Evil Doesn’t Deserve A Trial!
Sept. 11 trial rules under scrutiny at Guantanamo as pretrial hearing begins
A U.S. military judge is considering broad security rules for the war crimes tribunal of five Guantanamo prisoners charged in the Sept. 11 attacks, including measures to prevent the accused from publicly revealing what happened to them in the CIA’s secret network of overseas prisons.
The war crimes tribunal is back in session, this time with no sign of the antics that disrupted their last hearing in May where the defendants refused to listen to the judge or use the court translation system and two stood up to pray. At Monday’s hearing the men made no overt protests and prosecutors broadcast the translation via small speakers on the defense tables.
Prosecutors have asked the judge at a pretrial hearing that started Monday to approve what is known as a protective order that is intended to prevent the release of classified information during the eventual trial of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, who has portrayed himself as the mastermind of the terror attacks, and four co-defendants.
Why are these animals getting trials…at the taxpayers expense, I might add!? And why, pray tell, is the ACLU sticking their noses where they don’t belong! These pigs should have been shot…or hung… or had a stick of dynamite shoved where the sun don’t shine…or all three…. within hours of their capture! You don’t keep garbage around to stink up your home, so why would anyone keep the dogs who crapped on our country around? Housed, fed, and clothed, once again, paid for by the very people they sought to destroy!
