    It hasn’t been an insurance company for Government employees since the seventies.

    I’m aware of this, considering my family was on of those MILITARY/government families who used GEICO.

    You’re kind of missing the point.

    Anybody wonder how GEICO can afford like 5 separate strings of advertising?  You have the googly eyed money ones, you have the cavemen ones, you have the gekko ones, you have the pothole ones. I might be missing one.
    Can you name ANY other corporation that has 4 or more advertising campaigns going all at once?
    The cost has to be astronomical!

    Big EEEEEEVIL corporation, don’cha know!  Getting rich on the backs of the poor working man.

    Pfft!  Yeah, no doubt they are coughing up some big bucks, but ya gotta spend money to make money.  :D
