Report: Arizona Gunman Was Not Motivated By Politics
Arizona massacre gunman Jared Loughner’s downward spiral may have been touched off by a broken high school romance and fueled by drug use — but it was not politically motivated, according to his best friend in high school.
Zach Osler, in an interview Wednesday with ABC’s “Good Morning America,” said: “He did not watch TV. He disliked the news. He didn’t listen to political radio. He didn’t take sides. He wasn’t on the left. He wasn’t on the right.”
Obviously, this…..person…..was down the middle of Loonville Road! Mental illness is not something that should be politicized! But leave it to the left to do just that….even 5 days AFTER the tragedy…refusing to accept the FACTS! It’s getting REAL old, and makes y’all look like damn fools!
It’s been morbidly fascinating (like watching a spider trap a fly) to see the leftist commenters go from one fallback position to another. First he was a Beck fan. Then he wasn’t a Beck fan, but Beck & Palin are still responsible for the climate of hate speech that triggered him. After that, yes, there’s hate speech on both sides, but Beck’s to blame because “everybody knows volume is a key.” (Seriously, I read that on a blog somewhere.)
Now I’m seeing commenters here and there try the old liberal strategy of the Grand Pronouncement: ”Beck caused this. End of story.” In other words, facts aren’t necessary, I Have Spoken. Um, I thought back in the dark ages the people who felt entitled to make unquestionable pronouncements all wore robes and worked for The Vatican?
We’re all saying that these people are desperately backpedalling as the truth comes out, but I don’t think they’re desperate at all. I think the more insane they look to conservatives, the more self-confident they are. In some twisted way, they genuinely make sense to themselves, and are blissfully unaware that they’re completely divorced from reality.
I think it’s a demonstration of God’s judicial hardening of hearts for a nation that has piled up mountains of dead infants and glorified perversion, and it’s really kind of scary to watch.
On a side note: I don’t know what to think about efforts to legalize pot in general. I don’t smoke it, so I don’t care. But one thing that has GOT to be addressed in any discussion about legalizing pot for recreational use, is its effects on latent schizophrenics. This kid is clearly a full-blown schizophrenic, and pot + schizophrenic tendencies just never, ever leads any place good.

You know, my wife and I were discussing this B.S going on and all of the sudden she blurts out that the congresswoman was shot an it should be a fatal wound, but it’s not and it’s healing, not to mention the POTUS came to see her…. She got this weird look on her face and opened her bible… Rev 13.
