Gotta Love Those Marines!
A Marine squad was marching north of Fallujah when they came upon an Iraqi terrorist who was badly injured and unconscious. On the opposite side of the road was an American Marine in a similar but less serious state. The Marine was conscious and alert and as first aid was given to both! men, the squad leader asked the injured Marine what had happened.
The Marine reported, “I was heavily armed and moving north along the highway here, and coming south was a heavily armed insurgent. We saw each other and both took cover in the ditches along the road. I yelled to him that Saddam Hussein was a miserable, lowlife scum bag who got what he deserved. and he yelled back that Barack Obama is a lying, good-for-nothing, left wing Commie who isn’t even an American. So I said that Osama Bin Laden dresses and acts like a frigid, mean-spirited lesbian! He retaliated by yelling, “Oh yeah? Well, so does Nancy Pelosi!”
“And, there we were, in the middle of the road, shaking hands, when a truck hit us.”
God I love those Marines!

I like Rand Paul, but he’s off base on this one. I understand his reasoning. We HAVE to stop with all the foreign aid. The difference is that most of the countries we give billions of dollars to are NOT our friends. But, Israel, at least so far, is the ONLY ally we actually have in the Middle East. We keep treating them like the red headed step child, we just might find us with NO allies over there.
But we don’t want TWEAKING! WE, The People said no! We want it to go away. If you want to fix this particular problem, you scrap it and start from scratch. Better yet, let the market set the standards. Things work just fine until the government started tinkering, and it’s gotten worse over the decades.
I don’t begrudge these workers getting bonuses, but shouldn’t the company keep a large chunk of those funds in reserve? Does no one ever consider the future problems and possibilities anymore?
Apparently, even in Egypt, the folks aren’t buying into a dictator’s empty promises. The man has had 30 years to enact reforms, but hadn’t done diddly. Why should anyone believe him now? I mean, after all, those ‘free and open elections’ didn’t exactly take place, did they? Unfortunately, I don’t think these protesters calling for reform are going to much care what they end up with…. Think Iran.
I’m curious. Is the U.S. making any attempt to get our citizens out of Egypt, like Israel is doing? I’ve only read about warnings not to travel there, but nothing about getting those who are playing tourist over there out.
“The electric vehicles are absolutely, positively coming,”…..whether anyone wants them or not. These death traps aren’t going to ‘save the planet’. They are going to cost WAY to much to run and maintain, and most anyone who has bothered to actually check into them, KNOWS IT!
So, the kid claims it was an ‘artistic’ prop (where’s the video?). Sounds more to me like a New Year’s drunk prank. 
Will we see a similar uprising in Sudan?
So, the TSA doesn’t see any ‘advantage’ to privatizing airport screening? How about better trained, screeners, and few thieves? Better back ground checks, and the fact the government couldn’t run a lemonade stand without screwing it up? How’s that for a few advantages, eh?
Do these trash bags really think it makes them so cool to set up two innocent people just for a video? Do they not realize that makes them worse than flies eating crap? They aren’t ‘men’. They are garbage, and should be treated as such. What kind of society have we become where this is common place? I have words, but I won’t use them.
I don’t EVEN wanna know what is in this yahoo‘s head!
How are demons like this even allowed in society?
It’s ALWAYS about the chillllruns isn’t it! Problem is, the 14th Amendment has nothing to do with criminal invaders.
Wow. Now I know…there ARE some judges with common sense. Cool!
