Have We Learned Anything?
I’m going to have to say no. Oh, there are people out here in the real world who have been paying attention, watching, waiting, fighting back, or attempting to, but as a whole (as in those in ‘charge’), no…we are just as ignorant as we were on the mornings of 10/23/83, 2/26/93, 6/25/96, 10/12/00 and 9/11/01. Rather we have become willfully blind to what is right in front of us.
Jeremiah 5:21 ‘Hear this now, O foolish people, Without understanding, Who have eyes and see not, And who have ears and hear not:
In other words, “There are none so blind as those who will not see.” (John Heywood 1546)
Too many have mistakenly stated that Islam is a ‘religion of peace’. This is so far from the truth, it makes my teeth ache. Oh sure, it’s peaceful as long as EVERYONE is Muslim, and follows their rules. If they don’t, they are dead. I don’t think it could get any more simplistically put than that. Convert, or die. Even Thomas Jefferson knew that Islam was a danger to the budding free world, but evidently, our current, and recent past, leadership are no where near as ‘enlightened’ as Mr Jefferson.
As the adopted daughter of a first generation American, whose parents were sent out of Lebanon due to the violence of the Muslims against Christians, I learned at an early age what those in leadership positions refuse to acknowledge. There is a war going on. A war that has been waged for centuries, since the murderous pedophile “prophet” decided he was mad at the Jews, and apparently anyone else who didn’t fall prey to his ideology, and made up his own religion. Contrary to popular belief, the Muslim non civilization has contributed nothing to the world in general other than conquest, slaughter, rape, pillaging, and slavery. I don’t know about you, but I don’t find these in the least beneficial to the world. They do, however, take credit for discoveries made by the peoples they subjugated. Personally, I don’t think that counts as a contribution.
No, we have learned nothing. We didn’t listen to the warnings of those who KNEW something was coming. We ignore the infiltration of our military by jihadists. We actually invite our demise by allowing more and more of the enemy to move into our communities. Will there be a time when we finally open our eyes? Perhaps, but by then, it will be too late.
What we should have learned, yet refuse to accept, Islam cannot be tolerated by any freedom loving people!
