I Wanna Break The Law Too!

Judge guts immigration law, sides with illegals

An immigration enforcement activist is outraged that a federal judge has caved to president Obama and illegal alien supporters in halting the implementation of most of Arizona’s border enforcement law that will take effect tomorrow.

1070 is pretty much the same as the federal law (check out chapter 8). Is the judge saying that the federal law is wrong too? I thought people who break the law were suppose to be punished. Why should any of us carry a driver’s license? Or wear our seat belts? Or not steal from our neighbors? If it’s ok for foreigners to break the law, why can’t we?

William Gheen, president of Americans for Legal Immigration (ALIPAC), says it is hard to find words to express the anger and dismay this decision brings.

You have no idea how difficult it is to come up with the right words.  Or maybe you do.

“This judge is obviously part of the same cabal as McCain and Obama, [who] want to take sides with illegal immigrants against American citizens,” Gheen contends. “My main message to the country today is for people to stay calm, get politically involved and make every special interest politician and business leader that’s responsible for this invasion of our nation pay in the approaching elections.”

Wouldn’t it be nice if this administration was more concerned with the safety and well being of LEGAL residents of the country for a change?

With friends like these, who needs Keith Olbermann?
by Ann Coulter

While engaging in astonishing viciousness, vulgarity and violence toward Republicans, liberals accuse cheerful, law-abiding Tea Party activists of being violent racists.

Responding to these vile charges, conservative television pundits think it’s a great comeback to say:

“There is the fringe on both sides.”

Both sides? Really? How about: “That’s a complete lie”? Did that occur to you simpering morons as a possible reply to the slanderous claim that conservatives are fiery racists?

100 Days Later, Obama Still Failing the Gulf
The Foundry

Over the last four weeks, The Heritage Foundation sent multiple teams of respected energy, environment, homeland security and response experts to the Gulf to study the federal response to the oil spill. These three delegations, with more to come, have traversed the areas hit hardest by the crisis, talking to response workers, affected oil crews, fishermen, elected leaders and BP representatives. What we found is simple: President Obama’s administration has turned a crisis into a disaster, and someone needs to be held accountable.

Accountability is in short supply in Washington these days. Fingers are pointed in every direction for our nation’s economic woes. President Obama’s favorite target of choice is the past administration for nearly every problem he faces. Yet, the oil spill has only two central characters: BP and the Obama administration. BP is (very) slowly taking accountability for its creation of this crisis. Tony Hayward was finally dismissed as CEO, and they have promised full financial restitution for direct and indirect victims. On Day 100 of the spill, it’s time the Obama administration followed suit.

Dems launch effort to equate GOP with far right Tea Party candidates

Democrats have said they are running against George W. Bush this fall, or at least his policies. But on Wednesday, they’ll announce that they’re really running against the Tea Party.

Democratic National Committee Chairman Tim Kaine will argue at a morning news conference that “the positions espoused by the Tea Party [are] the governing platform of the Republican party,” according to a DNC official who relayed details of the rollout ahead of time to The Daily Caller.

So, not only are the Democrats are running against a president that has been out of the White House for 18 months, but the current resident as well? Not to mention, they are running against lil’ ol’ me? Seriously? Why didn’t they just announce they are running against the U.S. Constitution and all Americans who hold the principles of the Founders dear! Because that is what the Tea Parties are all about, you know.  Basically, what I’m hearing here, is that the Democrats are running FOR all the things our forefathers fought AGAINST.  I wonder….do they really think that’s a smart move?
