I find it very strange that fracking has become such a hot topic recently. The oil industry has been using fracturing for oil recovery for many years. in the mid-1970s, I worked for a company in Houston, TX, that built frack rigs, large trailers equipped with diesel engines and specially designed positive displacement pumps for pumping the high pressure fracturing slurry down the wells. These were rather “extreme machines” in that sometimes the governors were removed from the engines so that they could exceed their design output power. It did not really matter if the engine blew up, so long as it lasted long enough to fracture the well. Large diesel engines were expendable!!

That was well before the pseudo-environmentalism craze got rolling. Also know as the days of sanity.

Sanity? What’s that? There’s no sanity here!! There’s only what the fakes WANT to be reality. :P

You mean to tell me you weren’t born an E. priest? I’m SHOCKED! :D

Like most folks you know, I was born a screaming baby, but I have never been an Episcopal priest. I am an Anglican Priest, not a part of the heretical episcopal sect that has departed from Scripture, Truth, and Christ. I am a priest of the Continuing Anglican Church, the people who left the Episcopal Church when it began to go crazy, specifically in my case, the United Episcopal Church of North America.

For most of my career, I was a working engineer and an engineering professor at various schools such as Texas A&M, UW-Platteville, and MSOE. I have always tried to preserve a bubble of sanity around me, wherever I have been.
