Nero Fiddles….
President Obama sings the blues with music legends Mick Jagger, B.B. King at White House
The President just couldn’t say no: Mick Jagger held out a mic almost by way of command, and soon Barack Obama was belting out the blues with the best of them.
The East Room of the White House was transformed into an intimate blues club on Tuesday night for a concert featuring blues all-stars of the past, present and future – and the President himself.
The surprise performance by Obama came at the end of the playlist when the blues ensemble was singing “Sweet Home Chicago,” the blues anthem of Obama’s home town.
Buddy Guy prodded the President, saying he’d heard that the president sang part of an Al Green tune recently, and adding, “You gotta keep it up.”
Then Jagger handed over the mic, and Obama seemed compelled to comply.
“Come on, baby don’t you want to go,” the President sang out twice, handing off the mic to B.B. King momentarily, and then taking it back to tack on “Sweet Home Chicago” at the end.
That was how Obama ended the night.
This was how he began it: Obama said sometimes there are downsides to being the President. You can’t just go for a walk, for example.
And then there are the times that more than make up for all those frustrations, he said, like Tuesday night, when Jagger, King, Jeff Beck and other musical giants came by the house to sing the blues.
“I guess things even out a little bit,” Obama joked at the start of a rollicking East Room concert that was electrified by Jagger and the rest.

The complete disgust I feel for these….people….can’t even be put into words! Pig? No…doesn’t come close. Weasel? Nope. Revolting? Well, that’s almost there. Honestly, I don’t think there is a word strong enough to express my utter disdain for them. The obvious disrespect they show towards the American people, and OUR White House is beyond comprehension. Who paid for Mick Jagger and B.B. King to put on a show for them? You don’t think they did it for free, do you? And heaven forbid the Obama’s would foot the bill.
No, you are NOT the king, and that horribly dressed female is NOT a queen, or a fashion plate! Dear Lord, who dresses that woman? Talk about tacky! And we don’t want to pay for your good times, while so many of us are struggling just to pay the rent so we’ll have a roof over our heads, and be able to feed our families! You both just make me sick to my stomach!
Spud?
They are telling me this is my great grandson. 
Umm… ok. I have turned it every whichaway, and he still looks like an alligator. A prehistoric alligator.
Yes, we call him Spud. Tried calling him by his initials, M.J., but Jr got her knickers in a twist, saying she didn’t want him associated with Michael Jackson. 
What does Michael Jason have to do with ….? And now, I just learned they have changed it from Michael to Cameron? I’m very confused! Oh well…never mind. Spud it is! 
He’s just a few weeks off from being sprung from his current abode.
Wouldn’t ya think he’d look a wee bit more….well….human? Well, he is Brat Jr’s offspring, so I guess that explains a great deal.

Syria shelling of Homs kills 2 Western journalists
A French photojournalist and an American working for a British newspaper were killed Wednesday by Syrian government shelling of the opposition stronghold of Homs, France’s government said.
Activists said at least two other Western journalists were injured in barrages that claimed at least 19 lives.
We all know that Assad, Nancy Pelosi’s buddy, is a dictator, and should be removed. Actually, any and ALL dick-taters should be removed. But here’s a real important question: What will fill that void left by the removal of said bad guy? Cuz “nature abhors a vacuum“.
In Paris, French government spokeswoman Valerie Pecresse said those killed were French photojournalist Remi Ochlik and American veteran war reporter Marie Colvin, who was working for Britain’s Sunday Times. France’s Foreign Minister, Alain Juppe, said the attacks show the “increasingly intolerable repression” by Syrian forces.
Such beings do not like having their power to control taken away, so they will kill anyone in their way, including journalists, no matter from where they hail. Silencing the truth is the first step of any would be dick-tater.
The Obama administration opened the door slightly Tuesday to international military assistance for Syria’s rebels, with officials saying new tactics may have to be explored if President Bashar Assad continues to defy pressure to halt a brutal crackdown on dissenters that has raged for 11 months and killed thousands.
IF…and that’s a big IF….the ‘rebels’ were actually fighting to overthrow Assad’s regime in the quest for freedom, I could actually see a bit of help going to those who are fighting and dying for liberty.
The White House and State Department said they still hope for a political solution. But faced with the daily onslaught by the Assad regime against Syrian civilians, officials dropped the administration’s previous strident opposition to arming anti-regime forces. It remained unclear, though, what, if any, role the U.S. might play in providing such aid.
But here’s the problem with that idea: “Elements of al-Qaeda’s affiliates in Iraq have been moving into Syria to distribute weapons to the opposition and to carry out attacks against the regime of Bashar al-Assad, according to U.S. and Iraqi officials.” (source) Now, I don’t know about y’all, but I have a HUGE problem with the U.S. gubmint aiding and abetting terrorists. And that’s what they are y’know. Terrorists! For the purpose of creating terror in the lives of the innocent, typically NON muslim, but also those who aren’t ‘muslim enough’.

Planned Parenthood Will Get Richer Thanks to Obamacare
When many people think about Planned Parenthood, they think about death: especially the 330,000 deaths the nation’s largest abortion provider wrought via their scalpels, syringes, and vacuum devices last year.
Others think of the abortion mammoth’s tacit support of gender-based abortions or their current efforts to export their death machine to Africa.
But too few people think about the financial windfall Planned Parenthood is certain to receive once ObamaCare goes into full effect, as too few people are right now thinking about the money that President Obama’s birth control/abortion pill mandate will place in Planned Parenthood coffers.
To understand this, consider the fact that one-third of Planned Parenthood’s income comes from STD testing and another third from contraceptives. If employers and the insurance companies they use are forced to provide contraceptives and abortion pills to employees, Planned Parenthood’s current net worth of $1,000,000,000 is certain to rise.
Y’know…if so called Planned Parenthood stuck to STD testing and contraception, I don’t think I’d have a problem with them, although I still would prefer no tax payer money fund them. If they are a non profit (with a HUGE profit) then their funding should come from private individuals, or companies, who support the work they’re doing. Unfortunately, this is not the case. The fact that the ‘non profit’ was founded as a eugenics business, with the intent to control the population of black Americans by a racist b*tch named Margaret Sanger negates any ‘good’ they might do.
And no, the Republicans do NOT want to ban birth control. We’d be really happy if liberals would stop procreating, but we don’t want them murdering children, just as the Nazis did. It IS a holocaust you know. Hilter killed about 12, 000,000 humans beings, half were Jewish. About 50,000,000 (FIFTY MILLION) babies have been murdered since Roe V Wade in 1973. Approximately 13,000,000 (THIRTEEN MILLION) were black children. With black Americans making up about 12% of the population, doesn’t the number of black children being murdered seem out of proportion?
The pro-abortion ‘lobby’ will use the argument “my body, my choice”. Ok fine, if you want to kill yourself, that is your prerogative. However…..

Today is Ash Wednesday — the first day of Lent — the beginning of 40 days of prayer and fasting observed by Christians across the country, culminating in the Easter feast. Likewise in April, Jews will gather to celebrate Passover, one of many traditions observed under the religious freedom that the U.S. Constitution was designed to preserve. Now, though, that freedom is under direct attack by the very government that purports to represent the people, and that is but the first step in Obamacare’s re-writing of America’s blueprint.
This week, two more Christian colleges joined other religious institutions in fighting back against that attack when they filed lawsuits against the Obama Administration for imposing an anti-conscience mandate under Obamacare. The controversial regulation forces almost all employers to provide health insurance coverage of abortion-inducing drugs, contraceptives, and sterilization, without a co-pay.
