Blacklisting The Truth

Blacklist
by Oliver North and Tom Kilgannon

Blacklist (n.): a list of persons who are disapproved of or are to be punished or boycotted.

The definition above, from an old Webster’s dictionary, was common parlance in the late 1940s and early 1950s as the U.S. House Un-American Activities Committee investigated subversive activity, Soviet espionage and pro-communist propaganda. The committee unearthed spies and traitors — Alger Hiss among them. But when the HUAC turned its attention to Hollywood writers, directors and actors, civil libertarians cried foul. The American Civil Liberties Union and others insist those on the “Hollywood blacklist” were unfairly persecuted for exercising their constitutionally protected rights to freedom of assembly and speech.

Now there’s a new-millennium blacklist for American patriots who fail today’s political correctness test. Retired Lt. Gen. Jerry Boykin, a highly decorated special operations soldier with 36 years of service in uniform, is the newest name on the roster. The silence from the “civil liberties lobby” is deafening.

It often is said that our soldiers, sailors, airmen, guardsmen and Marines serve to “protect our freedoms” and “defend our liberties.” All true. Now consider what took place this week at the United States Military Academy at West Point — an institution responsible for training young men and women to protect America from those who mean us harm. West Point cadets take an oath to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic,” and to “bear true faith and allegiance to the same.” Many West Point graduates will deploy to fight radical Islamists who commit acts of terror against Americans and our allies.

Read the entire column here.

I expressed my disgust, as politely as I could, here.  Organizations like CAIR and the ACLU are working overtime to destroy a once great, and Godly, nation.  Unless we reverse this trend, there will be no United States of America.  The erosion of our 1st Amendment rights may provoke the use of our 2nd Amendment rights!

U.S. Would Do MUCH Better Without Obama

Job Growth Should Be Stronger
The Foundry

The Obama Administration and the nation have cause to breathe a sign of relief as today’s monthly jobs report shows 243,000 jobs were created in January. Those numbers are of course good news, another positive sign of recovery, and another clear indication of the enduring strength of the American economy and American economic system. But, really, so long after recession’s end, we should be doing much better — and would be but for President Barack Obama’s debilitating anti-growth policies. In reality, the economy is recovering despite — not because of — Obama’s policies. Make no mistake: 243,000 jobs is good, but we should be seeing numbers upwards of 350,000. America can and should do better.

For millions of Americans, last month’s strong job growth is a bright spot that they unfortunately cannot see. While the unemployment rate has fallen to 8.3 percent, it fell from lofty heights that lasted far too long. And even at 8.3 percent, 12.8 million Americans remain unemployed, and the high unemployment among women, teenagers, whites, and Hispanics remained steady. What’s more, the number of long-term unemployed — which stands at 5.5 million — remained relatively unchanged, meaning that 42.9 percent of Americans have been out of work for 27 weeks or more. On top of that, there were 1.1 million “discouraged workers” in January — meaning that they’re sitting on the sidelines not looking for work because they believe no jobs are available.

Funding Slaughter

Planned Parenthood sues TN over cuts to STD program

Abortion opponents are claiming another victory in the battle to defund Planned Parenthood by excluding it from state and federal funding for HIV and syphilis prevention programs.

But the nonprofit is fighting back.

Two Tennessee Planned Parenthood groups sued the state Thursday for denying the nonprofit more than $150,000 in grant money to participate in programs funded by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Planned Parenthood wants a federal judge to intervene and asked for an injunction against the state.

It seriously annoys me that this bloody business keeps referring to itself as “nonprofit”.  That doesn’t happen to be true.  They make an obscene amount of profit, all from the slaughter of innocent babies.  They do not need our tax dollars, from which the government grants come.  The majority of Americans do not want their money spent on something that is so abhorrent!  There are many organizations other than PP that provide testing for STDs.

Look at the history of Planned Parenthood. It’s not noble, that’s for sure! The intent was to get rid of people of color, those considered “unfit”, like the poor and the disable, and it is still being pushed on the black community. 91% of women who walk through their doors murder their children. 91%. For them to claim otherwise would be a flat out lie.  Nor do they do mammograms!  It’s a referral system.  They get money, they send women elsewhere for screenings.  Why should they receive Koman money if the money isn’t used for the purpose intended?  (I would link to their site, but they were hacked, likely by some pro baby murder supporter.)

I’ve no doubt some people are under the misconception that PP provides services for free.  Not true.  You are charged at the time of your ‘visit’.  Just look at PP’s site….it gives you prices.  :?

I pray that whatever judge these slaughterers of the innocent go before, will stand with the people of Tennessee.  A civilization that murders its children is not civilized!

UPDATE:  Evidently, The Komen Foundation has reversed its decision.  So much for that donation I was sending.  After their decision, their donations went up 100%.  I wonder how many people will put a ‘stop payment’, or ‘deny charge’ on those donations now.
