For all those who are condemning Israel, who is at fault again?  Yeah, that’s what I thought.  No matter what evidence you have slapping you upside the head, you’re still going rant and rave against a people who are just trying to survive.

Commando soldier: ‘It looked like the Ramallah lynch”

The IDF released footage of the Monday raid on the “Free Gaza” flotilla, which depicted passengers upon the ship attacking soldiers with various weapons, including a large metal pole and other metal objects.

In a brief interview with soldiers aboard the ships, one soldier said that the attack “looked like the Ramallah lynch.”

Ramallah lynch.

The New York Times couldn’t be bothered with a few details until the fifth paragraph. The criticism always comes first.  Condemnation of Israel is typically fast and furious. What are facts when it comes to so called ‘peace activists‘.

Will the world EVER condemn those who continue the violence against Israel?

I have no sympathy towards these people. They chose to be ruled by murderous thugs, yet it is their target that is constantly condemned.

I’d shoot them too.

NAACP leaders: Fight tea party with voter outreach

The tea party movement sweeping the U.S. political landscape has benefited from voter mobilization techniques pioneered by the NAACP, and the nation’s oldest civil rights organization needs to rely on that outreach to fight back in the midterm elections, two NAACP leaders said Saturday.

A history lesson: The NAACP was formed in 1909 in New York City by a group of black and white citizens fighting for social justice. Social justice. Uh huh. wiseGeek defines this for us: The far left would argue that there are certain basic needs that must be offered to all. These include things like truly equal education and safety in all schools and programs that would help all children have the financial opportunity to attend college. Far left groups, often termed socialist even if they differ from true definitions of socialism, further argue that a just society cannot be had unless everyone has access to food, safe shelter and medical care. The way to achieve this is through taxation and government implementation of programs that will guarantee these things for all people. This seems to be what we are seeing more and more of these days.

One of the founders, W.E.B. Du Bois, said, “A little less complaint and whining, and a little more dogged work and manly striving, would do us more credit than a thousand civil rights bills.” If only he had stopped there.

In 1934 Du Bois resigned from the NAACP board and from the Crisis because of his new advocacy of an African American nationalist strategy: African American controlled institutions, schools, and economic cooperatives. This approach opposed the NAACP’s commitment to integration. (source)

Apparently, the NAACP is no longer seeking equality.

“I think they took a page out of our own play book, and we have to beat them at their own game. We ought to know how to meet them on the front line,” board chairman Roslyn Brock said in a town hall meeting at the NAACP’s annual youth leadership summit.

While Martin Luther King, Jr. marched for recognition of black people as human beings, a number of today’s blacks don’t seem to want such recognition. I never thought they were anything less, even though I grew up during the 50s and 60s, in the South. Guess I’m just strange that way. :?

Brock and Benjamin Todd Jealous, the organization’s president and CEO, urged their members not to become complacent about their achievements or dissuaded by media attention on small, but loud, gatherings of conservative protesters.

“What they’re angry about is we won,” Jealous said.

No. Actually, what we’re angry about is that those who pushed D’Bama into the WH, like the NAACP and the media, didn’t bother to investigate him thoroughly. Or, perhaps they did, and this socialist is what they really wanted? God forbid!

The voters who elected President Barack Obama in 2008 and the NAACP’s members outnumber the people in the tea party movement, but they’re not speaking up, Jealous said.

Really? I think you’d find a large number of D’Bama’s voters have joined in the Tea Party movement. Many are finding that, yes, the only reason they voted for him was a) he spoke well, and b) he is a ‘black man’. If the black community is really as religious as we are led to believe, faithful church goers were never have voted for a man who is in favor of murdering children born through botched abortions.

“That majority of people hasn’t gone anywhere but to their couch. We could win again if we could get them off the couch,” Jealous said.

People don’t want ‘you’ to win again! The damage done to race relations, and the country as a whole, is going to take years to correct.  If this ‘vision’ of America is what you want, then you should probably go visit Venezuela. I’m sure Chavez would be more than happy to allow you to immigrate. Red, White and Blue Americans are more fond of the U.S. Constitution than y’all are of the Communist Manifesto.

“The challenge we have is to make sure this country understands we have a movement defined by where the black community is right now, but it ultimately is pointed in the direction the rest of the country needs to go,” Jealous said.

So, we all need to be slaves to the federal government?

The NAACP has joined other civil rights groups seeking to throw out Arizona’s new immigration law, and Jealous is among critics who say new textbook guidelines in Texas water down the teaching of the civil rights movement and slavery.

Large piles of male bovine excrement. What those textbooks are doing is putting back IN the history the left doesn’t want taught. Like the heroes of the Revolutionary War that were……………gasp…….BLACK!  Do these folks really not want the youth of today NOT to learn factual history?  That’s pretty pathetic.

Dinner With Ann

All I can say is THANK YOU NFC-PAC!  Bringing Ann Coulter to Nashville was a great kick off event!  Personally, I’m looking forward to more such events in the future!  If it helps get conservatives in elected office, then what could possibly be better?  :D

I was hoping to grab some ice cream, since I hadn’t eaten all day, but it was not to be.  Both of the ice cream joints were jam packed, and neither one of us wanted to stand in line that long just so we couldn’t sit and relax a bit.  Instead, we moseyed through The Charlie Daniels Museum.  Hey, it was free…why not?  After sharing a quick, extremely tasty taco, we decided to head to the Sheraton.  It looked like it was going to pour down rain at any minute, so it wouldn’t hurt to get there a bit early.  Really glad we did!  I might have had to beg another taco, or something.  Hey…I was hungry!

Black Panthers ‘Prepare for War’ Against Tea Party

“With the rise of the Tea Party, the white-right and other racist forces. With gun sales nationwide at an all time high amongst whites, with a mood that is more anti-Black than any time recent, it is imperative that we organize our forces, pool our resources and prepare for war!” Chairman Malik Zulu Shabazz, Esq. Thank you so much Democrats and Lame Stream Media. If your intent was for violence in this country, you’ve damn near succeeded.   Portraying Tea Party people as racists, the biggest lie of them all!

Contrary to what the media keeps spouting, and lets not forget those SFBs in Hollyweird, Tea Partiers are NOT racists.  We don’t give a flip what is on the outside, it’s what is on the inside that makes all the difference in the world.  We don’t give a damn what color D’Bama is, we DO give a damn about how much damage he has done, is doing, and will do, to this country.

We feel quite strongly about being taxed into oblivion, we do NOT want the government running our lives, and personal responsibility is extremely important.  We believe our rights come from God, NOT government.  We do not want some faceless bureaucrat tracking our every move.

The New Black Panther Party would do well to look a bit more closely at the history of the Democrats, and some of their own actions, before pointing any fingers at anyone.

One question:  Are you African?  Or are you American?  Judging by the logo, you do not consider yourselves Americans.

If you are not American, then you have no say in the process.  I’m sure there are areas in Africa that MIGHT welcome you, in toto.  If you are American, then work with us to stop the government sanctioned racism.

Don’t know who Crispus Attucks was? Not at all surprising.  How about Benjamin Banneker? Wentworth Cheswell would be a good name to remember as well!

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

No where in these words does it grant ‘special rights’ to anyone. Nor does it guarantee you happiness. You are free to pursue success, in any legal manner.   These men knew that!

Court accused of covering for Obama in ‘Walpingate’

Former Inspector General Gerald Walpin, whose dismissal by President Obama last year has been challenged by congressmen as potentially illegal political retaliation, is now stepping up the battle to get his job back, accusing the judicial system of stalling his case and, thus, doing the White House a convenient favor.

Court documents filed last week accuse U.S. District Court Judge Richard Roberts of failing to act within federally mandated time requirements and “doing nothing at all” to move the case forward.

Similarly, a joint congressional report by Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., which found the administration had failed to comply with requirements of the law and “orchestrated an after-the-fact smear campaign to justify the president’s action,” has been allowed to languish.

And this, boys and girls, is one of the many reason why you do not vote for a petulant, narcissistic, child to any official office, especially President of the United States, no matter the exterior appearance.  He/she will be inclined to bring his playmates (bullies on the playground) along with him.  “Content of character”?  These people have no character!

Less Than 4 Weeks Later

The Mr and I decided to go to downtown to have dinner.  Wasn’t really sure what to expect after the devastation less than a month ago.

See that brick building on the right, with the green roof?  We were standing on the other side of it when I took this picture:

Imagine our surprise to find, even though a great many businesses and restaurants were flooded, darn near every single one of them were open for business.  This is how it works!  Bad things happen, people pull together, and problems are solved.  No one is sitting on their thumbs waiting, expecting someone to ‘take care of them’!  No one is blaming anyone for the results of a weather related disaster.  They are getting their act together, and moving forward.

There is still much to do in the area.  People are still hurting, and will be for a long time.  Homes destroyed, everything lost, but people all across Tennessee haven’t forgotten.  Churches across the state are still collecting clothing and household goods to give aid.

A tough breed, these Tennesseans!

White House Asked Bill Clinton to Urge Sestak to Drop Out of Senate Race

The White House asked former President Bill Clinton to talk to Rep. Joe Sestak about the possibility of obtaining a senior position in the Obama administration if he would drop out of the Democratic primary race against establishment-backed Sen. Arlen Specter, the Obama administration will say in a report to be released Friday morning, Fox News has confirmed.

The report, by the White House Counsel’s office, will describe the Clinton conversations as informal and unhinged from any precise job offer since, as a former president, Clinton could not guarantee Sestak anything.

The conversations with Sestak were initiated by Clinton at the behest of White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel. Emanuel was Clinton’s political director when he was president. Clinton promoted Sestak to vice admiral and made his director of defense policy. Sestak was a loyal and tireless supporter of Hillary Clinton’s run for the presidency in 2008.

Ok, so when are Clinton and ‘Dead Fish’ going to be arrested? And we all know that Rahm didn’t start this without the ok from D’Bama. (tapping toes….waiting…..waiting…..) Honestly, I’ve never understood why Clinton didn’t do time for perjury, but then, the fact he’s a DEM should have clued me in. :?

Y’know….the Dems/lefties dance with glee when a Republican, or someone on the “RIGHT” side of issues, does something stupid.  Wonder how much hue and cry they’ll give over actually BREAKING THE LAW?
