How Much Do You Owe?
I have no personal income, yet I have a “share” of taxes to pay? How would I have ‘earned’ $118,280 from a zero income? And why do I ‘owe’? They gonna squeeze blood out of this turnip?
Islamification
Some folks might think I’m way off base here, but the way I see it, Muslims can’t actually conquer countries from the outside, through war, so they have changed their tactics. How better to actually conquer than by a take over from within? Our own Constitution is being used against us, our freedom OF religion is being threatened, from within.
The French might be too afraid to fight back, but in my opinion, Americans are not. Will we allow the “politically correct” destroy what so many have fought and died to protect? Or will we just roll over, as the French have done. With this administration and Congress, the question would be “when”, not “if”.
Government Day
Labor Day Has Become Government Day
The Foundry
This Labor Day marks a milestone in the history of the U.S. union movement. It is the first Labor Day on which a majority of union members in United States work for the government. In January the Department of Labor reported that union membership in government has overtaken that in the private sector. Three times as many union members work in the Post Office as in the entire domestic auto industry. The face of the union movement is not a worker on the assembly line but a clerk at the DMV.
This is a dramatic shift for the union movement. The early trade unionists did not believe that unions had a place in government. They believed the purpose of unions was to redistribute business profits from owners to workers … and the government makes no profits. Not until the 1960s did unionizing government employees become widespread. Now government employees make up 52 percent of all union members.
Byrd Issues
Byrd Family Objects to Funeral Footage in GOP Ad
The family of the late Robert C. Byrd blasted the GOP nominee for his U.S. Senate seat Sunday after he used an image from Byrd’s memorial service in a TV ad attacking the Democratic nominee.
The ad:
Now, if they hadn’t made an issue of this, it’s a good chance no one would have even known the picture was from the memorial. And wasn’t it televised? Looks like the whole thing is on YouTube. So, what’s the issue? It’s public.
Unscientific Poll
I’d really like to meet the morons that gave them higher than a D!
