A Cool Rest Area
Well, it appears the internet is working right well in Murphy this time around. Well, at least, so far. 
We had to make the required pit stop, after a large cup of cappuccino, shortly before we arrived at the motel. Hey, when nature calls that strong….YOU STOP! I have to tell you, that is the coolest looking rest area I’ve ever seen. Very nature oriented! Ok, on the inside, it looks just like any other public toity place, but outside, kind of like a mountain cabin.
As beautiful as the mountains are, unfortunately, the area has a link to one of the saddest, and cruelest, events in American history.
It is a quite pretty area.
But I’m still trying to figure this out: 
Huh? Why is there glass in the stream? How did it get there?
Now, call me an idjit, but if there is glass in the stream, wouldn’t there also be a sign saying, “Don’t throw glass in the stream!”? Nope. Not there. Not that I wanted to go wading down there, but fer pete’s sake…. Unless someone set off a nuke in the vicinity, I can’t imagine how else it would have gotten there.
