MN Voter Fraud

Felons Voting Illegally May Have Put Franken Over the Top in Minnesota, Study Finds

The six-month election recount that turned former “Saturday Night Live” comedian Al Franken into a U.S. senator may have been decided by convicted felons who voted illegally in Minnesota’s Twin Cities.

That’s the finding of an 18-month study conducted by Minnesota Majority, a conservative watchdog group, which found that at least 341 convicted felons in largely Democratic Minneapolis-St. Paul voted illegally in the 2008 Senate race between Franken, a Democrat, and his Republican opponent, then-incumbent Sen. Norm Coleman.

The final recount vote in the race, determined six months after Election Day, showed Franken beat Coleman by 312 votes — fewer votes than the number of felons whose illegal ballots were counted, according to Minnesota Majority’s newly released study, which matched publicly available conviction lists with voting records.

Furthermore, the report charges that efforts to get state and federal authorities to act on its findings have been “stonewalled.”

“We aren’t trying to change the result of the last election. That legally can’t be done,” said Dan McGrath, Minnesota Majority’s executive director. “We are just trying to make sure the integrity of the next election isn’t compromised.”

So, if no one voted for the Democrat, and the Democrat still wins, would anyone bother to investigate voter fraud? Naw. That’s what Dems do! Cheat, lie and STEAL to get what they want. The words ‘honor’ and ‘integrity’ are not in their vocabulary. Do ALL Dems fall into this slot? No, but their silence is a means of condoning such actions, and therefore, are just as guilty. The same goes for any Republican as well. But then, such behavior is not as common place for Republicans, as it is with the Dems.

It also says a lot about the voters in Minnesota that such a clueless clown, who was never actually funny as a comedian, ends up in the U.S. Senate.

An Evil ‘Cleric’

Cleric Anwar al-Awlaki puts ‘Everybody Draw Mohammed’ cartoonist Molly Norris on execution hitlist

A CHARISMATIC terror leader linked to the botched Times Square car bomb has placed the Seattle cartoonist who launched “Everybody Draw Muhammed Day” on an execution hit list.

Yemeni-American cleric Anwar al-Awlaki – the radical who has also been cited as inspiring the Fort Hood, Tex., massacre and the plot by two New Jersey men to kill U.S. soldiers – singled out artist Molly Norris as a “prime target,” saying her “proper abode is hellfire.”

FBI officials have notified Norris and warned her they consider it a “very serious threat.”

This clown has a serious ego problem. And honestly, if he’s worried about images inspiring idolatry, perhaps he should refrain from having his picture taken. You know how lunatic teens can be…putting posters of their ‘heroes’ on the walls and such. I’m sure there are some very misguided youth who find him to be a ‘hero’ of the demented sort.

Totally “Stuck On Stupid”!

Oil Spill Response is “Stuck on Stupid”
The Foundry

If you only listened to President Obama, you wouldn’t even know an oil spill is occurring in the Gulf. He hasn’t spoken publicly about the oil spill since June 22 when he announced it was on a laundry list of items discussed at a cabinet meeting. Before that, on June 16, he spoke briefly after negotiating his secret liability deal with BP. Other than those two instances, the president hasn’t spent another public moment focusing on the spill since he began fighting the “battle” against “the worst environmental disaster America has ever faced” from the Oval Office four weeks ago.

The media not only haven’t asked him a question about the crisis, they have been complicit in its degradation, allowing the president to ignore the plight of his fellow Americans without journalistic oversight. In less than two weeks, we’ll hit Day 100, and the media will regain focus for the arbitrary and news-friendly date, but what will they cover on Day 101? And imagine BP manages to cap the leak – as we all pray occurs – without the streaming video of oil gushing, how much attention will the national media and the president give to the remaining environmental and economic crisis?

Mini Movie Review and Stuff

11 July 2010, 12:59 pm. Comments Off. Filed under Friends & Family.

Ick, Brat, Short Person and I went to see Toy Story 3 yesterday evening.  We were suppose to go earlier in the day, but one of their beyond stupid dogs decided to go under the house, and wouldn’t come out.  This wouldn’t be a problem if there weren’t a large number of cotton mouths running rampant from the creek back yonder.  When it rains hard, like it did this past week, they like to check out the rest of the yard, and have been known to get under the house.  Well, they were worried Stupid Dog #3 would get bit, and none of us can afford another $600 vet bill.

I did, however manage to make it to the mall and purchase my essential items….”Buy 2, Get 2 free!” So, now, I have FOUR essential items! Naturally, while in the store, Brat put out the boo boo lip over a sun dress. Wasn’t gonna do it, but Ick had it in his hands, I’m thinking to purchase it for her….cuz he falls for that lip every time, and being the sucker I am, I took it away from him and put it with my pile of essentials. It was $10 off. Big deal. Could have found the same type dress at Wally World for MUCH less. :?

Reviewing movies isn’t typically what I do, but in this case….  While Rotten Tomatoes gave Toy Story 3 a 99%, for the life of me, I can’t figure out why.  Oh, it had some good moments, but overall?  I’d give it a 60.  Ick enjoyed it immensely, and I’m guessing Short Person did, even though she never really said.  Brat and I weren’t all that impressed.  The first one was definitely the best!  Was it really 1995??  Dang!  This one?  That’s 90 minutes of my life I’ll never get back, and could have waited till it came on the Disney Channel.  Maybe I’m just too “old” to appreciate the finer points of the movie?  ………………………..Pfft!  At least the food was decent.

Saturday Is Booked – And I Ain’t Doin’ HER Laundry

10 July 2010, 12:54 pm. 4 Comments. Filed under Friends & Family, Opinion.

Well, looks like I won’t have time to do much reading today either.  Shoot, haven’t had much time to any blog reading all week.  I’ve been here a week and a day, and haven’t even gone shopping.  REAL shopping.  Grocery stores don’t count.  Gotta eat, y’know.  The Mr will be happy to know I have NOT run up the credit card bill…..much.  Dinner at the Mexican place, that make me sick as a dog, doesn’t count either.  So, in that spirit, and with the NEED for a personal item or two, Brat, Short Person, and I are going to the mall this afternoon.  Afterward, we’ll be meeting up with Ick, who had to work today, to go see a movie and have dinner. Toy Story 3 is on the agenda. Really cool theater.

Last night, we sat up and watched Bill Cosby: Himself.  I can’t believe Brat had never seen that!  I really miss comedian like Cosby. Now days, every other word starts with “F”, and I don’t find ‘em all that funny. Oh, there are a few exceptions who don’t feel the need to out cuss each other, but they are getting more and more rare. No wonder there are people who think that’s an acceptable way to speak in public, or even in front of their kids. :?

Well, here’s a few posts to keep you busy:

Freedom OF Religion

N.C. Pastor Fired For “Jesus” Prayer At State Capitol

Pastor Baity had been invited to lead prayer for the entire week of May 31, but was relieved of his duty when he refused to remove the name Jesus from his invocation. Bailey said the invocation included prayers for the military, state lawmakers and “a petition to God asking him to bless North Carolina.”

Baity said he was not given instructions before the invocation, but simply asked to compose his prayer in advance.

When a House clerk asked to see the prayer, and noted it closed “In Jesus name,” Baity was told to change it because others in attendance share different beliefs. Baity told her he stands by the prayer he wrote.

“When I handed it to the lady, I watched her eyes and they immediately went right to the bottom of the page and the word Jesus,” he told FOX News Radio. “She said ‘We would prefer that you not use the name Jesus. We have some people here that can be offended.’”

If they are offended by Jesus, then they need to be somewhere else!  Like Iran.

“When the state tells you how to pray, that you cannot use the name of Jesus – that’s mandating a state religion,” he said. “They talk about not offending other people but at the same time, if they are telling me how to pray – that’s the very thing our forefathers left England for.”

“You would expect this somewhere else – Cuba, Saudi Arabia,” he said. “You would never anticipate this happening in the United States of America.”

There is no such thing as ‘separation of church and state’. Telling a pastor of a certain faith how to pray, what he/she can or cannot say, is a total violation of the 1st Amendment. I am offended that any…ANY government body thinks they have the right to censor a prayer!

NO SHARIA!

9 July 2010, 10:05 am. 2 Comments. Filed under Middle East, Opinion, Politics, Religion of Pieces.

Islam on the rise, compliments of Obama

A conservative political activist says President Obama’s pro-Islamic leanings are to blame for radical Islamic groups becoming so emboldened that they are openly holding conferences on U.S. soil calling for the establishment of a global Islamic empire.

On July 11 the radical Islamic group Hizb ut-Tahrir America (HTA) will hold its second annual “Global Campaign for Khilafah” in a Chicago suburb to call for an end to capitalism and to hype the virtues of an Islamic state ruled by strict sharia law. Last year’s gathering — themed “Fall of Capitalism & Rise of Islam” — drew about 500 people, but this year the group has reserved an 11,000-square-foot ballroom, hoping to draw more than a thousand participants. This year’s event is billed “Emerging World Order: How the Khilafah Will Shape the World.”

HTA is an extremist organization which wants to establish a global Khilafah. The group has been described by the president of American Islamic Forum for Democracy as “a conveyor belt to terror” and a former member as believing that “homosexuals should be thrown off the highest building.” Among its alumni are 9/11 mastermind Kalid Sheik Mohammed and Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the one-time leader of al-Qaida in Iraq.

We might as well get this straight right now….I will NOT now, nor EVER bow to Mecca!  I’m fairly sure I’m not alone in this.  I bow to only ONE, and He isn’t in Mecca, or anywhere else in that so called ‘religion of peace’.  I have no use for a bunch of 7th century barbarians, or those who suck up to them.

Ya Just Can’t Spin Those Pesky Facts

Anti-Business Obama
The Foundry

It looks like the Obama spin machine is at it again, this time launching a concerted effort to rebut reports this week that President Barack Obama is anti-business. But given Obama’s record of stoking government intervention in the private sector and creating an environment of uncertainty poisonous to business growth, hiring and expansion, it’s no wonder the President is branded with an anti-business scarlet letter.

The storyline began in The Washington Post, where columnist Fareed Zakaria endeavored to find out why America’s 500 largest nonfinancial companies are sitting on $1.8 trillion in cash, rather than spending it on expansion (which would mean new jobs). Business leaders told Zakaria that it comes down to economic uncertainty surrounding new laws, regulations and taxes; the expansion of federal agencies’ authority; and the unknown implications of Obamacare, financial reform and cap-and-trade. And the kicker? Zakaria notes that most of them had voted for Obama yet all of them now believe he is “at his core, anti-business.”

A Few Items That Caught My Attention

8 July 2010, 1:36 pm. Comments Off. Filed under General News.

No loss.

I don’t remember kids being THIS stupid:?

How long before they go beyond companies and start ‘monitoring‘ us peons?

Seriously, who cares?

BP shafting those “small people” they claim to care so much about?

Religion of peace, eh?  Having a real hard time imagining the Baptists blowing up the Pentecostals.

Is he really that stupid, or does he just play stupid on TV?  Hmm… Probably thinks WE are that stupid.

Gee, y’think?

For some reason, terrorists and Norway just don’t click.

Just because “he had a mental problem” doesn’t mean he should have been out running the streets, especially with 21 arrests!  Prayers with the family of the slain officer.

She really shouldn’t brag about wasting taxpayer money.

Nice of D’Bama to ALLOW folks to buy flood insurance.  :?

Even old folks should keep it in their pouch!
