Tol’ja!

Wouldn’t you think the media would be all over this?  Hmmmm…  Silly me!  I forgot for a minute there that we really don’t have a media anymore….just the propaganda wing of the “Democrat” Party.  Heaven knows, they didn’t check it out in ’08….why the blazes would I think they’d do their JOB in ’12?

Barack Obama, candidate for State Senate in the 13th Legislative District, gave a statement to the membership and answered questions. He signed the New Party “Candidate Contract” and requested an endorsement from the New Party. He also joined the New Party.

So, what exactly is/was that New Party?  It is described as “social democrat”.  And what’s that?

Social democracy - Social democracy supports legal entitlements in social rights for citizens. These are made up of universal access to public services such as: education, health care, workers’ compensation, and other services such as child care and care for the elderly. Social democracy is connected with the trade union labour movement and supports collective bargaining rights for workers.

And….

….in its current form was originally developed by revisionist Marxist Eduard Bernstein who criticized orthodox Marxism’s emphasis on revolution and class conflict, claiming that socialism could be achieved through evolutionary means through representative democracy and through cooperation between people regardless of class.

Apparently, Barry missed that part about ‘cooperation’ regardless of class since he’s so dead set on creating ‘class warfare’, along with every other kind of ‘warfare’ he can think of!

So, when someone tells ya Barack Hussein Obama is a card carrying socialist, even though he, and his minions deny it….ya really ought to believe them!  Cuz let’s face facts here folks…..Obama lies…..a LOT!

D.C. – Dysfuntion Junction

7 June 2012, 9:47 am. Comments Off. Filed under Opinion.

Oddly enough, after I woke up this morning, got the dogs fed, and got my coffee, I sat down in my usual spot on the couch, and started thinking. Yes, at that hour of the morning, it IS rather difficult, but somehow, I managed. What was I thinking about? Well, coincidentally, it was about how dysfunctional Washington D.C. is, and how far they that city has dragged this country down into the sewer, how far we have traveled from our founding.

It occurred to me that a large number of those in elected office could just possibly be pretty terrific people…separately. Ok, there are some exceptions to that thought, and three names come to mind immediately…..Obama, Pelosi and Reid. I think they are so far from reality, they should be wrapped in straight jackets, and stashed in rubber rooms, never to be seen, or heard from, again by the thinking public. But, for the most part, many are decent folks….on their own.

The problem comes when you gather them all in the same place, and they talk to each. Talking to each other, they come up with hair brained ideas, and say to themselves, “Hey, the public will never notice we’re a ‘mob’! Doing the wrong things, even though WE think they are for the ‘right’ reasons’.” So, as a whole, this body of men and women, are dangerous, kind of like the anarchists that smash windows in protest of whatever it is anarchists smash windows to protest….just without the broken glass and graffiti.

We elect these people, with instructions on how we want things done, and are given assurances, promises even, that “Yes, I understand, and will represent you fine folks to the best of my ability!” However, once they step into those ‘hallowed halls’, a change comes over them. They are now part of a mob that are easily influenced by other members of the mob, and the person we believed would do right by us, has turned into a reckless spender, a regulator of your life, a destroyer of business, a monster, hungry for YOUR money. This is no longer the reasonable person the voters put their faith in, expecting him/her to follow the Constitution to the letter, and not overstep the bounds put forth by the authors of that document.

So, thanks to the career mob we have in D.C., the federal (you can add state and local to that as well) government has totally trashed our Republic, sunk us so far into debt, our great great grandchildren may never see the light of day………….unless WE do something about it! I have several ideas on how to change the status quo, but that’s for another time. Right now, if we don’t put a major halt to the actions of D.C., we may not have any liberties left at all.

Dysfunctional Washington
The Foundry

Within one year of being elected, Governor Scott Walker (R) reformed the state’s public sector pension system, eliminated a $3.6 billion budget deficit without raising taxes, saved taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars, and helped create the conditions that have allowed Wisconsin’s economy to grow again. Meanwhile, thanks to the dysfunction in Washington, America continues to suffer high unemployment, out-of-control spending, and faces a historic tax hike that could send the country over a fiscal cliff.

Last week, Americans received more bad news on the country’s economic performance. According to the latest Department of Labor jobs report, the U.S. economy created only 69,000 net jobs in May, and the unemployment rate increased to 8.2 percent. To add insult to injury, it was also reported that employers created 49,000 fewer jobs than originally estimated in March and April. Put it all together, and we see that the U.S. economy is approaching stall speed.
