Coffee & Chicory

We have war ships in the area, right?  How ’bout we pound Somalia back into the stone age, and every time they poke their heads out of the caves, we take ‘em out?  Seems simple enough to me.  Although I’m not sure how much farther into the stone age they could get.  :?

Sadly, the proof that so many churches no longer stick to the Word.  Perhaps these churches can actually guide some of these young people back to the path for which they were intended?  No, I’m not judging the kids, but the so called churches.

They don’t just ‘not work well’, they totally suck!  Three 60 watt bulbs in my kitchen makes it look yellow, and has the brightness of one 40 watt.  And they are dangerous!  Why must they continually try to fix something that ain’t broken?  Marsha, PLEASE make thie ridiculous law GO AWAY!

Perhaps if people had used some common sense, they wouldn’t have taken some moonbat environazis book for the excuse to kill millions of people, mostly in African countries.  Racists perhaps?  Want to solve the problem?  Bring back DDT!

Pushing the world to the brink.  Do they really want to be ruled by the Anti-Christ?  Er….12th imam?

It really must be the ‘public education’ world wide that has people so utterly ignorant about how businesses, especially banks, work.  Without profits, there is no business.  No profits, banks can’t lend money, or invest in the community.  Education really needs an serious overhaul, and get the communists OUT of the teaching business.

Wouldn’t it be nice if instead of stifling business at every turn, Obama would instead, get out of the way, and allow innovation in the private sector?  But his union buddies don’t want new companies to crop up, promoting new ideas, and perhaps bringing back manufacturing factories to our shores.  Promoting science and math are a good thing, but how about promoting the ability to read, write and SPEAK the language of the land too?  Just a thought.

Freedom on the press?  What’s that?  The powers that be only want people to hear/read what THEY want them to hear/read.  Truth be damned!

Are these banks actually failing, or are they being PUSHED to fail?

Well, I sure would consider any email from the current White House as spam!  :D

Evidently, some countries in the Middle East have an issue with not wanting too much Christian representation.

People are being murdered in the streets, and what does our administration do?  Does it show leadership?  Do they put out press releases with strong condemnation of the actions of dictators?  Of course not! They just do what they always do…..shove their head in the sand!  Heaven forbid, D’Bama actually showing some sort of ‘leadership’?  Pfft!

First, it’s far short of what SHOULD be cut, and second, do they really think Runnin’ Reid is going to actually agree to cutting any spending?  Start phasing out social security and medicare, and we MIGHT start getting somewhere.

Do we really need more proof that the United Nations is the most useless bunch of feckless weasels ever to darken our shores??  Naw, I don’t think so either.  I think we already know.

I guess it doesn’t matter what level of the government, none of ‘em know how to balance a checkbook, save for the proverbial rainy day, or figure out how to make the whole thing work.

I wish the ladies luck!  However, considering the mindset of the Arab/Muslim male, they might wanna get fitted for their burlap sacks early, and avoid the rush.

Does anyone in the Obama administration live in the REAL world?  You don’t negotiate with terrorists!  You don’t make concessions to murderous thugs!  And you damn sure don’t sit down with tea and crumpets with the very people who slaughtered 3000 of your fellow countrymen in an unprovoked attack!

Where do governments come up with these ridiculous ideas?  Evidently, stupidity and wasting money isn’t just a D.C. problem.

I guess there are some in Arizona who will continue to keep their heads up their hinders, and refuse to face reality.  Nappy must have brain washed ‘em.

Obama’s war on democracy
Washington Times

Message to Wisconsin taxpayers: President Obama and the Democratic National Committee have declared war on you. Message to other states: You’re next.

The political unrest in Wisconsin, billed as some kind of grass-roots uprising, is being organized and directed by Barack Obama‘s Organizing for America and the Democratic National Committee. This development is consistent with Mr. Obama‘s instructions for supporters to “get in the face” of those who oppose them, but in this case, they are seeking to derail a lawful legislative process.

The American People Can’t Afford to Lose Wisconsin Union Showdown
The Foundry

Let no one be confused, the stakes in Wisconsin are high and the Badger state could turn into the crucial battle ground between progressivism and the new Tea Party majority in the country.  Issues as important as public sector compensation, bulging state deficits, union power, federalism, education, federal entitlements as well as others are being fought over. That Wisconsin is the birthplace of American progressivism with a new conservative governor, new conservative majorities in both chambers, a new conservative U.S. senator and the bright new conservative chairman of the House Budget Committee, Paul Ryan, has made it ground zero for the left.

President Barack Obama has federalized the issue, throwing the full weight of the White House, the Democratic National Committee, and his own Organizing for America operation behind government unions, with the assistance of the SEIU and AFSCME unions. This is a major new test for the new governor, Scott Walker. If conservatives lose in Wisconsin, reform might be stifled elsewhere.  If they can win, progressivism is in real trouble.

The Ugliness That Is The Unions

Madison, Milwaukee among many school districts closing Friday

State and Madison teachers union leaders are urging their members to report to the Capitol Friday and Saturday for continued protests against Gov. Scott Walker’s collective bargaining proposal.

(***)

The large number of expected absences led the Madison School District to cancel school for the third consecutive day Friday.

Numerous other districts also have canceled classes Friday (see list attached to this story).

Milwaukee is among the districts closing Friday, after more than 600 teachers called in sick for Friday, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

On Thursday, after the state’s largest teachers union on Wednesday night called on its 98,000 members to attend rallies in Madison, districts including La Crosse, Mosinee and Racine shut down because of teacher absences.

Never, EVER, let me hear one of these mentally deficient “teachers” say they need more money because of the children! Not one of them became teachers to actually teach. They do it for the money and the hell with your kids.   Obviously, not a one of those who lied, and called in sick give 2 shits about educating the youth.

Baghdad wants U.S. to pay $1 billion for damage to city

Iraq’s capital wants the United States to apologize and pay $1 billion for the damage done to the city not by bombs but by blast walls and Humvees since the U.S.-led invasion that toppled Saddam Hussein.

The city’s government issued its demands in a statement on Wednesday that said Baghdad’s infrastructure and aesthetics have been seriously damaged by the American military.

Bankrupting Our Children

Is This Program Worth Bankrupting My Child?
The Foundry

Under President Barack Obama’s fiscal year (FY) 2012 budget, by 2014 net interest payments on our debt will surpass the amount spent on education, transportation, energy, and all other discretionary programs outside defense combined. Over the next decade, every citizen will be paying more than $2,500 a year in interest alone. Simply put: Our current spending habits are bankrupting our children. This must stop. The culture of overspending must change, and this week’s debate over the remaining months over the FY 2011 budget is the beginning of that fight. Substantive cuts this year, like the ones conservatives are fighting for in the House, will not balance the budget by themselves, but they are imperative for building momentum for additional spending reforms in the future.

I Stand With Israel

In sharp reversal, U.S. agrees to rebuke Israel in Security Council

The U.S. informed Arab governments Tuesday that it will support a U.N. Security Council statement reaffirming that the 15-nation body “does not accept the legitimacy of continued Israeli settlement activity,” a move aimed at avoiding the prospect of having to veto a stronger Palestinian resolution calling the settlements illegal.

WHAT?????????????????

Still, the U.S. offer signaled a renewed willingness to seek a way out of the current impasse, even if it requires breaking with Israel and joining others in the council in sending a strong message to its key ally to stop its construction of new settlements. U.S. officials were not available for comment, but two Security Council diplomats confirmed the proposal.

We’ve got one ally in the Middle East, and thanks to the Obama administration, that’s kind of iffy right now. And he wants to slap them in the face, again??????? I don’t bloody well think so!

My message to the Israelis:  Build where you want.  Secure your country in the manner YOU see fit.  God gave it to YOU!  You have made the desert blossom!

I do NOT rebuke Israel!  I REBUKE the U.S. administration for standing with terrorists against our allies!

Democrats: Emboldening America’s Enemies & Terrifying Her Allies Since 1976

The Middle East is on fire again, and crazy Muslims with funny names aren’t helping things — Mahmoud, ElBaradei, al-Banna, Barack…

The major new development is that NOW liberals want to get rid of a dictator in the Middle East! Where were they when we were taking out the guy with the rape rooms?

Remember? The one who had gassed his own people, invaded his neighbors and was desperately seeking weapons of mass destruction? The guy who emerged from a spider hole looking like Charlie Sheen after a three-day bender?
