How about a National Obamacare Waiver?
The Foundry

If you knew a dangerous virus was about to hit America and that you could beg the government for a vaccine, you’d probably do it, wouldn’t you? That’s just what states and businesses alike are doing right now in preparation for Obamacare. But rather than seeking a vaccine, they’re asking for waivers from the law’s onerous requirements.

To date, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has approved 1,372 Obamacare waivers, covering 3.1 million Americans. Yesterday, The Daily Caller reported that among HHS’s most recent round of 204 Obamacare waivers, “38 are for fancy eateries, hip nightclubs and decadent hotels in House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi’s Northern California district.” That’s right: Nearly 20 percent of exemptions from Pelosi’s crowning health care achievement were doled out in her backyard.

No To Newt

18 May 2011, 7:44 am. Comments Off. Filed under 2012.

I’ve yet to hear anyone say they support Newt Gingrich. I guess that’s because they are so few and far between. The Daily Caller has an interesting poll:

Perhaps Mr Gingrich should take the hint?  Honestly, I see no point in his continuing his bid!

WI Democrats Support Voter Fraud!

Dems Block Vote on Voter ID

A bill requiring voters to present photo identification at the polls was tied up in the state legislature on Wednesday morning.

After hours of debate Tuesday night, Democratic state senators outmaneuvered a vote for the Republican-backed Voter ID Bill.

There is just something about reality and Democrats, especially in Wisconsin. They obviously don’t live in the real world, and refuse to join the rest of us. The rainbow farting unicorns are THEIR reality. This bill WILL be passed, and the Dems WILL whine.

Protesters disrupted the debate. One had to be carried away, and others were tossed out and cited.

Since the debate went on till the wee hours, I’m going to take a stab and say the advocates FOR voter fraud don’t have real jobs they have to get up and go to in the morning.

Democrats argue that the bill would disenfranchise poor, elderly, minority and rural people.

“This voter suppression, voter confusion, voter disenfranchisement bill,” said Milwaukee Democratic Senator Lena Taylor.

That argument just doesn’t wash.  You see, you HAVE to have an ID to do ANYTHING these days.  Poor people, minorities, and the elderly, too!  I suppose she believes ‘rural people’ all ride horses into town?  And yes….there might be some ‘voter suppression’…..of FRAUD!  But the Dems don’t want to suppress fraudulent voters.  That’s their biggest base, don’cha know.  Now, rational, law abiding people have NO problem showing ID…..to get a library card, rent a video, buy alcohol or tobacco, etc.  All I can gather this constant whining is that Democrats are NOT rational, law abiding folks, and have no problem with some ineligible person STEALING your vote.

Tingles IS A Racist

Mentioning ‘food stamps’ the new racism, says Chris Matthews

On his Monday MSNBC show, Matthews cited a speech former House Speaker Newt Gingrich gave in Georgia on Friday in which he said, “You want to be a country that creates food stamps, in which case frankly Obama is an enormous success – the most successful food stamp president in American history, or do you want to be a country that creates paychecks?”

The “Hardball” host’s assessment, which mirrored the assessment of “Meet the Press” host David Gregory, was that Gingrich’s remarks had a hint of racism in them. Matthews suggested Gingrich was using the language of the era of Reagan, which even the “right-wing had dropped it.”

“They stopped talking in this dog whistle like the white racists were going to hear it because everybody hears you now,” Matthews said. “They know what the whistle sounds like. Is Newt just out-of-date or is he deliberately using this dog whistle in a way he thinks he knows exactly what he’s doing. He doesn’t care what we think?”

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again……Chris Matthews is a moron! Not only is he a moron, he IS a racist! Why do white liberals always ASSUME that food stamp recipients are black? Do no white people ever have the need to get assistance? I guess, at least according to Tingles, and the TOO many like him, it’s only black people who are dependent on the government for their sustenance, eh?  Probably the reason they believe this is because they’ve worked so hard to make sure so many are dependent on the government?

Well, guess what Tingles!  MORE PEOPLE…..ALL COLORS….ARE RECEIVING FOOD STAMPS UNDER THIS PRESIDENT THAN EVER BEFORE!   That is a fact!  More than 43 MILLION people.  No where in any of the data I’ve seen does it state that food stamp recipients are black.  NO WHERE!

I’m going to go out on a limb and say ol’ Chrissy has never been a single, WHITE mother, trying to raise a child, with barely enough to make ends meet, OR a father working 2 jobs trying to keep his family fed, clothed and housed.  So, Tingles, as usual, you are full of caca de torro!  AND a racist! I, for one, am beyond fed up with the constant cry of racism every time someone has the audacity to question or criticize this POTUS. That card has been maxed out!

Barack Hussein Obama IS The Food Stamp President!  HIS skin tone is irrelevant!

Teaching Obama a Lesson on Education
The Foundry

Those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it. Yet when it comes to education, that’s one lesson the federal government hasn’t learned. Maybe it’s time to put some history teachers on the case. They would have to look no further than President Barack Obama in writing their lesson plan.

Yesterday the President delivered a commencement speech at a high school in Memphis, Tenn., in recognition for its achievement in his Race to the Top Commencement Challenge, a competition for schools to demonstrate their commitment to preparing students for college. While applauding the students, the President also took time to pat his Administration on the back for its education policy — which amounts to another truckload of spending and further concentration of power over education in Washington:

Texas House of Representatives Seeking to Ban Current TSA Pat-Down

What’s our take on the Texas House of Representatives voting to ban the current TSA pat-down? Well, the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution (Article. VI. Clause 2) prevents states from regulating the federal government.

Well, let’s take a look at what it says:

Article IV, Clause 2: This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

I would suggest that those at the TSA blog, and the TSA, take a good hard look at our expert’s take on said clause. I’ve found no where in the Constitution, or any explanation through the Federalist Papers, or our own P/H, that states the federal government has the right to sexually assault any citizen, as in the excessive groping done by the TSA in recent months.

Ronald Reagan said: Well, the trouble with our liberal friends is not that they are ignorant, but that they know so much that isn’t so. Apparently, this applies quite well to our “friends” at the TSA, as well.

Stop Spending!

Myth-Busting the Debt Limit
The Foundry

The United States today hit an all-time high debt, passing $14 trillion, according to Associated Press reports. And with $45,300 of debt for every man, woman and child in the United States, it’s clear as day that spending is the problem. Yet Washington has yet to come to an agreement on a way forward, either in the short term or the long term, though the budget plan passed by the House of Representatives would fundamentally alter this debt-ridden path the nation is on.

It’s time to get serious about cutting spending and getting the U.S. government to live within its means. But that’s not the message coming out of the White House.

I agree!  SHUT UP! Honestly, I don’t think the lame stream give a happy crap about the safety and well being of our troops.  If they did, they’d be a bit more discreet about what they publish.

I’m getting to the point, if they KNOW these people are ‘career criminals’, don’t get sending them through the system.  Put them out of OUR misery.  If they aware of gang activity, find a nice secluded island, and give them their own territory, to destroy at will.  That way, WE won’t be subjected to these animals.  Just a thought.

Does anyone really believe the U.N., would, or could do anything about the attempted invasion of Israel by a bunch of thugs?  It they do, it’ll be a major SHOCK.

Contrary to what the leftards want to believe, not too many people are interested in riding the train.  Why should tax money keep paying for a LOSING proposition?

Governor Moonbeam is quite typical of liberals.  The answer is always take money away from one group of people, and hand it over to others.  Doesn’t matter who the recipient is, as long as they can steal it out of the pockets of the hardworking folks who actually EARNED it.

I don’t see a problem in welcoming folks with a strong work ethic, family oriented, and well educated.

There are some seriously demented people in this world.

If the dipwads won’t take care of their terrorist issue, someone has to do it!  It’s way past time to cut of the cash cow to these weasels.

An arrogant French dude?  Color me shocked……………..NOT!  What a sleeze!

Do Democrats really believe that releasing murderers is a good idea?  My question…why is this animal still breathing?

Why is Newt even running?  He’s not really a conservative, and the mood on the right….ain’t gonna tolerate any more RINOS!

This might sound a bit insensitive, but honestly, I’d rather see New Orleans flooded again, than the small communities and farm land.  Watch food prices sky rocket even more.  This decision will affect ALL of us.
