Report: Carter Engineered Terrorists-for-Video Swap
Former United States President Jimmy Carter played an active role in the Israel-Hamas exchange last week in which Israel released 20 female terrorists in exchange for a short video of hostage soldier Gilad Shalit. Carter’s involvement was revealed by senior Hamas terrorist Mahmoud A-Zahar in an interview with the Arab-language daily Al-Kuds al-Arabi.
20 terrorists, male or female, for a short video?????
While current U.S. politicians do not speak to Hamas, which is recognized internationally as a terrorist group, Carter has had frequent contact with the group as a private citizen. He has met with Hamas’s Gaza head, Ismail Haniyeh, and its foreign leader, Khaled Mashaal.
Are we sure they don’t? I have my suspicions, but that’s just me. Whether or not Carter is acting as a ‘private citizen’ or not, he WAS the POTUS, albeit a really BAD one.
In December of 2008 Carter met with Mashaal and advised him on the price to demand in exchange for Shalit. Carter has also met with Shalit’s family, and in a visit during June 2009, reported that he had delivered a letter from them to Hamas to give to the captive soldier.
Why must we be plagued with this useless piece of human excrement? I would think he would have been arrested as an associate of KNOWN terrorists, but yet, there he is, cavorting with murderous thugs, making an ass of himself, and embarrassment to the United States…..ESPECIALLY those of us who live in the South. That doddering old fool should be strapped down in a rubber room, because he has gone beyond ‘off the deep end’. Proof?
Carter has pushed Israel to open direct negotiations with Hamas, and during his June visit, expressed disappointment in Israel’s lack of empathy for Hamas’s aims. “Unfortunately, Israelis don’t remember that there are 11,700 Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails… They don’t understand Hamas’s aim to bring about the release of at least some of these prisoners,” he said in a meeting with members of Gush Shalom.
Gee, I wonder why Israel has a “lack of empathy”? I wonder if it has anything to do with the dead children? or perhaps the constant bombardment of civilians? Perhaps it’s the buses that get blown up? Gee….what could it be? Hey….maybe, just maybe, it might have something to do with the Hamas Charter? You know the one that refuses to recognize Israel, and the fact that these terrorists have vowed to destroy her?

Carter would do well to remember that! If Obama had a hair on his hinder, he would insist Carter sit down and shut up! But then, we know he doesn’t, so……

Kate, I remember when Carter was elected and as a southerner I was happy at the prospect of someone from GA being in the White House—guess I’d forgotten about LBJ. Jimmy Carter is a piece of crap to put it mildly. And what are the Israeli thinking about when exchanging 20 prisoners for a video. It has be wondering what’s next! I wasn’t all the politically savvy back then, but I did know he was not a real good idea. Wasn’t thrilled wifh Ford either, but voted for him anyway. And don’t go dissin’ the South, we’ve had a good number of occupants of the White House. None in recent memory, but still…..
I wish someone would duct tape that old fool! He was never a statesman, and he sure isn’t one now. He’s not only selling Israel out, he’s selling us out too. I’m guessing the Pallies are laughing at him for being a doddering old tool! No doubt the Israelis don’t find him so amusing.

He is so stupid, he doesnt realize what he does (going to other countries and helping our enemies in one way or the other) is doing alot of damage to us in the long run. Ill bet foreign leaders chuckle when they see him coming…
Well, maybe. It’s not like a hammer smashing bones or some such. Of course, he might lose a few layers of skin if the duct tape was ever removed, but…..
