Obama’s Frightening Insensitivity Following Shooting
After news broke out of the shooting at the Fort Hood Army post in Texas, the nation watched in horror as the toll of dead and injured climbed. The White House was notified immediately and by late afternoon, word went out that the president would speak about the incident prior to a previously scheduled appearance. At about 5 p.m., cable stations went to the president. The situation called for not only his trademark eloquence, but also grace and perspective.
But instead of a somber chief executive offering reassuring words and expressions of sympathy and compassion, viewers saw a wildly disconnected and inappropriately light president making introductory remarks. At the event, a Tribal Nations Conference hosted by the Department of Interior’s Bureau of Indian affairs, the president thanked various staffers and offered a “shout-out” to “Dr. Joe Medicine Crow — that Congressional Medal of Honor winner.” Three minutes in, the president spoke about the shooting, in measured and appropriate terms. Who is advising him?
In case you missed Obama’s insensitivity:
I find it absolutely reprehensible that any President of the United States would behave in such manner during a national crisis. If you are unaware, this man is NOT a Commander in Chief. I’ve no doubt our troops will remember this the next time he makes a speech.

I don’t want to go against our illustrious President and jump to conclusions, but that “Allahu Akbar” thing IS the battle cry of an Islamic warrior as he is about to strike. Just sayin’, you know, since Obama has absolutely NO military or Intelligence experience, I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt, he may not be aware. That can’t be said now.
There’s still a lot more to come from this story I fear. There are going to be some serious repercussions as this develops, as ALL the facts come out.
Yes, he probably should have had a separate statement dedicated solely to the Fort Hood tragedy rather than tacking it on to a previously scheduled event, but “reprehensible?” You know, if you you use the the really extreme terms for mistakes like this, what are you going to use if he ever does something really stupid? Pissing on the grave of a Saint, while smoking pot, naked, ashing his doobie into the tiny cupped hands of an one-legged orphan would be reprehensible. This is simply not too smart.
And T-fred? Well that just gives a whole new meaning to over-the-top.
” mistakes like this” Get real. The Prez had hours to prepare and does that? I finally came to realize that listening to him was dangerous to my health, you know blood pressure and all. I now look at everything he says and does from the prism of understanding that he is just stupid. Seriously, give it a try, it is the only thing that truly explains it all.
Mistake? Mistake my ass, that’s Obama’s way. I’m just glad he didn’t offer condolences to the murdering goat loving SOB that was pulling the trigger. I’m sure he hopes the guy survives so he can send flowers and a fresh Koran to nidal whatever his freakin name is.
Political correctness rears its ugly head again, how many more Americans must we lose before we wake up and take the cult of Islam at it’s word? Well in about 3 days, this will be forgotten until the next muslim prick decides he wants 72 virgins for killing the great satan….stay asleep sheep, it’s easier I guess.
I watched the coverage for about three hours yesterday. I’m sick of seeing his face and hearing his voice everywhere, but when they were waiting on him to pop up to speak I kinda wanted to see it. I figured this was it, here’s the real test. I never yell at the TV screen I don’t know how many times yelled P*SSY! while he was yappin on about what ever the hell it was before he got to his sorry ass statement.
It reminded me of the July 4th thing; the obamas were up on some balcony, watching the event uncomfortable and detached. It’s always like that with this fuckhead, he’s a robot, he’s so into his plan that he can’t stray from the task at hand or he gets shook. Scary but that’s his weakness.

Jim I suspect Obama could stand at the podium, eat the guts out of a live new born puppy while laughing maniacally, and youd say he “made a mistake” and that “wasnt too smart”.
So it would have been smarter for him to be a better bullshitter? Its sad Jim that you cant see things for what they are, as opposed to what you wish they were.
At least with what happened here, he showed his true colors. Which is what America needs to see.

Alot of people have been screaming that this man has an AGENDA (that doesnt include benefitting America) since day one, we keep seeing example after example of it, and people still refuse to wake up.
