Falling Into A Trap

Christian Churches Read Quran from Pulpits across America

How would you feel if your pastor stood in the pulpit this past Sunday opened what you believed to be his Bible and then started to read passages completely unfamiliar to you. Then in the midst of the reading you hear him say Allah instead of God and you realize he is reading not from his Bible, but from the Quran.

How would you feel and what would you do?

How would I feel?  Betrayed.  What would I do?  I’d get up and leave, never to return.

If this didn’t happen to you yesterday, count yourself fortunate because it did happen to a number people sitting in Christian churches across America.

Lucky for me, and the rest of our church members, our pastor is quite aware of world events, and is totally Bible based!

Social activists involved with Faith Shared, a program of Interfaith Alliance and Human Rights First were trying to promote tolerance and respect of Islam and counter opposition to the Muslim faith. So starting with the National Cathedral in Washington DC, at least fifty other churches in twenty-six states joined in the effort to host readings from the Quran.

Excuse me, but there is nothing in the “faith” of Muslims in common with the faith of Christians. Interfaith? Seriously? Islam isn’t a religion, of peace or anything else. It’s a political ideology that wants to control every aspect of your life. It’s a violent and hateful 7th century way of life, and it is not compatible with our Constitution.

The effort is meant to counter what they refer to as ‘anti-Muslim bigotry and negative stereotypes’ that have been growing in the US. By getting prominent national and local churches to read from the Quran and teach their congregations about Islam, the Alliance believes it will help make Christians more knowledgeable and tolerant of Islam.

Most folks will say they ‘learned all they need to know about Islam, they learned on 9/11/2001.” I learned much earlier, listening to my family. My mom was a 1st generation American of Lebanese decent. Her parents were sent to the U.S. at a young age to escape from the murderous Muslims. A large number of resident in their village were MURDERED. Why? Because they were not Muslims, but Christians! I learned from more recent relative immigrants, who were escaping from even more violence in the 60s and 70s. Hearing the story of the pregnant Christian woman whose breast were sliced, sticks of dynamite inserted, and blown up.

Read more at Godfather Politics.  I’m disgusted!

Any church that buys into to this ‘propaganda’ is not a church of God’s Word. It does not follow the teaching of Christ, and should be avoided at all cost. Our souls are at stake here!

These are the Pastors, Priests, Clergymen and Women who sold their souls for money.

The one’s who took MONEY from the Federal Gubmint to promote ”Faith Based Initiatives” including COMMUNIST green environmental bull sh*t, and illegal invasion.

Islam is ANTI-CHRIST.  The mooslems perverted teachings from their corrupt Koran say so.

Interesting story on your Mom’s family and Heritage.
Now the Coptic Christians in Egypt are being killed.  Alexandria Egypt is the birthplace of the Coptic Church.  Christians are being murdered for their faith in Libya now also.
    The Defender of the Faith saith;
….“We should tolerate and live side by side with those of other faiths. However if the threat is posed, we shall not fail to resist with courage any such incursions.”
This (The preaching of the Koran in the Christian Church), is such an incursion into the Christian Faith.

Wouldn’t this fall into the category of apostasy?

    2 Thessalonians 2:3

Yes. And any one who allowed this in their Church should be told so.

Can’t imagine any churches around here doing that, but then, ya never know.  :?

I wonder why it is not also required/necessary for the New Testament to be presented in mosques?

How many times has this happened in the need for ‘toleration and respect’?

Interesting on Sunday our church had the Executive Director from Voice of the Martyrs – Persecution.com in for an interview.  In most of the Muslim lead nations Christian Churches if found are burned to the ground and the clergy tortured.  In Eritrea, a country in Eastern Africa.  If they find a “house church” preaching the word of Jesus, they burn not only the home where the church service was taking place but they also burn down the houses next to them because it is assumed that  the word of Jesus must have spread to them as well.

And this is the “Religion of Peace”?

If they reading the Quran at my church, we’re done.  We have hopped churches before we will do it again.

Only WE have to be tolerant towards them.   Well, I’m out of tolerance!   I’m not going to be following Satan, so don’t be reading his trash in my God centered church!

Took me years to find the right church for me, Bible based, but I won’t hesitate to leave.  But like I said, I can’t imagine my pastor reading it.  It would be more likely for him to quit being a pastor than to do that!  :?
