Al and Tipper Gore Break Up After 40 Years of Marriage
Former Vice President Al Gore and his wife, Tipper, are separating after 40 years of marriage.
According to an e-mailed statement obtained by The Associated Press on Tuesday, the Gores said it was “a mutual and mutually supportive decision that we have made together following a process of long and careful consideration.”
Gore spokeswoman Kalee Kreider confirmed the statement came from the Gores, but declined to comment further.
Pfft! I would have dumped that sanctimonious blow hard SOB a LONG time ago, but then, that’s just me.

I guess Tipper finally realized Al was no “Nobel peace prize” at home. Also, maybe the global warming false profit of doom was really ice cold at home. He has been acting nuts every every since he lost the race for against a Bush. False prophets have trouble with bushes.
In 2002, she wrote along with AL baby the book: Joined at the Heart: The Transformation of the American Family. Looks like the transfomation is now completed.

Do you suppose the lies got to be just too much for her after forty years? You might have thought she would have built up a tolerance or an immunity, but I’ll bet the finally just got to her.
We female types, mostly, have quite a bit of patience, but it’s never wise to move past that point. My guess he went past that point.
Wonder if she’s fitting him for a rubber room.
He ought to be measured for a pine box and a hole in the ground. (It will need to be a size XXX in both cases.)
Now, that’s just mean. Funny as hell….but mean. *snicker*

Found some great poetry on this topic over at American Thinker, a little piece titled “End of an Era,” by Roxanna Moser:

Methinks Tipper finally got tired of the girlfriend, Gaia. Not saying there was trouble in paradise but having been down that road before……..well…….
And then Katie Couric says on the CBS Evening Obama Love Fest and Adoration Report that it was a result of Al losing to GW in the election in ’04. The mind boggles at that one!
Let’s face it. Tipper got fed up with the fat man and his new “religion” He has also become a public spectacle and subject of much derision that has had an impact on his family. Having been a drunk at one time, I do know a bit about that spectacle part. It was one of the things that led to me and the first one calling it quits.
I would venture that it is not as objective as the email and the spokesperson would lead us to believe. Reality says otherwise.
I wonder…..if there anything GWB can’t do? I mean, for someone who is supposedly as dumb as a box of rocks, he sure doesn’t wield a lot of power, doesn’t he. Heh.
Anybody ever notice the boracle’s eyes? Reminds me of a shark…..flat and soulless.
But didn’t UT (that would be Tennessee, not Texas) just get though giving him an honorary doctorate in foolishness, or something like that?
To think that Tipper is going to let a certified genius like that, not to mention Noble prize/Oscar (Meyer) wiener (spellings deliberate) slip through her fingers into the arms of ever warmer Gaia, why it is shocking that the girl has so little self respect. Who will ever speak to her again?
Heh. Yeah, much to the chagrin of a large number of UT alumni. LOL Reckon we can call him Dr. Weasel now, eh?
May he sink below the surface of said Gaia….never to be seen, or heard from again.
Hmmm….wonder if her circle of friends will now grow instead?
