks.
If I hadnt really looked into this game (cuz Saints are my boys) I could see how one MIGHT, just might, think that an upset could happen. The Saints in years past always were the team to hand the first victory to bad teams. But its still a tad upsetting, nobody wants to give them credit even now.
I agree, they (Lions) will sneak in a few wins, but I really wouldnt expect more than a few. One rookie QB and fancy dancy uniforms dont make for a super bowl run. Unless hes the second coming of Marino.
The lions went 3-1 in pre, so did my Saints. We actually outdid our whole division. Carolina went 0-4. THAT made me laugh. Not that pre means anything. I once saw my Saints go 5-0 in pre, 5-0 first games, then lose the rest and not make the playoffs. 8(
(just alittle competitive spirit there) I used to be big into football pools, and fantasy, but not so much anymore.
I might hop over there to show ya how its done
Ok, I looked and didnt see anyway to put in my picks….. howzit done witchoo?
Psst….sb….you have to go to his site and put in your picks. You’re welcome to do so.
Pssst Ob; Thats what I meant…. I went to his site, and didnt see anywhere to put in my picks lol

I took your comment the wrong way and for that I apologize. Now on the some good old football talk. Your Saints actually scare the hell outta me, you never know what Saints team is going to show up. They have a high octane offense that is a thing of beauty to watch, when they are clicking. The thing that worries me about your Saints is their defense. You guys lost a few games last season that you had no business losing.
If the Saints defense can get on the same page as the offense, then I will see you guys in the Superbowl. You guys have a solid run game with our without Bush. Your WR core is very young and VERY talented, and you have Brese (Nuff Said).
It’s no secret I am a die hard Cowboys fan. I wonder how Jerry Jones is going to feel when he spent 1.8 Billion on his new stadium only to watch the Cowboys go 8-8 possibly 9-7! This will be Romo’s year to either prove he is worth the massive stupid money contract he got, or he is not the answer at QB. Personally I would rather see someone else under center for the Cowboys. Romo isn’t the leader needed at the QB position. When Parcells was here if Romo turned the ball over Parcells had a ladder waiting for Romo so he could climb up in his ass for turning the ball over. Romo has no one other then the media to question him about his lack of ball security!
Now on to where to put your picks. If you go to my site I have put up step by step directions that include how to register, and where to place your picks.
Thank god its football season!!
