This reminds me of a song from the movie, “The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas. Charles Durning sang, “The Sidestep”.
The main lyrics went like this………..

The key words here being – LEAD THE PEOPLE ON!

LOVED that movie. LOL Was kind of funny watching the guy on the news who that character was based. MARRRRRVIN Zindler…..Eye Witness News! Was great.
Oh…yeah…Nappy… Got side tracked. Yup. She’s a real prize alright. I can’t imagine who exactly believes her pap, but if they do, then we have a much bigger problem than I thought.
Oh, Marvin Zindler was a trip. I lived in Houston in his heyday. That dude kept several plastic surgeons in full-time business. His favorite thing of all was to scoop in on a health inspection at a local restaurant and then announce to the city that they had “SLIIIII-IIIIIIME in the ICE MACHINE!!” He’d drag that first word out like the closing chord of a rock anthem.
Her Majesty Janet I looks entirely at home in that throne-like chair she’s curled up in, passing judgment on the proles. When she was Governor here in Arizona, I was just starting to track local politics. I gathered that she’s a bit of a bully…she divides her political landscape into people who can hit back and people it’s safe to attack. For instance, I take it you’re a bit of a Sheriff Joe fan, OB, but I’ll tell you…you get to watching Arpaio up close and there’s a bit of ugliness there.
Arpaio’s made it clear, though, to competing politicians and the local media alike: you try to slap him, you’re going to get slapped back. Hard.
Janet never once tried to cross him, AFAIK.
She also never went after the little out-of-the-way towns up on the Northern border of Arizona where there were documented cases of polygamy, including allegations of underage brides being forced into weddings. She didn’t want to tangle with Salt Lake City.
So my take is, she’s big bad news as long as she thinks she’s tracking a docile target. Somebody with a little clout grits their teeth back at her, and she tends to scurry back under the porch.

Yep…I like Sheriff Joe. He’s a no nonsense type of guy, and we need MORE of him! If I had to do his job, I’d start showing the wear and tear too. He’s doing what he was sworn to do, and no pencil pusher is going to stop him! I like that!
I honestly believe that Obama went out of his way to find the absolute WORST to fill jobs that required the best.
