Ghouls Sell Aborted Babies for Parts

You can make big money in abortion. Not only do women pay handsomely to have their inconvenient children killed, sometimes repeatedly, but Big Government shovels mountains of taxpayer money at the abortion industry, and under ObamaCare will soon shovel mountains more. Plus, you can sell body parts from the babies you kill.

Testimony from an employee of Anatomic Gift Foundation and Opening Lines, companies involved in selling parts from aborted fetuses:

Go!  Read this!  Is THIS what they mean by “choice”?  I can’t even think of appropriate words to express the disgust I feel for ANYONE who supports this barbaric, and evil, practice of slaughtering babies, and selling them off, piece by piece!

I HATE UNIONS!

Now, you are asking yourself, “What brought that on?”  Well, I’m going to tell you.  If it weren’t for the power and money grabbing unions, we’d still have quality goods produced in this country!

Now, I can hear a few folks spouting the same tired arguments….”if it weren’t for unions, people couldn’t afford to live!”  Horse hockey!  People have done just fine without some fat cat union clown supposedly looking out for the best interest of the members.  Want a perfectly good example of the damage that unions have done?  Take a good look at the auto industry.  That’s the most obvious one.

Hey…where did the steel industry go?  The same place a large number of other businesses have gone…..overseas.  Why?  For a business to stay in business, it has to make a profit.  No profit, no business.  When unions start cutting, more and more, into those profits, does it make any sense to continue?  Of course not!  So, what is a business owner to do?  I know what I’d do.  I’d take my business and move it where I can still make a profit.  I don’t blame a company for taking their business overseas.  I blame the feckless weasels that ran them out of the country.

Get annoyed with tech support in India?  Blame your union.  Can’t get quality products, Made in the USA?  Blame your union.  Disgusted with rising prices?  Blame your union.  Can’t afford health care?  Blame the freakin’ unions!  I’m not even going to get into the unions that have destroyed public education.

And now, our federal government is pretty much being run by unions.  Does anyone else see a problem with this?

Oh, and one more thing….my contacts, Made in China, ain’t worth half of what I paid for them.  Have to throw away one in 5 before I can ever get it in my eye.  Why?  Because they suck.  Gummy, dried out, curled up, and basically plain ol’ useless.

Yep.  I HATE UNIONS.

Just had to get that off my chest.

What happens when people run out of money, and there’s no longer anyone able to work because they are all in jail? Who’s going to foot the bill for your ridiculous ‘spread the wealth’ ideas then, eh?

What The Baucus Bill Will Cost You

This morning the Senate Finance Committee will resume their markup of Chairman Max Baucus (D-MT) health care bill. Thanks to Sens. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Jay Rockefeller (D-WV) the focus today will be on whether or not the Democrats on the committee can find enough votes to include a government-run insurance program. Just like Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) preferred public plan, Rockefeller’s plan would set price controls for health reimbursements at 5% above Medicare reimbursement rates. If the public plan was opened to all individuals and families, 103.4 million Americans would end up on the public plan, 88.1 million of whom would first lose their existing private coverage.

It is unclear at this point if centrist Democrats in Congress are really ready to force this many people out of their existing private care and into government-run health care. But even if the public option is not included, there are still plenty of regressive job killing taxes and invasions of privacy in the Baucus plan that makes it terrible public policy:

Taxes Families – Under the plan,  everyone will have to have health insurance by 2013. The mandate will apply to all adults and their dependents under age 18. Those who failed to buy insurance would be forced to pay an annual tax between $750 and $3,800 per year. Those who fail to pay the tax could be jailed for up to one year. Worse, 7.7 million households would face a 35% excise tax on their health insurance. 94% of these households would be paying a higher tax rate on their health insurance than they would be paying on their income.

Taxes Businesses – Employers with more than 50 employees that don’t offer health coverage would have to pay a penalty for each employee who qualifies for new federal subsidizes under the bill. To stay in business employers will be forced to cut jobs and cut wages.

Taxes the Sick – The Baucus bill imposes higher taxes on manufacturers and importers of medical devices, health insurance companies, clinical laboratories, manufacturers and importers of drugs. In effect, the Baucus proposal would tax the sick to subsidize insurance for the healthy, and many of the taxes would be imposed on the same people “helped” by the subsidies.

Invades Your Privacy – The Baucus bill enforces both its individual and employer mandates by deputizing the Internal Revenue Service. To enforce these provisions, the bill would therefore require individuals, health insurers, employers, and government health agencies to report detailed health insurance information on all Americans to the IRS, adding significant administrative costs and reducing privacy protections. The IRS would also be required to report personal income data to state exchanges, insurance companies, and employers because premium credits and out-of-pocket limits would depend on income.

I’ve refrained from using the word evil when it comes to the cult of Obama, but this is just far beyond “over the top”.

Democrats unable to quell health care revolt among seniors

Senior citizens are putting the Democratic Party’s 2010 election prospects and their health care reform proposals on a collision course.

Outraged over Democratic plans to cut between $400 billion and $500 billion from Medicare in the next decade, voters over the age of 65 are poised to make the party suffer even steeper losses at the polls than have already been predicted for the midterm election.

“Seniors bear the brunt of these bills as they are currently funded,” said Betsey McCaughey, a former Republican lieutenant governor of New York and conservative health care policy expert. “It’s a medical assault on seniors.”

Democrats argue that Medicare is going bankrupt and must be reined in, and the cuts on the table will for the most part address wasteful spending and not take away benefits. But many seniors, who tend to make up a larger proportion of the electorate in off-year elections, are not convinced. They turned out in huge numbers at town hall meetings this summer, and poll numbers support what appears to be wide opposition among them.

Riddle me this Batman: Just who has been paying into Medicare all these many long years?  And just why is Medicare going bankrupt?

Well, the answers are many, but suffice it to say, the elderly weren’t always old, and a large chunk of them paid into the system for many decades.  Perhaps, if they had been able to keep that money, they could have invested it in their OWN healthcare for their declining years?  Just a thought.  Then we have fraud.  MASSIVE fraud….to the tune of BILLIONS of dollars over the years.  Why the fraud?  Isn’t every one honest?  Pfft!  The more government involvement, the more fraud!

Now, I’m not on Medicare…..yet.  I’m not even sure I want it, considering, but if I do live long enough, there will be nothing left for me, and my healthcare will suffer.  No death panels?  Don’t really need them, do we.  We have a system set in place right now that will deal with the ‘problem.  Old folks will die.  Problem solved.

I don’t suppose anyone has considered that the reason there is less in the coffers to care for our mothers, fathers, and grandparents is because, first, the government has no idea how to balance their books, and second, all the children that would have been paying into the system to care for said elderly were murdered in the abortion mills?  Approximately 40 MILLION productive human beings….thrown out with the trash.

Democrats argue that Medicare Advantage costs too much and is driving Medicare toward insolvency, but Republicans are now seeking to protect it, which will undoubtedly help secure votes from this group in 2010.

“Granny, I’m sorry, but it’s costing too much to fix that broken hip. You’ll just have to suffer!“  HEY! Here’s a thought! How about we let every day folks mind their own business, succeed or fail on their own merit, use the money being poured down the cesspool of the numerous useless “social programs”, scrap that unconstitutional socialized medicine idea, and take care of our elderly?
