The Opening
So, I’m sitting here, dragged out of the bed by utter curiosity, watching the opening ceremony of the 2012 Olympics. What I was watching was pretty interesting. LOVE the drums, but evidently, I’m a sexist cuz for reasons I can’t explain, I see that as a male thing. Don’t ask me why….I’m quite aware females can beat on drums as well as any male, but it’s like that trash thing. It’s a male’s job. Heh.
Like I said…enjoying it, and then, fer the love of pete…what was with the Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band BS????? And the “queen” parachuting? Oh c’mon!! Jiminy crickets!
Actually, what I’m waiting for is to find out whether or not the U.S. flag is dipped. That will go over like a lead balloon. We do NOT dip to anyone….anywhere….at anytime! Yeah…we’re an arrogant bunch, but by George, we’ve earned the RIGHT to NOT bow to ANY nation! How many have we saved from destruction? Who has ever come to our aid? Pfft! Nope…I’ll be even more disgusted with Obama, AND who ever is holding OUR flag, if it gets dipped!
There, I’ve gotten it off my chest!

Standing Up For Americans
So, where are the rest of those we sent to D.C. to stop the utter nonsense coming out of that cesspool of corruption? We NEED more like this guy! Government regulations are killing this country. They seriously need to GET THE HELL OUT OF THE WAY! How many ways to we have to say it?? The best way to accomplish that…..send all those who ‘stand in the school house door’ packing! And make sure they NEVER work in the government sector again! This is OUR country! Those building in D.C. belong to US! We can decide who steps foot in them, or not!
Liars, Thieves, and Cheats
The thought that Eric Holder is STILL the head of the United States Department of Justice is totally mind boggling. But then, since we have a complete incompetent playing as POTUS, I suppose he would surround himself with other incompetents, i.e. those of a similar mindset. Eric Holder is a racist, a bigot, and unqualified to hold the office to which he was appointed….by Obama, and approved by a majority Democrat led Senate (only 21 voted against…all “Rs”).
A REAL leader wouldn’t have put up with such shenanigans (dropping the case against voter intimidation by BPP) for even a few months, much less nearly 4 years. Especially one who claimed to be a ‘uniter’. Yeah..well we’ve seen how well THAT’s worked out.
The idea that in order to vote, you must show a government issued photo ID somehow disenfranchises the poor and/or minorities is completely ludicrous! Do the poor or minorities not get colds? Do they never go to the library? Do they never rent a movie? Not to mention the that little tidbit where the TAXPAYERS will fund the cost of a photo ID for those that are in such dire need, they are unable to foot the cost ($8 in the state of Tennessee)!
Mr Holder’s argument hold NO water. No one is trying to disenfranchise anyone! Well, except for those who are not legally eligible to vote in this country, the dead, dogs, cats, and most likely there is a cockatiel out there somewhere who has cast a vote or two!
Nope! What this is all about is actually disenfranchising LEGAL voters. It’s about theft and corruption, which apparently, Mr Holder is all in favor of in order to keep his job, and that of his ‘boss’. Hopefully, both of which will have been replaced come 20 January 2013!
Justice Department Blocks Voter ID at Every Turn
The Foundry
People seemingly voting after they’ve been dead for years. Drug kingpins buying votes from poor people to sway elections. Non-citizens being bussed to the polls and coached on how to vote. Stories of voting fraud are shocking, and states have been taking action to make sure that elections are secure. But the Justice Department, led by Attorney General Eric Holder, has blocked states at almost every turn.
This is the same Justice Department that stopped a non-partisan election reform by arguing that if party affiliation were removed from a ballot, African-American voters wouldn’t be able to identify and vote for the Democrats. Holder has continued to stoke the racial fires, calling a requirement for voters to produce photo identification a “poll tax.” Heritage expert Hans von Spakovsky said this argument is merely political. “Holder continues to perpetuate the incendiary error to the public, knowing that the poll-tax assertion is a racially charged one that should not be used lightly,” von Spakovsky said. He explained:
Even the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals—the most liberal appeals court in the country—did not buy the Holder poll tax claim when it reviewed Arizona’s voter ID law. In Gonzalez v. Arizona (2012), the Ninth Circuit held that even though “obtaining the free identification required under [Arizona law] may have a cost,” such immaterial costs are not a poll tax.
Holder is now “investigating” Pennsylvania’s voter ID law, on the left’s charge that it disenfranchises minorities.
