No Gray Matter

Just when I thought Tingles Matthews couldn’t get anymore revolting, not to mention clueless….

Matthews: How Long Before We See Tea Partiers Start Showing Up in Uniform, 1930s Style?

Chris Matthews, on Wednesday’s Hardball, not so cryptically compared the actions of Republican volunteers to that of Nazi-style tactics from the 1930s as he claimed the restraining of a MoveOn.org activist by a Rand Paul supporter reminded him of what “we saw from hoodlums in the thirties in another country I will not mention” and added: “I mean it isn’t far from what we saw in the thirties, where all of a sudden, political parties started showing up in uniform.” Matthews who was joined by Salon’s Joan Walsh and the Washington Post’s Chris Cillizza, even went on to claim physical attacks against political opponents was something that existed exclusively on one ideological side as he asserted that it was “right wing by its very nature.”

Seriously, Tingles? Have you taken a good look at those who attend TEA Party rallies, and those who show up at leftist rallies?

Picture from Beck’s Restoring Honor rally on 8/28, most of whom are likely to lean towards the TEA Party issues:

And here we have a group from the socialist rally held on 10/2:

Now, I don’t know about you, but I’d say the ones who are more likely to wear 1930s type uniforms would be the ones who are already wearing a ‘uniform’.

And about the NON head-stomp, I in NO way condone the actions of the Rand Paul supporters, however, wouldn’t it be nice if there was some accuracy being reported?  The woman came with unknown intentions, and to me, what I can see from the videos of the incident, she was behaving in a threatening manner.   While, the Paul supporters did over react, I’ve no doubt that if she had intended harm to Paul, the outcome could have been a lot worse.

It’s Been One Of THOSE Days!

Yep, one of those days I’d like to bury my head and ignore the rest of the world. Hard to do, but I did make the attempt. :? Why? Well, the more I watch/listen to the news, the more annoyed, and dismayed, I become. Wondering just what kind of world have we made that there is so much deceit, so much….well evil. How did we get here?

One answer might be that we’ve turned away from our Creator. No longer is there shame, or embarrassment. Everything goes, so to speak. From the very top, to the very bottom, there are more and more who have forgotten just where we came from, and no longer give honor and praise to the REAL One.

I’ve learned, in recent days, that I’m an enemy, been called dog-like by a thoughtless, ignorant comedian wanna-be on a talk show, whose host I USE to like, watching the DNC starting probes of possible opponents of Obama in 2012 (only one of whom I could support 100%, so far), yet, I’m suppose to be tolerant of such behaviors?  I don’t think so!  Oh sure, I can forgive the ignorance, but I don’t have to sit still while being slandered, and can respond.

Have you seen the political ads from many on the left.  Proven lies, yet they keep airing them.  We get them from 3 different states here in Podunk.  I’ll be REAL happy when the ads stop!  At least for a while.  Sadly, there are some in this country who base their vote strictly on the ads they see on the idjit box.  It definitely happened in 2008.  :?

It seems the Democrats don’t believe in their message, so have already been involved in voter fraud in several states already.  The good news?  The Justice Department claims it will stop voter intimidation. Yeah, I smirked, too.

Did the supposed POTUS really use his props at a meeting?  Is he so utterly incompetent, or does someone fear him going off script so much they insist he use them?  I wonder if he’s going to use them when he visits that great big mosque in Jakarta?  Probably, since he can’t even speak to the Indian parliament without them. *shakes head* Extremely pathetic, and embarrassing.  But while he’ll go to a mosque, he won’t visit a Sikh temple for fear of Muslim rumors?  Perhaps he should skip the mosque as well.  :?

Evidently, liberalism is a birth defect.  Hmmm….  Well, we already know it’s a mental disorder.  :)

The bright point of my day?  Well, Paula shared a link:D   GIMME!

HEY! Tennessee!

Have ya voted yet?  Today’s the last day for early voting, so if ya don’t wanna stand in long lines on Tuesday, get yer rear in gear and go cast your vote!  And be vigilant!  We don’t have too many problems here in Podunk, but with tempers running high, and Memphis’ history of fraud, you never can tell what might happen in the bigger cities.

So, get with the program!  Make your voice heard!  If ya don’t go today, make sure you vote on Tuesday!  And, if ya don’t vote…… KEEP YER FREAKIN’ MOUTH SHUT!  You don’t have the right to complain.

(keeping on top for a while)
