- Drug dealer, alleged child molester, and convicted perjurer, forger and Indiana Speedway Bomber (who is also believed to have played a role in the assassination of a grandmother), Brett Kimberlin spent 17 years in prison before his ultimate re-absorption into American society
- He started a non-profit dubbed “Justice Through Music (JTM)” that has, since at least 2005, been funded by George Soros’ Tides Foundation and Barbara Streisand among other leftists
- Along with his associate, Kimberlin also started an organization called “Velvet Revolution” that supports the Occupy movement
- JTM’s goal is to use music to foster “social justice” and fight Republican “voter fraud” (like the kind George Bush allegedly used to “steal” the Florida election)
- Any blogger — conservative and liberal alike — who has written the truth about Kimberlin has come under vicious attack by either Kimberlin or his minions, suffering death threats (veiled and unveiled), multiple lawsuits, loss of jobs and worse
- He has filed over 100 frivolous lawsuits against anything that isn’t nailed down and somehow is being allowed to continue unchecked
- This story has never been reported on in the mainstream media
33 felonies? So, could someone please explain to me why this guy ever saw the light of day?

OK, here’s why I haven’t posted so much as one word about this; you remember the guy that called us all a bunch of bog dwelling hicks? He’s leading this brouhaha…
Then there’s this, NO ONE can terrorize me into silence… I didn’t have too much for Robert Stacy McCain to begin with, but after he went on a begging for money to move his family thing and allowed this piss-ant to frighten him out of his own home, well, I have ZERO respect for anyone that is too damned wussified to stand their ground…
You know what I would tell him, BRING IT BOY… And he better make sure his policy is paid up, his family may need the money…
OH yeah…remember him well. I guess since he had to do something with his time.
If I’m not mistaken, we do still have a 1st Amendment, and a 2nd. The way I figure it, if I have something to say, I will say it. If people don’t much care for it, tough tiddies. 
Wonder if Soros is paying his premiums? Hmmm…
I agree with ya, Fred. Still, it ain’t about McCain — at least, not for me. It’s about the never-ending efforts of these commie rats to silence the real Americans that are trying to stop ‘em. So, with that in mind, I joined the anti-Kimberlin parade by posting a few links & sending a few re-tweets. One guy (World’s Only Rational Man blog) posted his name & address & dared the moonbats to come & get him. While I admire his style, I don’t think calling for an O.K. Corral shootout is appropriate. Yet. That’s what they do. And besides, why let ‘em know in advance that you’ll be returning fire. After all, everybody loves a surprise.
