Man claims injuries caused by vampires
A 30-year-old man was taken to the hospital on Sept. 17 after he told employees at the Walgreens store in Waupun that vampires were trying to rip off his head.
Workers told police that the man had red marks on his neck and was sweating and acting anxious.
Well, gracious sakes! If vampires were trying to rip your head off, wouldn’t you be “acting anxious” too?
Obama “hearts” U.N.
Obama presses for Mideast peace in UN address
Exhorting world leaders to push past years of cynicism and pessimism, President Barack Obama challenged the countries of the United Nations on Thursday to unite around peace efforts that he said could achieve agreement within a year to create an independent Palestine and a secure Israel.
As long as there is an Israel, there will be no peace with the so called Palestinians. Which is the point. They want the country destroyed. Hasn’t this guy been paying attention? Has he ever read the “Charter of Allah“?
Without an agreement, he said, “more blood will be shed” and “this Holy Land will remain a symbol of our differences, instead of our common humanity.”
WITH an agreement, there will be blood shed. And it will continue to flow until there is no more Jewish blood to shed. I wouldn’t consider such beings ‘human’, or loaded with ‘humanity’, personally. But, that’s just me. I tend to take people at their word y’know. And, judging from history, I’d have to think they mean what they say.
“Make no mistake: The ultimate success of democracy in the world won’t come because the United States dictates it. It will come because individual citizens demand a say in how they are governed,” he said. “There is no soil where this cannot take root.”
Well now, that’s real damn interesting coming from a guy who doesn’t give two squats for what the citizens U.S.A. say. We say “NO”, and he says “F.U.”! Got it.
Obama drew applause in mentioning U.N. efforts to protect the rights of women, and he urged all nations to act against oppression.
Oh, give me a flippin’ break! The Useless Numnuts could care less about women, or the way they are being treated around the globe! According to that same Hamas Charter, women are nothing more than means to breed more jihadis.

Sukkot, which begins on the fifth day following Yom Kippur, commemorates the harvest and the 40 years of exile after Jews escaped after the Exodus from Egypt.

Amazing Horned Dinosaurs Found on ‘Lost Continent’
The new Kosmoceratops has five times as many horns on its head as its cousin, making it the most ornately adorned dinosaur known to man. It and the larger-bodied, five-horned Utahceratops were giant plant-eaters that lived in “Laramidia” — a continent formed when a shallow sea flooded the central region of North America, isolating the eastern and western portions of the continent for millions of years during the Late Cretaceous Period.
Gives a whole new meaning to “horny”, doesn’t it!

If I Could Impose….
…..a little girl, Rylee, due to be born in December, is in need of many prayers. You can read her story here. Daddy, Brad, use to be the youth minister at my church, and we watched as mommy, Brooke, grew big with big sis. The power of prayer saved little Maddie when she was in distress, so I know God will help Rylee too.
The family is missed, a LOT at church, but sometimes, God calls folks to different places. These are the most precious folks you’d ever want to know. Please keep them all in your thoughts and prayers.

How Many Times Did Goldwater Run For President Again?
by Ann Coulter
Washington elites’ heads exploded when Christine O’Donnell won the Republican Senate primary in Delaware last week. Luckily they were all reading The New York Times’ op-ed page at the time, so the mess their exploding heads created was minimal.
The establishment’s complaints are confusing. They say O’Donnell has a problem because she’s never held a job in the private sector (like our president), didn’t pay her taxes (like our treasury secretary), and had her house foreclosed on (like half of the electorate).
They also accuse her of saying crazy things — but she’s running for Joe Biden’s old seat, so this may be an advantage.
A Separate Agenda
Social conservative groups are blasting Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas), the head of the National Republican Senatorial (Campaign) Committee, for accepting an invitation to speak at a Wednesday evening fundraiser hosted by a homosexual activist group.
In a letter to Cornyn, Tony Perkins, president of the Family Research Council, expressed “profound disappointment” that the Texas senator had agreed to participate in a fundraiser for the Log Cabin Republicans.
Honestly, I’m not really sure why this group continues to call themselves Republicans, unless it’s their intent to turn the whole party, and it’s members, into mega Dem-lite.
“In the last several years, these groups united to do political combat with social conservatives to insert liberal views into the Republican Party,” Perkins said.
Our intent is return the Republican party to it’s roots, and that includes the Biblical roots as well. Well, at least, that’s the way I see it. This nation was founded on those Biblical principles, and they worked really well, until the ‘progressives’ decided they wanted to set about to change things. Our rights come from God, NOT government. Social issues include the rules God set forth for us, as a society.
Here’s a reality check: Not all conservatives are alike. I know that’s a big shock to some folks, but it happens to be true.
There ARE some issues that we DO agree on, like baby murder. I think I can safely say that ALL conservatives are against the blatant slaughter of innocent babies. If you’re ok with a woman ending the life of her unborn child, then I’d suggest you are NOT a conservative. Conservatives also agree on the smaller government issue. We’ve found, through experience of history, that BIG government is oppressive. BTW, that’s what we’ve got right now…..an oppressive government. And it’s not just Democrats who have pushed ‘the bigger, the better’ agenda. Republicans have a problem with ‘programs’ too. Ever wonder how civilization survived without constant government interference?
There are a few others, but those two issues are off the top of my head.
I’ll be honest, I do believe homosexuality is a sin, but if y’all would stop trying to shove it down my throat, I promise not to try to shove heterosexuality down yours. Your issues will be between you and God!
Winning Is Not An Option For POTUS
What is Obama President of Again?
The Foundry
On December 1, 2009, when President Barack Obama announced his new Afghanistan policy after months of delay, Denise Young of Kokomo, Ind., who has a 22-year-old son serving in the war, told The Wall Street Journal what she wanted to hear from the commander in chief: “That he is going to let the generals make the decisions. They have asked for more troops. They should get them. There is safety in numbers.” Today, we learned from a sneak preview of Bob Woodward’s new book, Obama’s War, that President Barack Obama completely failed Mrs. Young.
Instead of listening to his generals, we learn that President Obama (who had zero military experience) was “at odds with his uniformed military commanders, particularly Adm. Mike Mullen, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Gen. David H. Petraeus,” who was then head of U.S. Central Command. When the Pentagon presented President Obama with a “low risk option” of an additional 80,000 troops that had the “best chance to contain the Taliban-led insurgency and stabilize Afghanistan,” Obama “bristled at what he saw as military commanders’ attempts to force him into a decision he was not yet comfortable with.”
They Are DEMOCRATS!
Most everyone has heard about the city council in the small town of Bell, CA. If you haven’t, you aren’t really paying attention. What city mayor earns $800,000 a year??? That is DOUBLE the salary of the President of the United States! Evidently Oscar Hernandez felt he was more important the any POTUS.
From Newsbusters:
Today, eight city council members were arrested in Bell, California for what Los Angeles County District Attorney labeled “corruption on steroids.” Thus far, every major news outlet that has reported on the story has omitted the fact that all eight individuals arrested are Democrats.
Now, why do you think the news reports that little tidbit? If they were Republicans, you can bet your eyeteeth it would have led ever sentence that was related to the story. But, since they were not Republicans, and in reality Democrats, so called journalists had to leave out that important FACT! In my opinion, they failed to include such a fact, because, they are all, in fact, Democrats themselves, and don’t like one of their own getting caught with their hands in the cookie jar.
You can pretty much guarantee, when no party affiliation is mentioned, the person in question is a DEMOCRAT!

Marine from Hernando killed in action in Afghanistan
A 19-year-old Marine from Hernando, who began a tour of duty in Afghanistan two weeks ago, was killed in action Monday, the office of Rep. Travis Childers, D-Miss., confirmed today.
PFC Joshua Ose, who would have been 20 years old Oct. 27, was mortally wounded by small arms fire while on foot patrol, according to a note sent out by Chip Hatcher, pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Hernando, where Ose had attended.
Rest in peace young hero.

Creating Paperwork, Raising Costs, Destroying Jobs
ObamaCare’s Form 1099 Provision
September 21, 2010
“[W]e have to pass the [Healthcare] bill so you can find out what’s in it.”
—House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, March 9, 2010
BACKGROUND
Section 9006 of ObamaCare expands information reporting requirements to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for business transactions in excess of $600 in goods or services. Starting in 2012, ObamaCare mandates that all businesses file an IRS Form-1099 for any vendor with which they have more than $600 in yearly transactions. With an unemployment rate above nine percent for 16 consecutive months, this monstrous accounting and paperwork burden will not provide any incentive to create jobs. To the contrary, the “1099 Provision” will create additional costs for business owners, particularly owners of small businesses, reducing productivity and further stifling economic growth.
CONDEMNATION FROM ALL SIDES
Businesses—Crushed by It: In an extensive June 2010 memo submitted to President Obama’s Office of Management and Budget, the Business Roundtable and the Business Council, industry organizations representing the nation’s largest private sector employers, outlined the job-killing policies of the administration. Referring specifically to the 1099 provision of ObamaCare, the memo noted, “the cost to modify systems to collect the data and send the additional 1099s will not be insignificant.” Indeed, a recent National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) Small Business Survey determined that tax paperwork, costing $74 an hour, is the most expensive burden placed on small businesses by the federal government. The NFIB’s tax counsel, Bill Rys, has also highlighted the “direct negative impact on small business” of the 1099 mandate.
A recent letter from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce to members of Congress, signed by more than 2,400 member businesses from all industries and regions, stated that the 1099 provision means “40 million entities, including governments, nonprofits, and businesses of all sizes across the nation will be subjected to onerous data collection and IRS information filing burdens.” The letter continued: “these entities will have to institute new complex record-keeping, data collection and reporting requirements that track every purchase by vendor and payment method.” This mandate will “dramatically increase accounting costs, expose businesses to costly and unjustified audits by the IRS, and subject more small businesses to the challenges of electronic filing.”
Accountants—Against It: The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) advocated against Section 9006 in a July 2010 letter to Senators. Based on excessive implementation costs and the “limited utility” gained by the government from the “generation and receipt of millions of forms,” the AICPA said the 1099 requirement should be repealed as the “extraordinary burden in this instance far outweighs the potential benefit.”
The IRS—Wary of It: In July, the Internal Revenue Service’s National Taxpayer Advocate highlighted several problems with the 1099 mandate:
- “[T]he new reporting burden, particularly as it falls on small businesses, may turn out to be disproportionate as compared with any resulting improvement in tax compliance.”
- “[S]mall businesses that lack the capacity to track customer purchases may lose customers, leaving the economy with more large national vendors and less local competition.”
