An Ol' Broad's Ramblings

An Apology

23 September 2009, 10:50 am. 2 Comments. Filed under Israel, The ONE, UN.

I, as a natural born citizen of the United States of America, would like to offer my most sincere, and heartfelt, apology to the people of the State of Israel for the current occupant of the Oval Office.  I would like you to know that I, and many millions of others, in NO  way support his words or actions, especially when it comes to your country.

I am embarrassed that 52% of the American voters felt that this incompetent child would be a good idea as President of the United States.

Ol’ Broad, if Israel is such a perfect ally whom we should support at all costs, how do we deal with the fact that a Jewish resident there cannot marry a non-Jew, or that a non-Jew cannot legally buy land from a Jew (two examples of many, of discrimination encoded into their law)?.. I fear that we unquestioningly support our enemies’ enemies at our peril; we weaken our moral fiber when we support countries which do not share our ideals.
Oh, and how do you account for the fact that this “ideal land” has single-payer health coverage, but over here, the very mention if it is a commie plot?  Please explain.

You are talking about government, I am talking about people.  Read the scripture above.
